These people are so rude it’s unbelievable. I said hello to the tall guy with grey hair and he just walked right by me. So I asked him “you don’t say hello to customers?” And he just shook his head no and kept walking with his back to me. Even though he knows I’ve been there several times before (and I’m always respectful and polite and leave a good tip). then when I told the owner Lesha that I don’t want the rude grey haired guy working on my car he said “yea whatever” without even asking who I’m talking about or why I don’t want him working on the car. What!?? The customer service is just atrocious here. This is not how you treat any customers, let alone repeat ones who are always respectful and nice.
So I left and took my car to Hi tek oil and lube and it was a totally different story. They smiled and even shook our hand when I entered, and did a great job while making us feel comfortable. And it was cheap too while providing great service.
Avoid USA Auto repair !!! They don’t deserve good customers with their awful attitude. I will never be returning their again.

Talking about scamming people and lying, it's this guys second nature. For a 20 min job he told me it would take 3 hours and charged me accordingly. I was on top of the mechanic while he was working and when his boss told me he has to remove my engine the only thing he removed was the cap of the engine.
Then he said, the computer says the job takes 3 hours and if my guy finish faster that's my win, not yours. Do you people understand that? He LIES about the job or the problem to stack more hours and more money. Also at the end he was demanding the full payment even after finishing the "job" at 30 minutes. He wasn't giving me my car keys until he got the cash payment ( because we all know cash is better for obvious reasons).
I'm not trying to de-fame a business, I am trying to avoid getting more of my people scammed and lied by this greedy person.

Alexey and Anatoly were so kind and helpful to me, they are professionals, the brake pads on my Volvo XC60 were replaced very quickly, I also did the NYS inspection with them and Yuri and that job was done perfectly and quickly!!!
Very helpful staff. Offers "match price" policy so you can be sure get best quality for reasonable price. I was here 4 times and every time I'm was in line. They are always busy. Think it describes as great repair shop.
Very honest business..very quick and clean and professional..owner is very law enforcement friendly too...I trust him to service my surburban and my traverse where my 4 kids and wife use...never had issues and excellent quality work
I went in for a brake job. The guy raised the price $200 without authorization. I had to call the police to have my car released and for him to accept payment by credit card. They left my brakes unattached and they lost pressure on the highway and we almost died. I wish I was exaggerating, this place needs to be shut down and the owner jailed.
They broke my oil pan plug told me it had a leak but and that it would have to be replaced next oul change when I got it checked out they used hot glue as the iol pan bolt refuse to fix the problem so don’t go there not honest wants to charge me $650 to replace the oil pan labor parts go somewhere else

They will take care of all your issues with your car and have wheel allignment machine aswell. Its definitely a go to spot! They are knowledgeable and quality work!
This must be the only shop that makes your car worse after it got fixed they are not on time nor professional I had to go back there three times to get them to re-fix it but it was still not fixed! They must be using the worst quality of parts that they had to replace a pump for 4 times therefore my steering wheel all of a sudden got stone heavy when I was on the highway. If you happen to run into that place change your route and run away from there ASAP!
I went in here to check my rear bearings and control arms due to unusual noise. The next thing I know they tell me I need $1000 worth of work and my car isn't safe to drive. I took it to my regular mechanic, my bearings in the front were bad and my tires are the problem causing noise. In total I spent $160 to replace my bearings. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, THEY ARE SHADY.
Bad quality shop, we had to go back numerous times to fix the same problem. Staff is not professional from communication to their work performance. Highly disappointed because you think you’re getting a good deal because they present lower rates however those will end up costing you more time and money at the end. Not worth it.

Hands down best shop in Brooklyn. Been going to Alex for years on McDonald Ave. When he switched to USA repair I followed him. Would not trust anyone with my cars besides him. Beats anyone’s prices and defiantly beats everyone work. If his team cannot find the problem with your car, you are doomed because no one else could. Highly recommend.
After original owner sold his shop there only scammers left. Came to fix heating/cooling problem on my sienna. Car has been there for 3 days, they star with replacing AC pump. Problem hasn’t been solved, returned my car with broken instrument panel, some lights didn’t work and some connectors has been loosed, carpet all over in oil footprints. They tell me that the problem coming from some kind an electrical part and they have to order whole control box, charged me deposit and when I call them they just tell me that it’s coming soon. After 3 weeks I give up and came to other mechanic. He found problem within minutes and tell me to by part from junk yard. $30 part and less then an hour replacement cost me another $50. Whole problem has been solved for $80 and less than a day. But those scammers charged me $250 for no reason pump replacement and another $100 for magical part! Avoid them!
Have trusted the owner of shop with my cars for years when was located on McDonald Ave and never had better price or service anywhere else in Brooklyn
The negative review left below is nonsense, and must be for some other biz/prior owner as he just opened this location August 2019. You wont find a more honest and knowledgeable mechanic than Lesha in these parts
