Martino was our server. He was quick to let us know there was a big party coming in soon and worked it out so we didn't have a long wait for our food. 15/10 overall

I had an AMAZING brunch. This was my first time to Hardrock. The atmosphere was fun and DJ made it even better. Shout out to our waitress Melissa, she’s the best! She knew the menu like the back of her hand. Melissa paid attention to details and did not miss anyones order. The manager Lawerence was awesome too. It was super busy, he made sure everything ran smoothly. He did a great job and I made sure to compliment that. He invited us to come back and told us of all of the upcoming events.

I come here often whenever I have time to kill in the city. I never visited on peak hours, but outside of that it's a nice oasis from the hustle and bustle. Very cozy and the staff are as friendly as it gets! It's always a good time when I visit. They have Modelo on draft and very good burgers.

This was my first time and I absolutely loved it. The staff was so incredibly kind, helpful and cheerful even though it was such a busy night, service was super quick. The food was alright. But overall, a really great experience. And I would highly recommend this place Shout out Chris for being an amazing server!

Service is a absolutly joke. Ok we must pay the 20% service. I never complain about that but in this place it's very hard to find a friendly waiter. The last we had Emanualla was really not friendly at all. The food is not bad.

KIKI IS WONDERFUL!! We had the pleasure of having her as our server today and she made the whole experience wonderful. She was kind and genuinely friendly and always came over with a smile. She helped with food recommendations and really went the extra mile. Can’t say enough great things about her. The food was amazing!

What a great experience for music and food lovers, so many cool pieces on the walls to see. I walked around and took photos of nearly everything on display before ordering. Food service was pretty quick and tasted great.

Great experience at Hard Rock. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was very calm and enjoyable, perfect for relaxing and having a good time. The food was delicious and well prepared. I especially want to highlight our server Jayda — she was super friendly, attentive, and always smiling. She truly made our experience even better. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

Hard Rock don't need reviews, it's just one of the best places you can go, have fun, good food and enjoy the amazing atmosphere that they always have. The service is just lovely and unique, from the hosts to the waiters, they all have a lovely energy and you can feel they really love to work there. 100% recommended and I recommend to reserve before you go. I used open table app everytime that I go to a Hard Rock or other restaurants, it's hassle free and very easy to use and reserve a table.

It’s hard to not pass by the famous hard rock coffee when you are in nyc ! The decoration was amazing we love walk by the restaurant and see the famous instruments who belong to the greatest rockstar ! When you need a dose of rock n roll this place have your back ! The cocktails were good and the good was simple and very good ! Hope to see you soon 🤘

The Hard Rock burger is made to order quickly and as expected. Medium Rare for my son and Medium Well for myself. Burgers were out in less than 0 minutes even though the place was packed. Make a reservation (they always have reservations available) and it makes the wait to be seated about 5min tops. Our waiter was amazing, fast, spot on and very friendly.

Took the family to NYC. First meal of the vacation and we went to Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square. Food was good and service was acceptable (Our server didn’t come around to our table very much, had to ask for drink refills too many times). The atmosphere was classic and the LIVE DJ was nice. Reservations are a must.

Great location right on time square. Not much more to say about hard rock that hasn't been said before. We went during the week. We might have waited a couple of minutes to be seated. I've been to multiple locations for Hard Rock and this by far was one of the larger locations I've been to. We sat at the bar which has plenty of room available. The food came out really fast and was excellent. The service from the bartender was amazing. The location is definitely worth a visit if you have the time while you are in New York City.

We had a reservation on Christmas morning but waited about 15 minutes after being seated before anyone came to our table. The host wasn’t able to locate our assigned server, so she stepped in and took our order herself. Given the situation and that the table wasn’t originally hers, she did her best and handled it well. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, the condiments we requested were missing, and it took another 5-10 minutes or so to get those. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and wasn’t great. Additionally, the lighting at our table was extremely bright and the music was very loud, though that may just be part of the Hard Rock atmosphere.

it was an amazing experience! the service was amazing, the lady was super open, friendly, made lots of jokes, looked like she honestly cared for her customers. i’m sure the others are like that too. the price really matches the quality of the food, we took lots of different foods, all very very good. i really recommend going here, amazing service, beautiful atmosphere and delicious food.

We got here when it was not busy at all. The first person we come in contact with was checking us in and asked for my phone number or first and last name so I decide to just put my phone number. I begin typing it and he decided to get mad and proceeded to get loud and tell me he asked for my name and not a phone number. I had three others in my group who heard him ask for a number. Do better. Don’t like your job then leave. Then we went to a second person who gave us a slip with my name and party amount. Then we went to a third person who took my ticket and sat us down. Why do you need three people just to get a seat?! Seems like a waste of money and time?? We finally got seated. Two other tables around us got seated after us and got drinks right away while we waited 20 minutes just to get a server. By time we got a server we had waited so long that we knew our orders and just did them with our drinks because we didn’t want to have to wait again. Our server was very friendly and helpful afterwards though. The food was pretty decent but you do pay NY prices.

