This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Brooklyn, NY, Omega’s Roadside Assistance LLC shows an overwhelmingly positive trend: 100/100. Reviews highlight fast, professional, and fairly priced help across tire changes/repairs, jumpstarts and battery installs, lockouts, glass replacement, towing, and even pre-purchase inspections. Communication is clear, techs are courteous, and near‑instant response times (often around 10–20 minutes) mean quick, on‑site fixes without a tow. Complaints are rare to none. Notes for comparison shoppers: inventory variety, yard organization, and “finding parts” don’t apply to this mobile service, so data there is limited.
I’m so grateful to Omega for coming out to help me with a tire change They showed up right on time, were super friendly and professional, and had everything done quickly and efficiently. It was such a relief not to have to tow my car or drive anywhere. The price was very reasonable, and they made sure everything was safe and ready to go before leaving. Thank you again for the great service — I’ll definitely be calling you next time I need help!

I recently had a dead battery in my car. I contacted Omega, and shortly after, I received a call back from a helpful representative who quickly arranged for someone to come out with a new battery and assist with the installation.
John, the technician, arrived earlier than expected and was friendly, professional, and efficient. He had everything up and running in less than 20 minutes. I was honestly shocked (in the best way possible) by how smooth the whole experience was.
In New York, you never quite know what kind of service you’re going to get, but I felt like I could really trust them. That peace of mind made me feel confident in choosing Omega, and I definitely plan to use them again, possibly for other services like detailing. Highly recommended!

Omega’s Roadside Assistance was super fast and professional. I locked myself out of my car and was dreading waiting for Triple AAA because they normally take up to 3 hours to arrive. BUT NOT OMEGA! The owner showed up within 20 minutes and saved me so much time and grief! I tipped him and was able to complete my errands shortly thereafter. I will definitely be using this company next time!

I can't thank Ramon enough for his amazing, fast, and efficient service! When I had a flat tire, Ramon quickly arrived and put the spare on for me. The next day, he came to my home with a brand new tire and changed it on the spot. I had no idea this kind of service existed, and I'm incredibly grateful. Highly recommend!
