I've going to this dealership for over twenty years, mainly because customer service was great and they won awards to show it. Over the past few years though, I started going to other Honda dealerships because customer service did declined (in my opinion), prices were way too high, and other dealerships offered great service discounts. However, this go around customer service with Susan Jogie was great, and even though this was an expensive repair, she did try to find the best discount for me. I felt satisfied leaving the dealerships and will come back. The service manager Anthony and service advisor Mr. Li are also great.

Susan Jogie was my advisor. She kept me informed of rhe progress of the service on my vehicle. She made me aware of the condition of the cabin filter but this is something I replaced on my own about every three months. Thanks to her advise, I replaced it as soon as i got home. Is was a pleasure having Susan as my advisor. My vehicle was checked and was given back to me with no other problems found.

Bay ridge honda is an excellent dealership . Very professional and knowledgeable staff! Anthony Galante is and amazing asset to this dealership! John the shop foreman or dispatcher does an excellent job! My service advisor was great ! Bought all 5 Hondas from bay ridge would definitely recommend!!!!

I went to Bayridge Honda for an oil change. I kept smelling an odor of fumes while in my car. I was about to get back on the highway when I noticed black liquid beneath my vehicle. I opened the bonnet and the oil cap was missing, oil everywhere over the engine ...a mess. I take my car to the dealership to ensure safety and reliability that work performance is paramount and customers get honesty in the deliverance of service for peace of mind. I am disappointed, hurt and left insecure with your service. I am not sure if my vehicle I left in your care all these years, will ever be the same again. I only drive Honda vehicles and has purchased numerous Hondas from Honda dealerships. I am lost for words in your actions as my safety and my family's safety was jeopardized.

I recently visited Bay Ridge Honda for an oil change, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. The staff was professional, respectful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They were clear about the process and took the time to answer all my questions. The service was completed within 70 minutes, and everything went smoothly. I really appreciated their honesty and the high level of care they provided. I highly recommend Bay Ridge Honda for anyone in need of reliable and efficient car maintenance. I’ll definitely be back for future services! Definitely A++++.

Edwin was super helpful and reassuring during the very unpleasant experience of having my window broken and airbag stolen. He also reviewed the bill with me even though insurance covered all but my $500 deductible. Again, he made an awful situation much more tolerable and I am glad I trusted Bay Ridge Honda

Service and price were great, recall was done and a diagnostic was done at no charge for system lights on the cluster. We needed a new undercarriage plate and it was delivered and installed in a timely manner. Overall the service was great.

I needed to replace and reprogram a fob key and had to come 3 times to get it done. While the process to check in, get serviced, and check out was very organized and smooth, I wish I didn’t have to return so often. The first day I came in they did not have the key in stock. The 2nd time I went the key came in but the cutting machine was out of order. The third time I came it was done within 30 minutes and it went very smoothly. Everyone I spoke to who helped me was very kind and professional. If I could have gotten this done in 1 visit I would give 5 stars.

Had a great experience with Bay Ridge Honda! I got into an accident and after sorting out insurance, i took my car there for an appraisal. They were quick to get me what i needed, and after approval from insurance, they took the car and handled everything from there, including handling payment with the insurance company, which made things much easier for me. Shoutout to Li, who worked with me throughout the process. They updated me throughout the repair time, recommended things to me to avoid further arbitration, were flexible with my pickup date, and most importantly, the repairs were excellent. Car looks better than it did before the accident. If you’re looking for repairs and insurance is covering the cost, i highly recommend this spot!

Checking under hood, mileage and time related, 16,000+ mi. Prompt efficient, clean and quiet waiting room; my partner and I were in and out in a couple of hours and satisfied with work done. Regrettably, the service department was not able to do body work (for a recent encounter with ice mountain and dislodging rear bumper) but the rep, Jay, was very helpful advising us and recommending vendors who could address our issues. Overall, top notch service (as usual and expected).

Damien was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done to my vehicle. It was professional, bright courteous And efficient. He said that my vehicle would be done in two hours and called me exactly 2 hours after I dropped it off. Very Pleasurable and quick visit and I really appreciated his service

Everyone was very helpful and my service was quick. They include a comprehensive video where they show your car and all the checks they do and you can feel comfortable knowing you also were able to view the work. Susan at the front was very helpful as well and love her energy, see you guys soon!

Bay Ridge Honda does excellent service. I would highly recommend them. Mr Li who assisted me was professional, knowledgeable and able to explain to me all the details of routine maintenance and the various recalls that needed attending to. The customer service reps are also first class.

It was cool. Service was done in a reasonable time. The omly issue i had was waiting for my appointment. There is no place to wait before the service area opens @7 . Lost my spot in line because i was double parked and blocking the street.....

***Update***A few days after the safety recall was performed, I went and filled up my gas tank. I smelled a strong gas smell after I filled up and drove away. I figured I may have spilled some gas accidentally. F few more days pass and my “check fuel cap” light comes on. I adjust the cap, take it off and put back on and still, the light is still on. I finally bring to my mechanic and he does an evap “smoke” test and sees that there is an air leak coming from where Honda replaced my fuel pump. Apparently, they did not tighten the screw on cap holding the fuel pump assembly to the gas tank. I was charged $150.00 to have that fixed from my mechanic. I wish that Honda could’ve checked everything thoroughly before giving back a vehicle to a customer. Not very happy about that… Brought my Honda HR-V in for a safety recall at 10:00AM. The safety recall was to change out a fuel pump that may be defective. Didn't have to wait very long to drop off the vehicle and speak to the Honda service rep Li. He was very courteous and explained exactly what was going to happen, how long it would take and answered my questions clearly and detailed. I received a text of the inspection results which I was able to review before I came to pick up my car a few hours later.

