We finally caved for a new mattress. Stacy was awesome and incredibly helpful, getting us set up with a great new mattress, a cooling cover, and new pillows. Incredible service as always at PC Richards!

I had a wonderful experience at P.C. Richard & Son. Nathan, the sales representative, was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me choose the perfect JBL speaker without making me feel rushed or pressured. Jason, the manager, was also very kind and welcoming. Both Nathan and Jason made the experience smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. It’s not often you come across customer service that feels this genuine and attentive. I truly appreciate their help and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this location!

I had a great experience with PC Richard that I wanted to share. I needed to buy a new gas dryer for my home on the Upper West Side. First I tried to buy one from Amazon because of free delivery and good prices. But it was impossible to get Amazon to give me the insurance forms that my apartment building required. Then I tried Home Depot, and again I was unable to get them to give me the Certificate of Insurance. Finally, I walked into PC Richard and met Orlando. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the appliances, he also actually understood the process of getting a COI processed and the product actually delivered and installed. I ran into a number of obstacles with my building management, but Orlando helped me work through them. He was responsive and reliable and always true to his word. It's so great to find someone so trustworthy, and it speaks well of PC Richard for finding and retaining a quality person like Orlando. I also had good experience working with the delivery folks, who were also very responsive and professional. Kudos to PC Richard!

Dane, Spence, and Val were the most wonderful. Val patiently answered my questions over the phone, Spence helped me check out, and Dane came to give the authorization code whenever the computer system asked for one (too often). They were kind and tried to help me figure out an alternate form of paying and approached every question I had with the utmost kindness. I never would’ve thought that buying a computer could be an enjoyable experience, but this exceeded every expectation.

We had the pleasure of working with David today as we were looking for a TV for our family room and also one for our bedroom. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He patiently walked us through our options and gave us pros and cons of each TV, we looked at. We are delighted with our choice and highly recommend PC, Richard and David!

So i can in the store loosing my mind and a person that that work here name daivd was GREAT . I was looking for a dryer he was very helful pc. R on west 79 street good job . We bought a dishwasher in this store and had an excellent customer service thanks to David Danon who works there. we bought it on a Monday and thanks to him the dishwasher was delivered and installed 3 days later! He helped us picked the right one, he is very knowledgeable about the different brands and models, buildings codes etc. he is also very patience. After having a terrible experience with Best Buy it was just what we needed: great personal customer service!

Steve was quite helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to find the right mattress and frame. This is one of the many reasons why I choose PC Richardand & Son knowing they have the knowledge and experience and will go the extra mile and make sure their customers will get what they wanted.

I just bought an entire kitchen-full of new appliances from Hector. If I had another kitchen I would do it all over again. He spent literally hours with me to find the best options, make product comparisons and go over everything including installation plans. I’ve been a PC Richard customer before… but never were have had such a good experience. If you need new appliances, run to the gorgeous new showroom on 79th and Bway and go directly to Hector.

Orlando was awesome!!! Super helpful and knowledgeable. We were looking to buy a frig and had lots of questions about fit, brand etc. We also saw the same product online at another store for less and he was able to match the price. He gave us clear explanations about having someone come to survey our available space, delivery, removing the old frig and all the details in between. We could have easily made our purchase at the cheaper store but preferred to work with Orlando. Thanks, Orlando!!!

David Bryant@ PCRichards & Sons was very helpful in our selection of our new stove. He knew all the advantages of narrowing our search and skillful at navigating the challenges of the delivery of the stove. He was cordial and really wanted to please us.

I had such a wonderful experience at PC Richards and I truly want to recognize Carlos and Spencer for how incredible they were. They helped me through the entire process of choosing a bed from start to finish and made something that felt overwhelming feel simple and comfortable. I walked in completely unsure about sizes, what I needed, and what would work for me, and they patiently walked me through every option without any pressure. They listened, paid attention to what I was looking for, and helped me find the right fit. I was also there with a toddler who was crying and restless, and they were so gracious, kind, and understanding the whole time. They never made me feel rushed or stressed. Instead they created a warm, calm environment and treated me with genuine care. That level of patience and professionalism meant a lot. Carlos and Spencer are truly the best of the best. They turned what could have been a confusing purchase into a positive and memorable experience. I’m so grateful for their help and I highly recommend asking for them if you visit the store. And thank you for helping me think through this whole decision. You made me feel more confident walking into the process and choosing what was right for me.

