Call any other company but this one… Beyond unprofessional and no regard for customer safety or care. Never. Again.

After 3-4 hours of waiting for Elite Force Towing to pick-up the two of us (two black ladies) in a rental car because the car had a flat tire with no spare. The driver that showed up didn't speak english well (he was white) and wouldn't answer our questions. The tow truck driver made us ride in the car on the flatbed. (He didn't want us in his truck) This was extremely dangerous not to mention the driver ran several red lights and got lost. This was the WORST service I have ever received. Dispatcher was no help either and she was rude. I wanted to give Elite Force Towing zero stars however you had to give at least one star to post. More to come with Videos in next post...

My experience with this company was great the driver was very courteous and professional and treated my vehicle with respect

I was broken down in the middle of the highway. Elite Force Towing came and got me out of there super quick. Driver was very helpful and polite. Give them a call if you’re ever stuck and need a fast tow, 10/10 experience!
