After visiting every, and I mean every Apple store in NYC, here were the most skilled people. Gabriel was so helpful and was doing everything to help me out. Unlike other apple stores, this one was great

I’m sure that you who are reading this have come over something so “horrific“ with your iPhone, and I don’t know about you but I had some trouble with my iPhone 11 and I do love it and it works very well. On February 10 I ran over to Apple to get help. There are many places I have ran to for help in my lifetime but let me tell you something about this place; less than 15 minutes people , those two people you see in the picture started collaborating on what was the problem with my phone. I need the phone because I do work . I need to know what my employers need, or my needs . The phone is extremely important!
Now the tall guy started talking in the language of Apple and I let him talk and when he mentioned the VPN I had thought about that myself, which is a miracle of me talking about something on the phone, but I had definitely thought of it, and I told him and he called the other man and spoke in Apple language a lot of words: ha ha, and they came up with whatever was wrong with my phone, they had it done in less than 15 minutes. I told both of them: I am going to let people know that you know what you’re doing because if you didn’t know what you were doing, I would’ve told somebody.
The thing we must always do in life is when you get satisfied and you find people like these two men you need to report them with good goodness.
Now I’ve run up on some good people at Apple and now here’s another one and they’re very polite and they are very compassionate because they have a phone also. That phone that I have, has a lot of information in it for me. I’ve used that phone for many things and today it is working again because of them.
Listen: it was probably something that I could do myself, but myself is not a technician thank goodness that we have y’all.
Thank goodness for Ivan and his friend and I apologize to his friend because they both gave me their names and they wrote it on a wipe. Yes that’s right. I said a wipe because they didn’t have any paper to write down their names because I asked them.
That wipe has two names on it and I will add it when I find the WiPE. I didn’t throw it away, but at least you have a picture of those heroes for me and I appreciate it, thank you so much APPLEFeb 11, 2026 -
Alexus annd Vinny were amazing. They helped me tremendously, got me in and out, and solved my issue efficiently. Super friendly and respectful, and even while juggling other clients they never forgot about me. I’ll always come here for my Apple needs.

If I could give a zero star review I would, the workers here are very unprofessional I am entirely disgusted how rude they were here and treated my fiancé with the most disrespect possible. I am absolutely disgusted go to the one on Fifth avenue instead don’t support this terrible location.

I got a new iPhone for Christmas and had trouble transferring from my iCloud - visited the UES store multiple times during the past few weeks and have to say how friendly, thorough, patient, and well-informed each Genius Bar staff member is who helped me. Having issues with your devices can be frustrating but you are in good hands and are sure to find a solution with the staff at this location.

Staff was super friendly, got service right away which I appreciated. Lots of seating available, and aesthetically speaking this is probably the nicest Apple Store in the city.

Brought my phone for a minor repair (back glass was broken), was returned a phone with a non functioning button. I cannot take screenshots or adjust volume. The store didn’t have spare parts, so now I have to come back to get yet another repair. The didn’t charge me, which was nice and all the staff was helpful and polite, however, I got my phone back more broken than I brought it in.

My experience at this location was wonderful, easy and staff were amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful, tentative, not pushy and very knowledgeable. Thank you

I had an exceptional experience at the Apple Store Upper East Side.
Timmy and Farccan delivered the kind of customer service that actually sets a standard. Both were sharp, patient, and fully engaged from start to finish. They went far beyond basic troubleshooting and sales support, took real ownership of my situation, and made sure everything was handled correctly and efficiently with my new iPhone 17 Pro Max.
No rushing. No hand-offs. No scripted responses. Just competent, attentive, human service.
This is how retail should work. Apple is lucky to have them.Dec 29, 2025 -
When last night to add a line to my phone was told I couldn’t pay cash. I can only use a credit card so she said she canceled the activation but when I woke up this morning, there’s a new line activated on my account. Make sure you see them canceled because now I gotta go over there in a snowstorm and fix this.

store manager was not kind at all - I felt horrible with my experience. The only person helpful in the store was Maddie

