This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
From the latest feedback, No Limit Towing LLC in Brooklyn, NY scores 94/100. Overall sentiment is strongly positive: customers highlight fast response (often minutes), professional drivers—Rudy is praised frequently—careful handling of vehicles (including 4x4s), and affordable pricing. Service is described as courteous and reliable. However, a few 1-star reports cite improper tows, communication gaps, and damage, so experiences aren’t perfectly uniform. Reviews focus on towing; there’s no clear info on inventory variety, yard organization, or parts-finding. Several reviews reference NJ/turnpike, so location context may be mixed.

What clients say about No Limit Towing LLC in Brooklyn (NY)
Amazing job will on Shrell came to the rescue to save the day. After 6 different tow calls they was able to successfully make my day. Thank you all and I will definitely reach out to you all for any further needs God Bless.
Best towing company, very profession & on time. Called a couple of towing companies around and no one was available. No Limit Towing was able to give me an affordable price & took care of my vehicle as they towed it to where I requested. Look no further ahead, you can trust them to take your vehicle safe without damages, I will definitely use them again in the future if I need them.
Listen, they are unprofessional AND will yow your car even when YOU DO have proper permit!!!! I'm on my way to get my vehicle RIGHT NOW! They don't answer the phone or bring back your car when they have ERRONEOUS towed it! How can you ignore MY phone call when I'm the one who has had their car towed BY YOU even ATER acquiring proper permission to park AT MY OWN RESIDENCE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Excellent service today. My progressive roadside assistance was taking forever so I canceled it and called this service and the guy was very helpful. Got my car to the destination safely. Thank you.
No Limit Towing was great! They were responsive and got a tow out to us in a timely manner. The Driver Rudy was very nice and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone!
I had blowtire on the side of the highway. This towing company came in less than 20 mins compared to the other ones that said 2hour. He is super fast and friendly and got us to tires shop before it close
This is one of the best towing companies I've ever worked with. The price was very reasonable. The driver, Rudy, was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.
This was such a life saver. Ruddy was such a profesional and safe me from being left in the road with a broken car. He did not Jessore to assist and offer his services. Thank you so much. Great to have people like that in the world nowadays.
No Limit Towing is the best tow company I dealt with in NJ in the last 10 years. The driver Towboy Kyle was very professionAl and funny. I enjoyed my ride to say the least. The price wasn't too bad either. They told me 125 but I only had 80 yet he took it with a smile, and that is refreshing. I would strongly recommend calling No Limit... Thanks again Kyle the towman.
My driver showed up right on time and was a great help, went above and beyond to get me out of my Jam! Would definitely recommend them if you need a tow!
This company was extremely professional and helpful to me! I needed a tow truck for my work van ASAP and they came right away. Reliable and on time! I highly recommend!!!
Clean, quick, professional service. Friendly efficient service. Equipment in excellent shape capable of handling specialty vehicles like 4 wheel drive. No problem picking up my lifted 4x4.
Great company..I was stuck on the turnpike on delivery and these guys came to the rescue fast. The service technician that helped has a good heart and I can tell these guys care about the customer. Keep up the great work.. #value
Unfortunately I can't leave a review with no stars but that would be my preference. We had a horrible experience with this towing service despite the good reviews we saw online. As most of us don't have a lot of time to read lengthy negative reviews, here are all the negative points:
- The emergency brake was almost left on for the tow as the driver did not check it
-The driver needed to gas up his tow truck after he hooked up our vehicle
- The driver made another stopped at a convenience store for a snack/cigarettes
- He took a much longer route to avoid toll roads despite the fact that our windshield was completely smashed and it had started raining
-And the best was when he didn't see a center divider on the highway and hit it with the rear tire of our vehicle completely ruining the rim and tire
After a call to the company, it was agreed they would replace the rim which they did almost a week later after many phone calls and texts. The replacement rim needed to be soaked for a day by our mechanic because of all the corrosion on it. The delay caused us to incur more expenses that they agreed would be paid for but to date we are still waiting for that payment.
Yo, I promise you I’ve never dealt with such a fast, courteous and knowledgeable Tow personality as “The Wizard” as he so playfully proclaimed himself. It’s actually TowBoy cali cal. And He is pushing so hard, I promise you, No Limit Towing is Number 1!!! Thanks Wizard!