We recently needed to replace our dishwasher and air conditioners. We are pleased that we decided to go to P.C. Richards on the UWS. Not only was the store set up in a very helpful and accessible manner, but we were helped by Orlando, a patient, attentive and well informed sales person who answered our questions and addressed our concerns. He is an employee who represents PC Richards well and should make them proud. He gave us all the needed information for delivery and even followed up on the day to make sure all had gone well. The delivery team was terrific. We thank Orlando, and P.C. Richards. We will return for other purchases and recommend them to friends.

Great customer service at this location. Thank you Orlando for helping me switch out the appliance and explaining, recommending the best option. For those getting expensive appliances, highly recommend their extended warranty. Easy to use to schedule repair and if unrepairable, you get store credit so very good to purchase.

I originally came in browsing for a TV, but ended up needing security for my home — and I’m so glad Dane was the one who helped me. He walked me through the Ring camera options and was incredibly informative, patient, and honest the entire time. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back for any of my future needs, and I’ll be asking for Dane every time!

Khalisah was amazing. I came thinking I knew what I needed however her wealth of information about washer and dryers had me realizing I needed her! Thank you PC Richards for making me realize the internet is not the final destination.

ORLANDO was knowledgeable & very patient. I have been shopping @ this P.C RICHARD FOR OVER A DECADE , and he was the best sales rep I have ever dealt w/ there! As a disabled woman w/ a service dog it's always challenging, he was very patient with us. Inwill be back next week to buy more appliances from HIM. This is a choice to buy from a brick a mortar store instead of the internet. I appreciated the "boutique" service .

Great, knowledgeable service. Purchased a new refrigerator plus a service agreement. Seamless process. Worked with Dane & Gregory. Gregory was so nice and helpful. His knowledge of products is unsurpassed. PC Richards, Broadway NYC is always my go too because of the great customer service.

I came into the store to inquire about a new tv, and I was assisted by a salesman named David. He was very knowledgeable about the products and made it easy to make a purchase. Anytime I come into the store I will look for David, he is great at his job and very personable. He’s a great salesman as long as he’s there, you guys have a customer for life. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Orlando. Orlando was fantastic. He was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. So much so that I ended up buying two large appliance. He really made the purchasing process run smoothly. He took his time with me which I appreciated. I had a wonderful and pleasant experience at this location. Jason the manager was great as well. Helpful and knowledgable staff. Bryan was very helpful. He went beyond to make my shopping experience for a new TV easy. When in doubt he reassured me by recommending the best TV. Thanks to Bryan I left out of P.C. Richard’s Broadway location a satisfied customer!! Spencer also assisted making great teamwork. Spencer helped me choose the right sound system for my entertainment purposes.

I had an excellent experience at PC Richards located in UWS! Nathan helped us and he went above and beyond to make the process smooth from start to finish. He kept me updated every step of the way until delivery. Everything was on time and exactly as promised. Nathan’s professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Great experience! Spencer was very knowledgeable about dishwashers and what he didn’t know he looked up. Bosch was on sale and PCR said they would honor a Black Friday price if it was lower than today’s price. Spencer also found a limited time promo from Bosch for free installation and delivery. Very satisfied!

I purchased a Miele fridge from this store. It arrived without a box and badly damaged with scratches everywhere (see pictures). The delivery person was rude careless, and unprofessional; he told me "the fridge came from China so what do you expect?!". Frankly I expected much better quality from a high end reputable brand so I rejected the delivery. A second delivery was arranged a week later. The second fridge was in better condition but still damaged with scratches and dents on the freezer door. The delivery person did not install the fridge properly at all and did not even level it. This issue is still not resolved a month after the purchase. My sales person Eric has been great and very helpful. But this experience has been very frustrating. I would not come back to this store again.
