I have to be honest, most things were sold out and space heaters limited to one customer per heater.. BUT.. the sales staff ( MALIK ) was AMAZING! Overall 1.2 hrs in store wasn’t great, but the 20 percent off the open box Dyson was AMAZING! Definitely call ahead for your item, and ask for MALIK!!

First time at P.C Richard & Son and as I walked in, I was greeted by a sales representative, Matthew. He chauffeured me upstairs to the mattress gallery and detailed me in on the options for pillows that I were looking for. I was able to test out the pillows that Matthew recommended and he offered his knowledgeable opinion on what would work best for my sleep style. I got exactly what I was looking for and he provided a bargain with the purchase of two!

Noah and the team sold me a fantastic tv and tested it in the store. They also helped me carry it out. Fast, friendly service. Competitive prices and great warranties (I got a LG 65” LED TV for $396 and a 5 year warranty for $99, covers everything except physical damage)

Wonderful experience and customer service at PC Richard & Sons - Malik was WONDERFUL. He helped us immensely and invested time to understand what it was we were looking for and have us leave happy. He also let us test out all the massage chairs which was great! We ended up buying a desk off the display and he helped us get a store discount and wrapped up the items in bubble wrap to safely carry home. Highly recommend going here - they have everything!

Wonderful and speedy service with Noah: I went to purchase a new washing machine which was needed ASAP! He explained all the functions and what my best option would be for durability and for fresher clothes. I left with the purchase of a beautiful brand new watching machine. I just have to send the dimensions of the space where I am putting it before delivery. P.S. if you’re buying a machine just make sure you have the measurements of the area where you are putting it ready. You can always email them after your purchase.

We have beeb pricing washing machines for our apartment and while I’ve walked by the P.C.Richard’s store on East 86th Street, this afternoon, I walked in. I was directed to the elevator and whike I could have taken the stairs, I approached the offer. As soon as I arrived on the second floor, I was impressed with all of their high end appliances, stoves, refrigerators and their washing machines. Oumarou Yarga, one of the Sales Counselors ( that’s what’s on his business card) was not only very helpful, breaking down sll the costs but to my surprise, the total cost was significantly less than our other estimates. In addition to buying the washing machine, as I walked around the two floors of their store, I was impressed with their incredible inventory of everything from headphones to laptops and some absolutely humongous televisions! It’s really a fabulous store!

Brian provided a sale service for a dishwasher that I am replacing in my apartment. He gave me a good deal and quick transaction with 8 year warranty on. It was great to work with him.