We tried their Ribs and pulled pork, and every single item was amazing. Everything was full of flavor, served in generous portions, and arrived piping hot. The food tasted fresh and truly exceeded our expectations.

This place has absolutely the worst service in history. Servers ignore you and seem grouchy and hateful. Prices are stupid high and quality is insanely poor. But many awesome rock relics inside. Tip, go in and ask for the bar. Check the entire place out. Then leave. Free and avoids frustration with lousy service, poor food, and stupid expensive drinks.

First time at this location. I had the chicken and waffles breakfast which was good. The atmosphere was great with all of the pictures and memorabilia on the walls. Kiki was great, stopping by regularly to check on me and quick with my drinks. I'll have to come back for lunch or dinner.

🎸 Last night we went to this Hard Rock. I always recommend making a reservation because it’s always busy. The place was nice, with excellent music, they were playing Janis Joplin 😍 , service was quick and our waitress was great. The food was good, but the mojitos were amazing! 🍹 I always complain that they don’t put enough mint, but here… boom 🌿🌿🌿🤩 plenty of mint, I loved. I even saved a few leaves to enjoy today. Haha! 😂 Also, the store is right at the entrance, super convenient for collectors of clothes, guitars magnets 🧲 and glasses like me who like to grab something at every Hard Rock they visit. LOL! 😎

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this iconic cafe. I can’t say I enjoyed the food and the queue for coffee was too long and they ran out regularly but I wouldn’t have missed the experience for the world. The memorabilia on display is so impressive and all the staff were very pleasant. My son and grandson will love the T-shirts I bought them. If you enjoy what we call in Australia ‘Pub style food’ you will love it! 🎸❤️🎸❤️🎸

Alright, but the prices are ridiculous. I understand it’s time square, but I’m paying steakhouse prices for a burger, nachos and some sweets it’s ridiculous. Almost $25 in liquids non alcoholic on top of my food. There should be no reason a cafe like this costs over 80$ per person for bar food. Good memories though this once since I came here in 6th, grade on a field trip, but way too overpriced, and the burgers are weird and came out cold and without cheese when I asked for it, plus I only had my nachos for under 10 minutes and they brought the burgers out which was just poor planning on their part, and the waitresses excuse was that “it usually takes a long time to come out”, which indicates a lot of internal issues at this location. I like the universal Orlando hard rock much better than this one food and service wise though, a lot nicer. Wouldn’t return on a future day, but good to revisit and reminisce.

We had such a great time at Hard Rock! Our server, Lanita, was absolutely phenomenal — super friendly, attentive, and made our visit so enjoyable. She checked on us often, made sure we had everything we needed, and had such a great attitude the whole time. The food was amazing — we ordered wings, a burger, and a chicken sandwich, and everything was cooked perfectly. The flavors were spot on, portions were generous, and everything came out hot and fresh. The whole experience was fun, upbeat, and full of great energy — exactly what you want from Hard Rock. Between the awesome food, fun atmosphere, and Lanita’s fantastic service, it was a 10/10 visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Firstly, the people who make this place what it is are amazing. The front desk staff were so polite and welcoming, setting a great tone from the moment we arrived. The venue itself is a goldmine of pleasure, filled with guitars, clothing, and memorabilia from pioneers in their respective fields — including notable names like The Bettles and Elvis Presley. We were lucky to visit on a day when the restaurant was offering a retro-themed throwback menu. We enjoyed delicious crispy chips, burgers, and a classic Coke and vanilla float — a real treat! However, I did have a disappointing experience in the merchandise and shop section. I had a receipt from the restaurant that offered a discount upon completing a questionnaire. Despite submitting it and being confident that all my details were correct, I never received the promised benefit or a follow-up email. The manager in that section could have been more helpful. I’d suggest revisiting this process, as it left a sour note in an otherwise fantastic visit — and is the reason for the missing star in my rating. All in all, a wonderful experience that I’d definitely recommend.

It was the best burger we ever had! From the beginning, Alyssa and Danielle were really helpful and kind, they brought us to the “bar section” even we had no reservation. The restaurant was full but we didn’t wait too much time to start eating. We ordered 2 burger that we devoured! The fries were so crispy at the outside and so soft in the inside! Also the bacon and the onion was crispy and flavourful and the meat was so tender. Believe me, the best burger you can eat in NY for sure!
