Wheel alignment service isn't that good than excepted , low quality specialist and service as well.... after the service I found out that they damaged my car..!! Do not recommend !!
I went there to change my Toyota Prius V tire pressure sensors. I called in advance for a price quote and told the guy on the phone that I had my own sensors. The quote provided over the phone was $75. The same job in Staten Island was $60, so I decided to go with them.
After the work was done, my bill was $130.67, an increase of 117.78%.
When I asked for an explanation, three guys spoke to each other in Tajik before the youngest one told me that the price I was quoted was for one sensor, not all four. But who changes just one sensor out of four? When I questioned that, he insisted that I had been told over the phone that the price was per sensor.
Nevertheless, I paid my bill, learned my lesson, and next time, I will make sure to ask every question in detail and get everything in writing.”
I don't recommend this bodyshape, how valuable are you for your time and money, they broke the tire pressure sensor on my car when they replaced the wheel tire, and instead of correcting their mistake, they want $100 and talk to me like a fool..!!zero service, zero politeness, zero tact, zero communication!!!

Best tire shop in South Brooklyn. Quick and quality service. Reasonable prices. I have been going for their service for almost 20 years and was never disappointed. Highly recommend.
Really wonderful job! I went in for fix a leak, and was met with great customer service. They took care of my tire and left good as new in no time at all!
Stopped in for a $15 tire patch, left with $100 in wheel damage. All because they have one 16 y.o. clueless kid working and 3 adults standing around, smoking, and watching him struggle. He couldn’t even mount the wheel, I had to ask one of the more experienced guys to dismount the wheel and mount it back on so it sits flat without a wobble.
I noticed I had a nail in my tire in the morning when I got to work. I called ahead and asked if I could bring my car in the afternoon and if I had to make an appointment. The gentleman on the phone said I didn’t need an appointment, just bring it in and I did that afternoon. As soon as I was there I was greeted by Alex. I told him my issue and he started right away. He was very kind. I was waiting by my car and another gentleman told me I didn’t have to wait outside. He showed me there was a couch inside, so I sat down. The equipment to fix my tire was right there and I was able to watch the entire repair process. I was anxious and just that little detail put me at ease. Alex was so polite, efficient and fast. When he was done he checked all the other tires and filled them properly.
While Alex was finishing up, another gentleman took payment. I didn’t have cash and so I asked to leave the tip on my card. He said no problem and so I did. Here’s a detail that stood out to me. That man took $5 cash and made sure to give it to Alex while I was still there. Which Alex thanked me for. They could’ve easily pocketed the money and never gave it to him. But they made sure he got it and I knew he did. That kind of integrity is important to me. Makes me trust a business that is good to their employees. At the end the gentleman that took payment directed the traffic to stop and helped me pull out of the driveway. To me he went above and beyond.
I was very happy and relieved when it was done. The people were very nice, efficient and quick.
I hope to never have to go back with another tire issue, but if I do I will go here.
Danny is very good person. He works in Brooklyn 3rd ave too. I did remove my wheel lock due to missing my key. Danny did it in 10mins . Also price is very reasonable. Danny is very professional and respectful person .I recommend please go to that store if you have any issue with wheel locks and flat tire or buy new tire with $0 dollar finance option without credit
Terrible! Absolutely incompetent people! Out of 4 tires they mounted, 3 started leaking air within 2 days. Two directional tires were mounted the other way around. Plus, 4 brand new wheels got scratched. Each and every lug bolt was overtorqued to insanity. The worst tire shop experience of my life! Stay away if you like your car.
I definitely recommend this shop. Tire insurance is acceptable. Staff set up the claim with my insurance. People friendly and professional and understand customer's needs. It's very import for people who only know how to drive.Job was done great, fast beyond my expectation. Thank you very much.
Very disrespectful staff. I used to like this place until my last couple of visits. The one staff there gets very annoyed if you ask him anything and gets very nasty. Never coming back here again. Went to a different shop where I spent less and the staff is very friendly

I literally had an emergency and these people were so amazing by finding my rare tire and fixing it within 20 minutes. Amazing service would come here again for sure
THEY SELL YOU DEFECTIVE NEW TIRES!!!!!. I went here and bought 4 brand new tires. I had one go out on me a month after I bought it. I took it back to them and they told me there's nothing they could do.There arent any warranties on them. And, now I have another tire go out on me 3 months later that can't be fixed either. Don't buy new tires here!
#1. Went there to get tire fixed from wife's car. Since tire was very new, I asked them to patch rather than plug. Also asked to balance tire. After a couple of days I went to put the patched tire on my wife's car. Only to discover the tire was flat. I took the flat tire to another tire place only to discover the tire still had a nail in it, and not where the patch was installed. I'd like to know what it was the tire tech actually patched? Also, how the he'll does someone who does this daily overlook a nail. (which produced a slow leak and also why the tire seemingly held air when I left the establishment)
#2. While there I also had 2 General tires put on the car I was driving. Did this as a target of opportunity since they had the same exact tires and size I'd decided to put on my car. I was only quoted a price after they did a 7 minute web search on a rival tire website (Mavis). I agreed to let them do the work.
My visit here was a one-off event. I will never go back and highly recommend that noone who reads this go there even one time.
I can't imagine how you patch a tire without finding the actual cause of the flat in the first place. In addition, if you can't formulate your own prices for products and services you intend to provide without first getting it from a rivals website. You clearly have no clue what you reason to be in y our chosen business.
If you can't undercut the price of a rival chain by even a few dollars whilst at the same time providing puss poor service. Why the he'll would anyone go back???? Stay away people!
Don't go here if you care about your wheels/rims. I regret not reading their google review regarding scratched rims. Brought 4 wheels with tires already mounted on them. All I needed was valve install and balancing. A week later I notice scratches on the face of all 4 wheels where the lugs are installed. My car is always garaged so I know without a doubt it is due to their negligence. Called them up to try to resolve this and it did not sound as if they really cared based on their tone of voice. I would have been content to simply receive a refund for the cost of the service since it would cost way more to get it repaired, but they asked me to drive all the way there so they can take a look. Their solution was to possibly touch it up with paint or something, but that would only make things look worse. They scratches are very deep and wide. It honestly would have been easier for us both to just refund the money instead of investing more time from both parties. If you guys like your car and rims at all, do yourself a favor and find a better shop. I cannot comment on their tire mounting, but if you come here to get valves installed and wheel balancing, expect to get damaged wheels in return.
Also, I spoke to a friend who got tires from here. They do a shady practice regarding rebates for Dunlop tires.