We came here and got a new phone and it was the worst experience imaginable. We had an older female employee named I think Mona help us (she wears a mask). It took her 3-4 times to do every single task and needed assistance. After a few hours we were all exhausted and ready to give up… finally she finished and sat us down and ran away. No one else in the store knew why we were there.
Apple Store - it’s really important you hire employees that have the ability to do this job. I’ll never go back to this location.Nov 29, 2025 -
So I went to this store and they don’t want to do a replacement on a cables that you can for sure know is no working anymore saying that their policy says they can’t no change the cable when in the store on the west side did the replacement in less than 5 mín

Alex is on some weird power trip. Partner bought an iPhone 17 and was setting it up at the designated table. Sat down with him as it ended up being a 45 min process and I'm still recovering post ACL surgery and feel pain after standing for extended periods of time. Alex told me to get up and that I can't sit there because I didn't buy one - only paying customers can. Mind you that table was not full and there was not a single person waiting for a seat? Obviously my partner gave me his seat but feels ridiculous when there's an empty seat next to us lol. Then less than 1 minute later she asked a man (non paying customer also waiting for his partner) if he wants to sit? Makes no sense.

Horrible. I came in to replace my AirPod Pros, since I had apple care coverage. I made an appt for 5:10pm on Monday... I checked in at 4:50p, since I work around the corner….. I was not taken until 6:03…. They need more staff because I just wanted to replace two little AirPod pros…..which shouldn’t have taken almost an hour, with an appt… AND THE WORST PART…. They didn’t even have the product I needed…. And I made this appt 3 days ago….. so I have to now come back to pick up the piece they didn’t have…. Ridiculous!!!!!

Most of the techs are amazing. Giving it a two because they allow pets and ESAs are not service animals. The general public has no regard for those who have allergies, including possibly the staff. I was surrounded by them today and am deathly allergic. Retail stores & restaurants need to stop allowing it.

This Apple store location is a mess. When I went to get my MacBook trackpad repaired, I waited over an hour past my appointment time before someone came to talk to me. Finally, my repair was quoted at $100 and I was told it would be ready within 3-5 business days. Nearly two weeks later (and after multiple chats with Apple to try to get status updates) I got a call from the store saying that they had just started my repair that morning and would need to send it to another store for another “3-5 business days.” You won’t be shocked to learn that the quote also tripled at this point. Go to a different location in the city unless you’re looking to be without your device for a month for a simple repair.

I arrived at 12:30 no one acknowledged me as I’m Hispanic and this particular store is located in a “prestigious” area , after 20 minutes of no one acknowledging me which they were available to .. i helped myself by asking a couple people if anyone could help ?
I was given a two hour wait time. I then arrived again at 2:30 in which they tell me to wait some more.
When I’m finally assisted they tell me that they need two hours to fix my phone.
I don’t appreciate the time I wasted here , the staff is payed to be there , I am not. To be waiting all day and not be able to receive a service is disgusting.
If I was white it would’ve been a different story.Sep 14, 2025 -
I just wanted to say thank you to the Supervisor that was working on 9/3:25
I walked in with no appointment because my phone was not letting me update fully. He didn’t have no openings, but he made an opening for me. He seen me there with my two boys children and went out his way to help me fix my phone and I just wanted to say thank you and I appreciate you For helping me all the staff at the store was nice. They let me finish setting up my phone knowing that the store was about to close and make sure that I was well taken care of before. I left the store. I would recommend the store 10 out of 10 wonderful people very clean. The staff is very helpful just all in all wonderful service.Sep 04, 2025 -
A sleek, spacious Apple Store in a historic building—it’s a mix of modern tech and old-world architecture. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and not overly pushy. Service at the Genius Bar is efficient, and the store layout makes browsing easy. The natural light through the large windows is gorgeous.

