Thank you so much! This is by far the best autozone. I visit often to get tools and items for my car but the knowledge and polite staff is what keeps me going back. They really go out of their way to help!!! Special thank you to Akim & Sam for helping with my battery on my last visit! I also purchased an alternator and tensioner most recently as well as other tools. Williams is also phenomenal in providing superior customer service and parts support as well as providing helpful and automotive knowledge. You all are always so helpful and professional.
horrible customer service, can just stand there for 10 mins at the counter and employees avoid you. some dont know how to use company systems, others just lazy. if you can just go to advanced auto in sheepshead and save yourself the head ache
Absolutely unacceptable experience at this AutoZone location.
The employee who handled my transaction showed a complete lack of professionalism and had zero understanding of what customer service means in a retail business.
From the moment I approached the counter, the attitude was negative, dismissive, and openly frustrated for no reason.
While I was paying, the staff member looked irritated and uncomfortable, which made the entire interaction awkward and unpleasant.
As a paying customer, I should not have to deal with someone who clearly does not want to be there or assist anyone.
If this is the level of service being provided, then management seriously needs to step in and address it.
This was beyond poor it was embarrassing for a business that is supposed to serve customers.

Sharaz Ghuman stepped in and quickly resolved the issue that Sam failed to handle correctly from the start. Huge thanks to Sharaz and Jimmy for doing what Sam didn’t — following up, taking responsibility, and actually caring about the customer.
This is what real customer support and competent management look like, especially when dealing with a returning customer.
Sam’s behavior showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic knowledge. He should seriously learn from Sharaz and Jimmy — or reconsider whether customer-facing work is for him at all.
The manager at this location; Jim, was very rude! The employees in the store are more helpful and I think they should be the manager instead of that guy! I’ve been going there for years and I have never seen this guy before. There were customers on line and he was yelling at his employees and customers who didn’t have a receipt. He is definitely not cut out to be a manager if he can’t delicate work properly or effectively and talks to customers disrespectfully. He seemed very on edge. I was uncomfortable standing there on line listening to him speak to people this way.
Jimmy and the staff has always gone above and beyond to ensure that I’m well taken care of from changing the battery on my truck to changing the bulbs for my brake and back up lights. The service is superb and these guys know what they are doing. Thank you for your hard work and incredible service!
Manager Jimmy is the best. Literally drove me home to get another Fob went above and beyond added electrical tape did everything he could + some to get me back on the road. Thanks a million Jimmy/Sam ??
Kevin I have one word, honesty. Absolute excellent excellent upon excellent Services. I was a new customer, walking in distressed, not knowing what to do as my husband works in the Army Who is currently away, and I didn’t know much about the car. Kevin, the manager of the store was so kind polite patient helpful I can go on. Thank you so much for your help and the others that work. There are so polite as well. I really appreciate you all. I will definitely continue to work with you guys and recommend you at any time. You guys are truly awesome.
I brought in a battery that wasn’t working, and it was out of warranty a few weeks ago. The cashier was on his phone on FaceTime, smelled of alcohol, and had a terrible attitude. A lady offered to charge it, but when I picked it up, a different employee handed it to me, threw aside the receipt, and said it was charged and good to go. When I checked the paper, it said "BAD" and the battery wouldn't start my car, he then just said “Ooops”’. I ended up going to interstate to buy a new one.
Went there to buy battery and have it installed. Walked in, store empty of customers. Two employees behind counter, asked if they can install battery with purchase. They said no. I called the autozone at 86th street and 14th Ave., the clerk who answered said yes. This store at Hart place was not interest at all in helping customers. Typical retail employees who feel you are bothering them from lounging around.
This AutoZone is great. thank you to lion he changed my wipers and battery today I was in and out in a Jiffy I can definitely see him as a mechanic. Thank you autozone I recommend this store to anyone with car troubles
I like this store! This guys did a great service for me! My battery died while I drove, I stopped by this store to buy a new battery, I bought and guys from this store replaced it in two minutes! Thank you, guys!

I just had the most unexpected experience here. I used to come in twice a week for power steering fluid and the big guy was not helpful at all. Ambiguous answers, talking. On his phone. Just a waste of space. Today I went in for windshield wipers and Nija (hope I got that right) was amazing. Super nice. Amazingly helpful and even installled them. I’ve never written a review about an auto parts store, but she rocked it. She needs a raise and promotion. Thank you for changing my opinion of your store!
Great store but very little help for what you looking for ! Staff needs real training, can't ask for anything they never seen before. Example: ask for a oil filter they all say it's in line 3 ?
Great customer service well clean. I was able to easily find what I needed. They help me very quick in a respectful manner. Help me find what exactly I needed. I like it.
4 staff members only 1 engaging with customer. The otherstocking shelves and one blatantly ignoring me as I ask questions as if he doesn't speak the language. Go somewhere your business is better appreciated.
That whole team at Hart place are fantastic individuals every time I have a need for my vehicle they are so quick to help me. The stores well-stocked and always very clean to my surprise the store manager Kevin always has a smile on his face as well as all his employees I look no further for my Automotive needs
One of the worst shopping experiences that I've had to date. The staff was very rude and disrespectful. The man that was suppose to be in charge at the time does not know how to deal with people. They had a product for sale and they claimed the sign was posted in the wrong place and did not want to honor the price, just rude and not helpful at all.
