My experience started off great everyone was nice and professional I was actually let In before 9am and was able to leave in a loaner in less the 30 min / The following day I get a call from the service advisor. He sends me over a link to go over the multi-point inspection . The service advisor tells me that it's going to $31,000 to replace parking assist control module and connectors due to corrosion and I also had a suspension fault code in yellow which the service advisor told me is related to the parking assist control module/ after reaching out to my insurance company, I decided I would pick up the car from the dealership and asked the service advisor. How much would the service be? And he stated $340 before taxes when I came to pick up my car my card was charged $740+ Even though I have a receipt from the link that was sent to me for $410 after taxes service advisor acknowledged both the link he sent and what he told me on the phone and swiped my card . Also, within doing research I found out that the fault code for my suspension may be caused due to a blown fuse and I changed that fuse out in the dealership on camera and my suspension was fixed even though the service advisor told me that the parking assist module is connected to my suspension fault which is not correct- Porsche Brooklyn I would NOT recommend due to the service advisor not knowing any thing about service for these cars there and two outrageous price for that parking assist control module and also doubling the price that he quoted me at pickup and swiping my card for a amount we did not agree upon. That is not okay and very unprofessional and this put a bad taste in my mouth towards Porsche in general. That service advisor's name is Joshua Gomes.

The service people (Marcus and Jason) were fantastic to deal with. My only issue is the pricing provided for the CV axles. They indicated over $11,000 to replace which is insane.

I would love to give a review on Brandon Tutillo. He was the salesman I worked with at The dealer a little while back. He had a great attitude and loved the fact that he cracked a joke with me and My brother when we were there, it made us feel welcome! Normally big name car dealers are a bit dry i personally know from working in Prestigious dealers for over 10 years in CT. He Definitely knows his cars and info. I’m still on the hunt for my vehicle but I wanted to give a shout out for him spending the time with us, and I also recommended a family member to him a few weeks later and I’m pretty sure he bought from their inventory, so i just want to give the time out to somebody that represents the company very well, and to someone that took time out of his day to work with me even though i did not purchase! This review is long overdue. A few months ago, I attempted to start my Taycan and an error message popped up on the PCM stating “do not turn on- tow to nearest dealer”. I live on Long Island and a Porsche dealership is literally 10 minutes away from me, but without hesitation I scheduled my car to be towed to Josh at Porsche in Brooklyn. I arrived at the dealer before my vehicle to inform Josh of what happened. He immediately placed me in a loaner and took care of me. Josh is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and provides Porsche clients with a wonderful experience. I’m forever thankful and will purchase my new car from Porsche Brooklyn!

A couple of weeks ago, I went to Porsche of Brooklyn to purchase a 2024 CPO Cayenne with 4,900 miles (VIN: WP1AA2AY4RDA10696). The car was nicely optioned, and I had already worked out the deal with the salesperson, who was pleasant and professional. Coming from Long Island, the trip took nearly two hours, so expectations were understandably high. Unfortunately, once I saw the vehicle in person, I immediately noticed visible flaws. On closer inspection, there were clear ripples in the bodywork. I used a paint meter, which confirmed that the entire right side of the vehicle had been repainted. Not only was this never disclosed, but the quality of the repair was subpar. For a Certified Porsche Dealer, this was extremely disappointing. Had I purchased this vehicle, I would have been stuck with a poorly repaired car that would unquestionably take a hit in value when it came time to sell or trade. The general manager, Joe, came over and acknowledged that they had taken in a “dirty” car and said all the right things. While he was polite and polished, it’s very difficult to believe that a full repaint of one side of the vehicle went unnoticed during the intake and CPO process. To “make it right,” I was offered a 2025 loaner Cayenne that was less equipped, had more miles, and cost $8,000 more. That offer only added insult to injury. As a car enthusiast, a multiple 911 owner, and a longtime Porsche fan, this experience was a major letdown. I expect far more transparency and quality control from a brand—and dealer—of this caliber. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision when considering a purchase here.

I brought my 2025 Macan S in for the annual service. I received a video of the inspection and a review of the results. Very thorough and seamless. The assistant at the desk was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The inspection was completed in 3 hours. The car was returned washed and vacuumed. I’m delighted to have a comfortable and professional experience and recommend this dealership for buying and servicing your Porsche.

