NY City Automotive is fantastic. Most important to me, they have been consistently reliable and honest each time I’ve come to them with questions or issues with my car. They did a great job fixing my car both times I’ve needed repairs, and each time did the work at a great price and within the promised timeline. Highly recommended!

I was overwhelmed by how positive the experience was. The shop is immaculate—truly a beautiful space to walk into. The service was friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Danny had my car ready before the promised date. And—the cherry on top—they detailed the interior, so when I picked up the car, it was like I was getting a nearly-new car. Highly recommended!

I do not even have the vocabulary to how great this company is. I would like to say that this place has done wonders with my car. My car had a dent, a few scratches, and other problems naked to my eye and they fixed it all. The communication was great with consistent phone calls and text messages throughout the process, and the staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had to replace my bumper- not only did they match the paint of the bumper to the rest of the car, but they did light touches to the outside of my car. The ultimate, I mean ULTIMATE CHERRY ? on top was that they invested time to clean the inside of my car. As a busy, working, single mom who really needed her car cleaned- they did that with the kindness of their heart ❤️! (Attached are pictures of the inside of my car after they cleaned it. Btw, they also washed the outside of my car as well ;-) I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their vehicle. Thank you!

Needed to get some dents and scratches fixed on my car due to someone hitting my car while it was parked at night. The first impression was that this is one of the cleanest shop I've ever seen. Felix (the owner) greeted me and professionally guided me through the whole process. He made me feel very comfortable and that my car was in good hands. The whole process was effortless and my car looked even better when it came out than when it went in. Will recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

My ‘21 Subaru Outback was damaged in a hit and run. NY City Automotive was AMAZING. From the initial call through to getting my vehicle back their customer service was phenomenal. I received regular updates by text and over the phone and they were able to get the car back to me in a week and a half, before I left for the holidays. The work is fantastic too. All around great experience.

Excellent experience here. Cristian was very good about communication and I appreciated the texts. The car looked great and I was very happy. The shop looks immaculate, which immediately helps you trust their work. When I picked up my car, they even cleaned my wheels for me! The repair was for the bumper but I got a bonus with nicely cleaned wheels. They removed all the brake dust. Amazing! Thanks Cristian!

I was referred here through my insurance company. They had appointments available right away and booked me for an estimate. The shop is immaculate. They made my car look new again - including helping me fix a non-covered damage item for a reasonable price. They also gave me some spare touch-up paint and detailed the car inside and out (unexpected bonus!). Good communication throughout. Easy to deal with. Great quality work.

Just take a look at their work! Look at the before and after. Not only did they do an exceptional job, I brought the car in for repair after a snow storm. So it was covered in salt and snow. I got the car back and it was cleaner than it has ever been. They're communicative and will call you to update you. When they think the car will be fixed. What was broken. What parts they're replacing. And they have an app that lets you track your car's repair. Consider them!

They are a great body shop. Anyone there was very professional. I had damages to my rear bumper and it was fixed faster than expected. They made sure that I had a rental car, although it's with my insurance they handles anything for me to make the experience as pleasant as possible

Honestly the best place to get your car fixed. They handled all the insurance work and got my car fixed so fast mean while other places did not want to help me. Look at the before and after, I will forever recommend NYCity Automotive.

By far the best shop I have had the pleasure of bringing my car to. NY City Automotive is diligent, professional, and provide the most reasonable prices for a 5-star job, done only by the best. They walked me through their process of how they would approach fixing my vehicle, the various options they offer, offered me a reasonable estimate, and completed within a reasonable time. I will be returning for additional work that I need done, because I only want this shop working on my vehicle.

Excellent shop; fast, professional service. I've never had an accident or made a claim, but someone clipped the rear quarter panel on my BMW X5 and the bumper was askew. I checked out a few recommended shops in the Gowanus area but they all seemed so rough around the edges, and hard to communicate with. I brought my car to NYC Automotive based on online reviews. The shop is one of those places you could 'eat off the floor'; immaculate, and well equipped. Felix and the office communicated clearly and dealt directly with my insurance company. Car was ready in 3 days, and looks like new. Highly recommended. Great place.
