These guys are the best! As a woman I HATE taking my car in. I’d been experiencing some tire issues, and the BMW dealership told me it was nothing. Fast toward, these guys were able to identify the issue in a few minutes and fix it quickly and cheaply. Diego was the person who helped me!

Fast and affordable. Very good experience here. Would absolutely come again (though hope I won’t have to).

Tried scheduling an appointment after being recommended to a tire specialist over a leaking plug. The person who answered the phone said they could “patch it but no guarantees” and that they knew a better solution. When I asked what that better solution would be (as an interested and potential customer), they got rude and began asking what I don’t understand about their offer. I tried repeatedly giving them the benefit of the doubt and explaining my full situation, that I’d be open to “guaranteed work”, and got more condescending responses. No idea what work they would “guarantee” but I can’t imagine it being great based on this experience. Update after owner's response: It was explained repeatedly on the phone that it's a slow leak coming from the center of the tread - that's it. Whoever answered the phone didn't want to take the time to understand that much less try offering any help like selling me a completely new tire which it seems the "guaranteed" work would have been. Just another shop treating customers like garbage unless they can take advantage of you.

They have the guy "Chapo" from Tom and Artie's , he's a good guy for tires and wheel alignment. Don't let it go to your head Chapo I'm still the best .

Nail in tire on the way to vacation. Called Rush and they picked on first ring (it's the little things!), took me straight away, plugged tire in 5min for $15. Prompt and friendly- thank you!

tire got slashed (brooklyn ¯\_(ツ)_/¯), found this place because of their reviews, had a great enough experience that i wanted to write about it. Everyone who worked at the shop was friendly, professional, and knowledgable - I have an old beater I'm not trying to invvest in, so they set me up with a used tire they had on hand, and it took them all of 15 minutes to install. very grateful for their support during a stressful time.

Rush Auto Tire Shop was extremely fast and friendly when we brought our car in that needed a flat repair. What could have been a stressful hours-long ordeal was just a quick pitstop on our way out of town. The man who fixed it was so sweet and communicative. Highly recommend!

Stopped by this place yesterday 4/29/25 no appointment. I hit a deep cutout on the FDR N., in the left lane about a mile before exit 7 and bent my rim. (Be careful) I was taken immediately. Was given a good price on the repair so I ended up purchasing two (2) tires. I was there for about 45 mins. Was treated with absolute respect. You have just earned a repeat customer.

They were so helpful in assisting me with a new tire. I drove to NYC and rolled over a bottle which punctured a brand new tire I had from my mechanic back in Boston. I walked in and Rush Auto Tire Shop helped me immediately, got me a new tire put it on quickly and at a good price. They were awesome, highly recommend. Nice and honest guys!

they are amazing and so sweet! they remember what i tires i’ve replaced with them and will take such good care of me everytime i’m there and make sure they repair before i replace. as a woman who is apprehensive of car services i will continue coming here for as long as i’m in NYC

Just left this place for a new tire. Chucky helped me out and from the moment I walked in he was really welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Refilled my spare and had a new tire on in 15 minutes. Rush also lets you make an appointment online so you don’t need to guess when to show up.

Just got back from a quick tire patch up here. Chucky was the gentleman who helped me, he was such a sweetheart even when I called on the phone about coming by, all the way through my visit. It took him about 15 minutes to do a proper patch, $25. Everyone there seemed of good nature, what an excellent experience! Highly recommend

Roman got me a reasonably priced set of 4 new 205-55r-16s. If you're buying a full set of tires, they give you a year of free road hazard and a free alignment. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Excellent service.

I got a flat tire on my way back home to pick up something in Bed Stuy. I drove in here and am glad I did. The guy who worked here was young, friendly and nice (not the gruff old man I expected). 😃 He changed my tire pretty fast and gave me some advice about something on the car I might want to get checked (which I immediately forgot). I'm not usually over by this way, but on the off-chance I am and need another tire change, I will head here.

Very pleased with this shop. I approached getting 4 new tires installed and balanced very seriously and I messaged the shop a lot and everyone was kind and patient! Very clear information. No hidden charges. Does what he says! Diego is the owner. I am going back for tire rotation: $25 for 4 tires in 5000 miles.

We blew out a tire and live far from this area. Didn’t catch his name but the guy who helped us was wonderful. Very nice, efficient, honest and just a good vibe. Didn’t try to upsell me or take advantage in any way. Within 20 minutes on a Sunday at 4:00p in this very small narrow garage, we had a new Pirelli tire installed, quickly, at a very fair price. He was awesome.

This team is great! They got the tires that I wanted (which were not available everywhere) at a fair price and earlier than expected. Diego was awesome to work with and the team got four tires swapped out plus alignment very quickly. The website is also very good and supports the business well -- great convenience for customers. I had to get my tire repaired since it had a hole, and this place was beyond my expectations on how it was going to go. Very kind, friendly, informative and helpful! Patched the hole on my tire quickly! Also was honest and informed me that because the hole was bigger than expected, it might slowly leak. It has been about 4 days now and I have been keeping an eye on my tire, but it seems fine so far! They also are affordable. Not a bad price for the quick service and friendly people. Would definetly keep them in mind to anyone I know or my tire needs!
