The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order of the phone came in to pick it up. I get told “cash only my brother took the order and he forgot to tell you” I only had one card on me but I went to 2 atms and they both were saying my cards invalid…..I’ve never had issue before but okay I go back in and I’m like explaining the situation. He tell me to go to a banks a few blocks over at this point I’m like this is a bit much the food gonna be freezing by the time I get back. I asked if I could zelle or cashapp or literally anything else . He said “you don’t have money or something”. I placed a $60 for my moms BIRTHDAY of course I have money you Idiot. If he said no unfortunately only cash I would’ve been like okay no worries cancel the order.. in what world do you tell a customer who placed a larger order that oh you must not have money….anyways $60 for 20 wings fries and mozzarella sticks is insane.

Placed a order as soon as they opened food was hard and dry onions ring were disguising chicken was over cooked probably from yesterday waste of my $41 dollars wouldn't recommend!??

This restaurant knows its strengths. Their employees showed true hospitality. While the plating impressed me, the salt content was excessive. The place earns praise. I'm eager to return to sample different specialties.

Spent about $20 to get there to then be told I can only pay in cash. Very furious ?.

They are a staple in the community. The service is great. I only had one gripe, I ordered medium wings, thinking it was medium buffalo but they were super oily. The front cashier shorter, middle age man, is really great! He’s fast and friendly.

When im heading to work.. its a priority for me to stop here and get the best garlic parm wings in brooklyn.. amigo and the rest of the crew thank you ur the best ??

MY FAVORITE - ASK TO MIX THE HOT WITH LEMON PEPPER. MY LORD. ALSO LOVE THAT ITS NOT HUGE GMO FRIED WINGS, FOR ANYONE TALKING ABOUT THE WING SIZE, ITS NATURAL WINGS, THE SAME WINGS YOU GET FROM THE GROCERY STORE. The greatest wings, chicken strips one can enjoy. Loved the setting, and to know the same guy has run this place for over 40 years, the flavor is unmatched. Wouldn’t get wings anywhere else if I was in a 100 mile radius.

Been coming here since I was a kid and honestly great wings every time. This is a neighborhood staple and I would highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

These are the best chicken wings in I’ve had in New York and would be some of the best in buffalo, home of the buffalo wing and my Alma mater. They make all their own sauces, if you eat there you will smell like a fryer. Chicken sandwich had a pretty big cutlet on it.

The Best Wings in NYC hands down! They have been here for years. Cash only! Wing stop does not compare at all! And the Guys are so Nice and Polite!

These are the best wings I’ve had yet in New York City. They’re the closest I can find to the wings I could get in the South. The wings aren’t very spicy, so I would recommend getting them extra hot if you like spicy. Only downside is that there is no heating in the restaurant and it was absolutely freezing in there

This place is a local gem. I’ve lived in the city for a decade and I’m originally from Buffalo, NY so my standards for wings here are quite high. This place has by far the best wings I’ve tried in the city. They’ve been in business for 30 years and it’s clear why.

Food came out fast and on time which is a plus. On a Saturday night I was relatively please. We had wings, onion rings, and fries. Some negatives - they only take cash, I was all set to pay apple pay, but the cash stuff was a big turn off. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have just left. The wings are way to small. They just the same size as chicken nuggets from McDonalds. Also, the tables weren't prepped for us as I had to move tables around just to sit down. Will be back, but not a fan favorite of this place.

The best wings in Brooklyn!!! So many delicious flavors to choose from, staff is efficient and friendly. Prices are great, I usually get the hot wings/lemon pepper and garlic parmesan with curly fries.

Wing wagon is the best wing spot! Been going here for over 25yrs. The XXX sauce is my favorite. I also get the BBQ and garlic parmesan sauces as well. The fries and mozzarella sticks are on point and go well with the wings. Peter (the owner) is the man! Such a nice guy who treats you like family.

The place that started it all. Growing up in Brooklyn this was my first Buffalo Wing experience needless to say after traveling the world it remains at the top of my list. Wings are the perfect size and flavor is great best part is i have never had a soggy wing from this place. Staff thought the years has always been friendly and welcoming and even remembers your name if you go a couple times. Not really a eat in place but there are tables if you want to enjoy you order right away.

cash only. sauce was great, but anyway i’d make the trade for more meat and less of that sauce. wings were good but tiny.

Hands down the best wings in the city. Been going since I was 5 years old and my family loves the place! The red velvet cake and carrot cake are also amazing. I've recently moved out the city and I miss this place so much! Go visit, you won't be disappointed!

i have been going to Wing Wagon for years back when the two women worked the counter, with the older man. This place has changed. I am not sure I like the wings as much as I used too. My last visit I ordered 20 wings 15 mild and 5 garlic parmesan with extra mild sauce on the side. I got extra hot wings instead. When I called to inform them I thought maybe I got the wrong order. The little nice man behind the counter did not want to hear that there had been a mistake and hung up the phone on me.

Wing Wagon is the best. Go in, order a ten piece, and enjoy Heaven. Also, please be respectful to Pedro. He has been serving this neighborhood since before I was born and manages an insane amount of traffic on a daily basis. Thank you!

10 piece wings with fries. Ill be honest I almost regret ordering after reading some of the reviews, but I’m glad I went through with it! If you want great wings, they got them. Fries were regular but tasty. Blue cheese was blue cheesy. Glad I ordered ALSO CASH ONLY PLACE!

Have you never had wings from wing wagon you have no idea what you are missing

I haven't been to Wing Wagon in years, so this was definitely a treat. The vegetables are fresh and the chicken was nice and crispy like I like it.

Quite disappointed. Wings hardly had any meat on them and I paid around $7 for 6. Dont waste your time and money, better of going to Wingstop a few locks the opposite way.