The most disgusting customer service. Josh Gomes does not seem to know what he’s doing and clearly does not know how to communicate. I paid $1,000 for an oil change, which is fine, but I was told my car would be returned before 5:00 PM — something I specifically requested and was told would not be a problem if the car was picked up at 11:00AM which it was. However, my car was not returned on time. I had to call multiple times with no response, and since I have an AirTag in my car, I could see it wasn’t moving. The male receptionist was understanding and said he would speak to Josh which did and then the car started moving, which is insane….not sure why I had to go through people when it’s that simple it should’ve been done….Josh ignored both my calls and messages.This situation was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. As I have places to be .If you wanna be treated like garbage, this is a Porsche dealership you go to. I’ve been to Porsche Monmouth, nj and they treat you with some sort of respect, unlike Porsche Brooklyn. Did not expect this kind of customer service from Porsche…

This was my first time working with a dealership on a trade deal to get a dream car. Usually I’ve gone on Facebook or other listing sites to avoid the “dealership dance” if you know what I mean. This group here at Porsche Brooklyn did not have a dance. Jonathan (sales man) was amazing to work with and has been great even after purchasing the car nearly a month and a half ago. (Buying process was smooth) negotiating was easy and straight forward. If you are looking for people who actually care about the customer expierence especially for buying a high end car this is the place. They put a red bow on the car for presentation ensured the car was spotless and gave me a true jaw dropping moment of wow this is my car. I was looking to buy a Porsche Macan S in some specific color and configurations within 1 week due to my car got totaled in a recent accident. I called several dealerships around my area but the color and configurations which i was looking were not available with any dealership and they were asking for wait time of around 3 to 4 months. I was trying to see with Porsche Finder to see who all has something similar car available and I found the car with PORSCHE BROOKLYN. I reached out to Delaer over phone and I was introduced to GEORGE THOMAS my Sales Person. I was really skeptical and worry to buy my car out of state and not near me. While talking with George Thomas he shared me the greatest news..We have car available in the color and configurations you are looking and you can get the car within few days. I discussed the details with him on my queries/questions. He shared me all the details and I was really impressed with his knowledge and support he has given me over phone. He was able to work with his manager and able to budget my car in the range what I was looking. I flew to New York for picking up my new Macan S. I must say that my experience exceeded all the expectations while working with them. I would like to express my special gratitude towards my Sales Person George Thomas..His behavior was very friendly, for all my queries/questions, he was replying with patience, professionalism and with great knowledge. His genuine care towards me and my car truly made a long lasting impression. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I recently took my Porsche Macan for service and tire replacement and The service advisor Joshua Gomes is the best they have, knowledgeable, reliable and very professional and he took the time to explain everything clearly. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and very transparent about the work being done. His technicians clearly know these cars inside and out. He provided me with a top notch service and tire replacement for my car. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and genuine care they showed, not just for my vehicle but for me as a customer. They even returned my car all the way to Connecticut freshly cleaned inside and out, which was a fantastic touch. They definitely treat your Porsche with the respect it deserves, I highly recommend Porsche of Brooklyn , They’ve earned a loyal customer for life and if i ever become a 911 owner it will be through them ?

I purchased a 2025 Porsche Cayenne GTS from this Porsche dealership and the staff there were all very nice. My salesman, Evan Russi was sharp and knowledgeable about Porsche vehicles. He quickly addressed any concerns I had and resolved my doubts efficiently, he’s a great guy. Nicky, who handled my financing, was very fast and processed all the paperwork smoothly. I was really happy that the car pickup process went so well. Although the wait was long, the moment I got my car, I felt it was all worth it. Is that the end of the story? I was looking to buy a Macan. I sent emails and called several dealerships down south (SC area) and nobody wanted to sell me a car because I was out of state. Lucky me Chris called me and gave the greatest news ever. I drove to NY and picked up my new Macan. The customer service was excellent from dealing with all the paperwork over the phone, until I took the car with me. Adam the finance manager, made the transaction to run smoothly and not painful at all. I am very pleased with the service I received, and I also got a few gifts!!!