Bought a new I pad as mine had a cracked screen. Genius Bar was great responding to all my questions and team upstairs switched all data from old I pad to new efficiently and helped me opening a new account for our company. All within 30 minutes. Pleasant experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. The store has caused more chaos for me than I can believe. I brought my phone in for a simple cracked screen repair yesterday. After leaving the phone with the technicians, I came back three hours later to pick it up. I was unable to get into my apps because suddenly, Face ID was no longer working. I asked the technician why this was the case, and, with a clueless expression , he reassured me that once I got home, the stolen device protection lock would release and I would be able to use Face ID. This did not happen, so I then spent two hours on the phone with Apple. I was told by the master technician with whom I spoke that there was an error made on the part of the technician that changed my screen, and I needed to go back to the Apple Store. So once again this morning, I went back to the store and left my phone for repairs. Two hours later I came to pick up my phone to find they had done a full reset on the phone, and I needed to go to Verizon to reactivate my phone. All of my text messages and apps will be lost. I questioned them multiple times about how this could have happened since this was NOT an issue before I dropped the phone off, and they refused to accept responsibility. Instead, they told me to “take a deep breath and calm down “ I now have to spend the rest of my day at the Verizon store and then downloading all of my apps. Given that this is also a work phone, I have now lost very important text message communications with clients. If I can give you any advice., It is to never, ever trust this store with your phone. They are incompetent and do not take responsibility when they have made a clear error.

We’re waiting to purchase iPhone cases like 10-15 mins by no one assist us. It makes us felt like we’re begging to have a product but we pay to them! and I also picked up my new iPhone 16 without giving a bag to carry on. Never mind, i asked for it after. The point is i think they need to improve service mind plus customer services skills. Don’t wait for a customer requests. Use your senses and service before asking.

I love it, The Apple Store on the Upper West Side of Manhattan is a stunning luxury retail space. Located on Broadway at 67th Street, this store boasts a unique curved glass roof and a 54-foot-tall, 75-foot-wide, and 30-foot-deep glass front ¹. The interior is just as impressive, with a spacious, well-lit area featuring four rows of display tables and a beautiful spiral glass staircase leading down to a lower level ².
This store is not only aesthetically pleasing, but it's also home to a "highly trained team" of over 200 employees, offering top-notch customer service and technical support ³. The lower level is dedicated to product service, learning areas, and accessory displays, making it a one-stop-shop for all your Apple needs.
As one of the largest Apple Stores in the world, this location offers an unparalleled shopping experience. With its prime location near Lincoln Center and Central Park, it's a must-visit destination for anyone on the Upper West Side ⁴.Jan 08, 2025 -
What should I say, as an Apple fan, this is a really good store. Great location, great ambiance, and a perfect selection of devices. Superbly presented by plenty of friendly and competent staff.

We went to the store to pick up our reserved MacBook and asked to check the battery health. The young staff were very unprofessional; one young male customer service just chatted with a girl while another girl forcefully updated my iPhone despite me saying I didn't want to. I ended up wasting an hour in the store without getting the check I wanted. Thankfully, an older male customer service representative finally helped me. Won't be coming back to this branch again; the service was basically terrible.

Every Apple Store is unique, but this one on the upper east side is specially fantastic. You have to visit it even if it’s just to see what it looks like. The outside of the structure where Apple is located, looks great and I have included a few pictures of what’s around that building across the street and around that place. Of course we all flock to Apple as soon as they have a new product that we like and yes I do have succumbed to buying myself Apple products and my son as well.
I would definitely recommend this Apple location but would recommend most any Apple location because every one I have visited has been a surprise.Jan 12, 2024 -
I had a problem with my AirPod ( my voice doesn’t go through the other side) and it was my first time problem with Apple. When I went to Apple, they suggested me to clean the buttom and gave me an appointment in case . I went back two days later at my appointment time and “Christina” took my AirPod to test it and helped me a lot. Then she understood that it’s not my fault and gave me a new one. She was sooo kind and really helpful. If you read this comment, thank you again for your hard work, appreciate it

Stunning location. Social distancing was kept carefully so it took a little while (about 40 min wait and 20 min appt) but it was worth it since it all felt safe and organized. I also noticed surfaces and phones were wiped down between customers. I traded in some old devices and got a gift card for the value. I found the staff to be helpful and professional. Overall great experience. Book a reservation ahead of time (although you can also wait in the walk-in line). Would recommend.
