I recently had a good experience at BMW Brooklyn. Eyad was my main point of contact and he was very polite, friendly and pleasant to deal with throughout the process. He made the visit comfortable and easy from the start. A special mention to Alan, who was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to speak with. He really stood out in terms of professionalism and made the whole experience feel smooth and straightforward. He has great BMW and car knowledge in general, so we had lots to talk about! The team overall, especially Alan - left a positive impression and I would happily work with them again.

I can’t tell you how amazing this experience was. I spent a lot of time comparison shopping, but this team gave me the best price for my needs without any of the typical dealership “run-around”. When it comes to car shopping, I usually shop around New Jersey but I decided to check out the reviews for BMW dealerships around the city. BMW of Brooklyn’s positive reviews caught my attention and after reading some of them. I decided to call Eyad who is mentioned in multiple reviews. I gave Eyad a call and we had a brief conversation about the car I’m looking for and he went to work. About an hour later he called me back and we discussed the deal further and within a couple of hours my car was reserved. We went over the application process and scheduled a pickup appointment a couple of days later. The entire process and experience working with Eyad was nothing but amazing. It was also a pleasure to work with Amar in the financial department. This was one of the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had, and I have had quite a few car purchasing experiences in my lifetime. We recently bought a BMW 3 Series for our family, and for the men in our home, it’s truly a dream car. The black exterior looks stunning, and the natural caramel leather interior is absolutely beautiful. The car is very comfortable and has a surprisingly spacious trunk. This is our first car in the U.S., and we couldn’t be happier. The service at the dealership was excellent. We were able to arrange financing, get insurance, and receive our plates all in one place — super convenient. Got my used BMW here, the experience was very positive! Our salesman John was friendly, honest and helpful, easy to talk to and doesn’t play cheap tricks. It’s a pleasure to do business with him. Their used inventory is decent and the price was good. I’d highly recommend to shop here. But to be honest, this dealership needs a face lift, it’s a BMW dealership but looks rustier they Hyundai’s.

I’ve been leasing BMWs from Life Quality BMW which later became Brooklyn BMW for over 25 years. This year I’ve leased two. Alex is an amazing guy. I don’t test drive nor do I build up the cars. Alex knows my taste and works out the best deals available, he builds them up and places the order. I go to pick up once the cars arrive from Germany and always satisfied. The only thing I miss is a bag of BMW goodies they use to leave in the car for me the day of pick-up. Not sure why it stopped but as a businessman myself, although it may sound petty, it’s a little something besides a hand shake that shows appreciation to valued clients.

I highly recommend BMW of Brooklyn on 94th St. and fourth Avenue to deal with them I never expected to lease a BMW. I said that has to be very expensive. Went there. Talk to Leo great salesman.
