Terrible AAA service call!! Johnson Rosemary came to change my flat tire. After making pretend to lower my spare from under my car where it's stored on the Toyota Sienna, he claimed my car is broken and he can't get the spare tire. That was after he said he has no idea how to do it and asking me to do it. As I said he "tried" and for no more than one minute before driving off.

Love this place. Usually get my car back on one day. Excellent service and the main manager is nice and personable. There is no hidden prices too. Everything is broken down. Dominick

Truck #7- Their drivers drive extremely hazardous on the streets. Witnessed truck #7 almost hit 3 vehicles on Linden Blvd, as well as eat red lights. He was driving so crazy, I was able to get video from how long this continued to happen.

They are nice people however I had a very uncomfortable experience with them that lead me to believe they are dishonest and untrustworthy businessmen. Beware of Roushan. Will take my patronage elsewhere.

We broke down at tha local cemetery, call'd AAA and they sent'a guy straight away! Salman, our AAA help'r arive'd within 15 minutes! Fix'd us right up, even escorte'd us to tha Repair Shop for further repairs! Super Friendly!!! Thank you Salman for help'n us that day!!! We made it home (3200 miles) safely Thanks to you & Friendly Tire Shop!!!

AAA-OneStop was great to us for both emergency and general repair services! Last 4th of July Dom and his highly trained staff, replaced my broken belt and got my car safely back driving the same day! Last week AAA-OneStop found the key front end repair needed fast and performed honest, professional work again. Thank you!!

My car starter failed late afternoon in Brooklyn, contacted AAA and One Stop answered my distress call. Not only did their team showup in a timely manor, the two gentlemen who came to try and start and finally tow my car were beyond professional. Once at the shop Dominic took incredible care and time to get me back on the road. They even stayed past closing to complete my repair. Without a doubt they turned a horrible afternoon into a wonderful evening. Just fantastic.

This evening (1-8-25) Perry serviced me and my car. He was unbelievably efficient,, knowledgeable , helpful and friendly. He made a stressful situation into a good one. Hats off to Perry !

Excellent service, Perry was a gem of a driver. On time and courteous. We had to deal with some gnarly traffic and made the best of it - dare I say even had a bit of fun!

I’m a long time customer! Always satisfied! This time, Dominic quoted and ordered the fog/daylight replacement! The always helpful mechanic Andy did a good job repairing the replacement. 1 week before, one tire always lost air, in a garage in PA they didn’t find the problem. Andy found a screw in the tire and fixed it.

I would definitely recommend, the are honest people. I had my car towed to this shop and it wasn’t a mechanical issue. It was an issue with the key that I needed a locksmith. They advise me of that.

When our car wouldn't start, we called AAA and a driver from One Stop arrived within 15 minutes. He was friendly and professional, and, after attempting to start our car himself, he towed it to the shop. I was very impressed with my experience there. They explained what our car needed (a new starter and battery) and charged us a fair price. The work was done within a couple hours, and the car was ready when I arrived. It starts without any problems now. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend One Stop to anyone who experiences car trouble.

i went to drop off my car for the mechanic to open the hood. i gave him the piece to fix and was told to come back in a few hrs. later i was told it can't be fixed and to go to a body shop. til now my hood is unable to be opened. he broke the piece off and damaged my car. this is an untrustworthy place of business:

Brought my car back down to Pennsylvania and the driver Nash I believe his name was was AMAZING. Beyond friendly and professional. Went above and beyond what his job called for.

This company came to Fort Hamilton Military Base and towed my car about 200 meters so the base could do work where I was parked. They charged a towing fee of $125 and a recovery fee of $150. $275 to tow a car 200 meters is ridiculous. This is a company taking advantage of disabled Veterans. When I tried to reach out, the person on the other line stated it is not his issue. This is a company that does not do the right thing. Shame on them. When I talked to a person on Fort Hamilton, he told me “wow, that price is outrageous. I am sorry that happens. Towing for Fort Hamilton has never been that expensive.” Once again, this company is taking advantage of the Veteran community.

