I recently had a dead battery in my car. I contacted Omega, and shortly after, I received a call back from a helpful representative who quickly arranged for someone to come out with a new battery and assist with the installation.
John, the technician, arrived earlier than expected and was friendly, professional, and efficient. He had everything up and running in less than 20 minutes. I was honestly shocked (in the best way possible) by how smooth the whole experience was.
In New York, you never quite know what kind of service you’re going to get, but I felt like I could really trust them. That peace of mind made me feel confident in choosing Omega, and I definitely plan to use them again, possibly for other services like detailing. Highly recommended!

Today i was just sitting in my car trying to figure out how to get someone to help with my car and this wonderful young man happen to pass by me and ask if i needed help. I told him my car wouldn't start he said no problem. Got out of his truck gave my car a boost and said have a nice day. I offer to pay him but he said he was helping me out. I will be using and referring this company to family and friends. It good to have a roadside assistance close in the neighborhood. Once again thank you.
They did a flat fix on the spot!! Didn't rip me off even when I needed a battery restart. Roadside w/ integrity I don't see that often so I was very happy to find them and will definitely call the next time I have trouble.

Omega’s Roadside Assistance was super fast and professional. I locked myself out of my car and was dreading waiting for Triple AAA because they normally take up to 3 hours to arrive. BUT NOT OMEGA! Two weeks ago, my car was broken into and I needed a replacement rear passenger window. Ramon was 100% helpful and got me a new one the next day for a reasonable price. They vacuumed the broken glass out of my car and I had a new window within 30 minutes.
GEICO app said it will be an hour for assistance to arrive. Ramon came in Les than 20 minutes and as he know what the issue was…and knowing what he was doing solved my car issue in no time. Super fast. Nice manners and great professionalism. Thank you Omega!
So, let me tell ya! My 2020 GMC Terrain wouldn’t start. I didn’t know what do! Had to have a taxi service come out to give me a jump! Jumped it, went home. The next day, wouldn’t start. I didn’t know what to do! I called Omegas Roadside for a jump so I can take it to the mechanic. Shawn came out for me! We tried to jump it but it just didn’t work! He advised me i may need a new battery! I took that into consideration, I went and got the new battery! I called Shawn back! He came back to me within the hour to reinstall my new battery! My car cranked up like new! When I tell ya I was so happy! I was so happyyyyyyyy! I know if anything happens in the future who to call! I’m definitely calling Omegas Roadside! Super quick. Between the time I called and the time the job was done, it was less than an hour. I wasn’t even around to let him in the car but he were still able to get the job done and sent me photos throughout the process.
I can't thank Ramon enough for his amazing, fast, and efficient service! When I had a flat tire, Ramon quickly arrived and put the spare on for me. The next day, he came to my home with a brand new tire and changed it on the spot. I had no idea this kind of service existed, and I'm incredibly grateful. Highly recommend!
