Yes, they have some parts and make occasional sales, but as people, their behavior is shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful.
While I was waiting at the counter for my part to arrive, a woman came in looking for a sensor. Instead of helping her, the staff treated her in an extremely inappropriate and demeaning manner. She was clearly uncomfortable, to the point of leaving in tears.
What followed was even worse — the staff laughed and joked about it as if it were entertainment. This wasn’t just ignorance; it was outright disrespect toward customers, especially women.
If you care about professionalism, decency, and how people are treated — especially female customers — I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.
I’ve been here twice for auto parts for my vehicles. Prices are reasonable and quality is great. Service is quick and customer service is good. Parking is a bit challenging in this neighborhood. My experiences have been great on both occasions.

After I was given the wrong parts for my car. He helped me rich out to the right location and call his colleague Joseph to make sure they have the right part ready for me when I arrive.

Scammer. The one guy tell one prize the other guy give you a different more expensive price. It’s ridiculous place. I ordered the parts wait two days and thay forgot to send it. Unprofessional
why does this place even exist. nobody ever answers the phone at this location and there number just keeps transferring you somewhere else. they try transferring you back and still no answers. this is the reason companies shut down. parts authority in a whole will be out of business within the next 5 years
Very friendly customer service! They have almost everything under the sun! We’re all used to the big box stores and we’ve all been disappointed when Auto Zone or Pep Boys didn’t have what we needed, well places like these, have that product, or can get you that product in a much faster time frame, So I stand by older brick and mortar stores, It’s one reason this store still stands the test of times!

Excellent service, whether it its from the sales people, managers, the office staff or the drivers, I honestly cannot ask for better service. The parts are always right the first time, unlike their competition, and if the part does happen to fail even after the warranty expires the work with you to ensure peace of mind and in this business that means a lot !!!!! Definitely 100 % satisfied customer here , I highly recommend this company !!! UPDATE !!! SINCE BEING BOUGHT OUT BY PARTS AUTHORITY IN JULY THIS COMPANY HAS HAD A TURN FOR THE WORSE. PARTS ARE ALWAYS WRONG AND DELIVERY STINKS, PARTS AUTHORITY IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. THEY WENT FROM BEING THE FIRST STORE I CALL TO THE LAST. Convenient place for South Brooklyn, good knowledgeable staff, wholesome interaction, returns accepted. I'm also very glad it's operated by parts authority.
Just sat on hold for 10 minutes while waiting for them to figure out if they had ONE simple part. Heard someone pickup the phone line and then hang up. Great.
Side note: their phone hold system is cool and tells you random auto facts.
Worst ever customer service ever. Very rude and gave me attitude when I asked nicely about the parts I needed. Just said come to the store and you will know. Would GIVE -5 star IF THERE WAS

Absolute worst customer service ever. The man at the desk was on the phone for over 10 minutes and never once acknowledged my existence. Then when he finished, he looked an me and said "yeah?". So as I began stating what I was looking for, his cell phone rang. He then proceeded to pick it up and continued to ignore me. Ridiculous. I'll never go there again
Omg i have no words to explain for this guy that sits in the front he has no respect for the costumers the worst attitude i will suggest nobody to go there they need to take him out of there asap.

Went here to look for a windshield wiper, I left wanting to fight the manager. Terrible attitude, you are better off buying your item somewhere else or online don't ruin your day by coming here!
I hate this place if your a regular customer this place is not for you. They look at like not wait they don't look at you or help you. If your not from a shop a picking up an order you dont exist.
Today I was there the Guy was seating in front of the desk he was very rude!! I advise to owner change that guy because he doesn’t want to work! I was trying to buy something and asked some questions but he didn’t respond me!
There mainly a whole saler but walk ins are welcome they have what your car needs or they get it for u same day or next day. The only thing u wait to get your stuff they should put chairs in the place but that a nother story. ? service is always good there probably the bigest around they help u. AMEN

If you're a walk in customer good luck. They will answer every phone call before they will get to you and the phone never stops ringing, so you'll wait forever.
great staff, great service and great warranty. GM Mike and his brother Barry have really got this business rolling in the right direction. Sales person Jay goes above and beyond to ensure the right part and that it is delivered i a timely fashion. Owner Danny is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Very Very happy with the service this company provides !!!!
