If I could give this place more stars, I definitely would. From the start, Justin and the entire staff were professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. I’ve had bad experiences with other mechanics in the past—fixing one issue only to create more, which left me feeling frustrated and unable to trust anyone with my car. That completely changed here. Justin took the time to properly run diagnostics and clearly explain what might be going on with my car. As they worked on it, they discovered additional issues, but what really stood out was how they communicated everything with me first. They explained why each repair was important and made sure I understood before moving forward. That level of honesty and transparency is rare. I also really appreciated how quickly they were able to get the parts, especially since my car had multiple issues. Their responsiveness and efficiency made a huge difference, and they still made sure the job was done right and in a timely manner—an amazing job overall. You can tell they truly care about what they do and about their customers. They went above and beyond for me, and I’m very thankful. This is an honest, reliable shop, and I would 100% come back if needed. Thank you again to Justin and the entire staff, really great people.