Tow truck wouldn't take car to where I requested and instead told me he could fix it for a couple hundred dollars. Told me if that didn't work I was on my own. I agreed (didn't have a choice) and then called me and told me it would be over $1k to fix my car and if I didn't want him to do it I had to get the car off his lot immediately. I feel I was robbed and can't believe that AAA would work with this shop. I called a few other shops and the prices I was quoted for the same job were between $450-$675 this shop charged me over $1k

This is the first time in my life I am leaving a negative review. I always try to work things out. However, the service from the person who answers the phone at One Stop was horrific. He refused to give his name and hung up on me twice! My car needed a tow and he called to say they were very busy and was disgruntled from the start, asking what was wrong. And continued to say they were busy. He implied that I was a liar (I couldn’t wait for the estimate of 88 minutes for a tow) and asked my passenger to stay with the car for me. He said that wasn’t allowed and “what - did I lend my car out?” And said I was making up stories. He should be ashamed of himself. In the end, Ricardo from AAA towed the car and was wonderful. I am disappointed that this unfortunate incident happened for absolutely no reason. It is completely unacceptable behavior and I am posting this in the hopes it will not happen to anyone else.

Best experience I've ever had, Best prices too. If you are talking about expensive through these guys on 86st, you know nothing about cars. Good luck finding a better price. There prices are outrageously the best I've ever encountered. Quality of work and parts even better for the price you're getting. They're my mechanics for life now ĺ

Tried to drop my car off for service over the weekend, but was told to come back another day. Stressed that I was in no rush, and could just drop it off. They said they couldn't help me. Red flag number one. Against my better judgement, came back to attempt a drop off again, and this time the estimate went up 50% for a simple repair, on the basis of "well, I'm not the one you talked to last time". Shady practices, bad customer service, definitely will not go back.

Do not use - Damaged my Vehicle Called AAA to tow my vehicle and One Stop Tow was the answering truck. Picked up my scooter to take to dealer - both tires had air, never any issues (~1k mile). One Stop Tow dropped it at the dealer, and when the shop got it, there was a flat tire. One Stop Tow wont return any calls, denied responsibility to AAA.

Called AAA for a dead battery, John Y1507 showed up less than 30 minutes after our call tonight. Provided us with options and a jump to get home. Its a new car, no reason for a new battery! Extremely professional from the call to let me know ow he was nearby from the very end.

Go on a weekend if you must since the staff then is nicer at least... AAA towed me to this location with a flat tire. The next morning I had the same flat tire!!!! AAA brought me back to the same place and the weekend staff was much nicer! They discovered my TPMS had a leak and thats what needed to be replaced. Most likely I paid $250 the day before unnecessarily... I 100% believe I was just taken advantage of on the first day since I was a single woman alone. I should have been smart enough to ask what was wrong with the first tire but had a lot on my mind since the reason I was alone was my husband was in the hospital. They should have checked the first tire without me having to have requested it.

Jerry, thank you for your help today. You were truly a blessing in a nightmare of a day. Very hospitable in every manner. I would recommend this place 100% and hopefully I never need a tow again but definitely sending you prayers my man for all the help you gave me today. And my first ever tow truck-shotgun side experience. Truly Godsent ??

My starter went and I called AAA. They came very fast and thank you for that however I mentioned my car is on coilovers they said no problem when the driver on a flatbed showed up he was very rude and in a hurry to leave! He was disrespectful and honestly didn't want to do anything so he just left ?

Our car would not start. Ricardo O. number Y1507 from AAA came on time. Very professional. He diagnosed the problem immediately and took care of our worries. Great service.

Recently my 2008 Acura MDX broke down in Brooklyn (I'm from Pittsburgh) on a Sunday. Repairs were made Monday/Tuesday at very fair cost(issue was broken radiator which not only caused loss of radiator fluid, But also all transmission fluid lost). Our risk after repairs was that the transmission was damaged from the time running without fluid. Turned out transmission was fine and MDX running well. Thanks!