Came in for transmission fluid change, brake flush,Spark plugs, Coolant change ! Was in and out less then 3-4 hours price was fair not super good but fair needed the work done correctly. My Car runs and shifts smoother then before ! Thank you Edwin Chiong

I am very happy with the workmanship performed. Wait time could be better. I would like to give big praise to not only the employee who greeted me when I drove down the ramp(Unfortunately I didn’t get his name)but also to Damian Quinones. Both were very professional & kind. Damian Quinones always goes above & beyond. Not only professional & kind but very knowledgeable, he listens to your cares & concerns patiently & is very helpful with his answers. I would I honestly say Damian is the reason I go back to the dealership for servicing.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bay Ridge Honda Service and would strongly advise others to avoid them for anything beyond basic complimentary service. After my car was involved in an accident, I brought it to Bay Ridge Honda for body work, assuming that since they are a Honda dealer, the repairs would be handled properly. I later found out, without being told upfront, that they do not actually do body work. My car was sent to a third party body shop without my knowledge, and I only discovered this after getting the car back and returning with unresolved issues. The quality of the repair work was terrible. There were visible panel gaps throughout the car, and I had to bring it back to the third party shop more than five times. While reviewing the insurance documents, I noticed that my insurance was billed for multiple parts that were never replaced. Those parts were only addressed after I confronted them directly. Eventually, the owner of the third party body shop stopped responding to my calls entirely and ignored me. When I brought this up to Bay Ridge Honda, the service advisor, Susan, told me that any issues were strictly between me and the third party body shop. This made no sense, since I handed my car to Bay Ridge Honda for repairs, not to some outside shop I was never informed about. On top of that, the car never drove straight after the repairs, even after multiple alignments. When I brought the car back again, Susan told me that I was “playing games” and insisted there was nothing wrong. She said, word for word, that “even new cars will have some drift” and that I was expecting “perfection.” This was not a minor issue. The car would drift noticeably on the highway within a few hundred feet. Another small but frustrating detail is that every time you bring your car in, they unplug your dashcam, which is fine, but they never plug it back in or tell you. You are left to figure it out yourself after the fact. Overall, this service center takes no responsibility for their work or for vendors they choose to use. If you must go here, stick to complimentary services only. For anything involving real repairs, find a reputable mechanic and body shop elsewhere. Attached is a picture of the third party body shop.

I had an amazing experience. From setting up my appointment to picking up my vehicle. Georgia helped me with setting up my appointment and made it a breeze. I spoke with Li when I came in and he went over everything that would be done and how long it would take. I also got a free service that checked out my whole car!! I even got a follow up call from Jessica making sure I had a good experience. From start to finish, hands down this is the best visit I’ve had at a dealership. I will definitely be recommending Bay Ridge Honda!

Bay Ridge Honda has Great customer service. At the time of my appointment my Pilot was checked in quickly. I was informed by text immediately of my Pilot’s issues. The wait was not bad especially with all the things my pilot needed to be done. I highly recommend Bay Ridge Honda !!

I was a Walk In, I tried making the spot online but was having trouble. I texted Honda, to ask if I could come into have my car serviced? I stated that I was enroute to go there. When we arrived there were no traffic, my vehicle was registered and taken in without a long wait. My Husband and I went out for breakfast at a local Diner. When we returned, the vehicle was ready with in 15 minutes. I am a very Satisfied Customer and Very Happy with the Services I received as well as the price I paid for the services rendered. The Representative Luí was Friendly, Courteous, Caring, Respectful, Knowledgeable and Thoughtful. I am Truly a Very Satisfied Customer.?

Susan at Bay Ridge Honda Services is always very helpful and kind. She’s very empathetic and attentive to her customers’ needs and has great customer service skills. This is my second time coming here. This time I needed an oil change and a part replacement for my water tank hose and I was serviced relatively quick. My part came within 2 days and was taken care of within an hour when I brought my car back for the installation. Overall, good service and experience.

My reason for getting my car serviced at Honda was because someone stole the "H" emblem from the car along with the radar. I had the privilege of getting serviced by the young man, Haobin Li, who actually took his time to explain everything in detail as to what it will take to get the car back in service. Very scary to know that this is happening more than we think. And yes, it's coming out pretty expensive. Anyways, Li stated that everything will be alright and Honda will take care of of all my needs. Thank you Li, and Honda, for all that you do. ???

HaoBin is a good service representative and tried to help me as the customer as BEST as he could. He’s remarkably knowledgeable and very helpful to my vehicle needs, so I definitely will come back to see him for his support in the future. He specifically supports me with the low tire pressure issues and checked the 4 tires. Last time he also helped me with the car wheel alignments back in June. He’s a valuable asset to Honda service (company). ✅?
