Car came In for a failed catalytic converter, the service was very quick. I received my car back In Less than two days with no new damages on it and also Patrick was great with the Communication, keeping me informed with what’s going on. This is a big upgrade from the old Brooklyn dodge, Hope it stays that way‼️

Friendly staff from front desk, sales, to management. Great inventory of new and cert pre-owned vehicles all in an easily accessible location. Michael and Mo' were always great to work with, as was finance and the team around the showroom floor! Michael as my sales point of contact really worked hard on my behalf to get me the car worth waiting for! My wife still wants her Amazon gift card for the test drive!!?

Rafael took the time to take care of every minute detail to ensure that the registration was done quickly, he also negotiated an awesome rate with the auto insurance company. I leased two Jeep Cherokee hybrids. I had horrible experience. I sent the cars two of them to service. They kept the two cars for one month each as I picked it up. I drove it. They fixed nothing the same thing. The car doesn’t work. They give me a lot of problems I constantly taking the cars to service. Very unhappy customer

Patrick was beyond amazing. I called everyday multiple times a day (I know annoying but I was panicking about the state of my fairly new jeep) and not once did he seem annoyed or frustrated with my calls and questions. He maintained calm and reassuring tone and went above and beyond to help me. He presented all possible options for me and guided me through the process. Rafi was extremely attentive and kind throughout the entire process. He truly listened to my concerns and never once felt pushy. In the past, I’ve dealt with very aggressive car salesmen who don’t listen and try to pressure you into something that makes you live above your means — this was the complete opposite experience. Rafi made everything feel comfortable, transparent, and stress-free. The entire process was seamless, and I’m beyond happy and grateful for my new Jeep! This was absolutely one of the worst experiences I have had at a car dealership. While to sales person was nice and polite, the way in which this establishment and its management handled themselves was unprofessional, and frankly, insulting to me as a potential customer. After a lot of back-and-forth regarding several vehicles, we finally settled on one (note - the other two were shaky when driving and I am not certain how they could have passed a 125 point inspection - these cars were only 2 or 3 years old with less than 15k miles on them), and they suddenly decided to slap a $4000 "CPO" charge, plus all these additional fees. Now, I am well aware that there are fees, but what they did to the "out the door" price to inflate the numbers was unconscionable. Then, they tried to say they would remove the CPO fee (like they were doing us a big favor) so that we would turn a blind eye to the other fees - which, fine, i would accept other fees within reason but these were extremely inflated as well. At that point, the damage was done and I had no interest in doing business with them. There are honest dealerships out there, this is NOT one of them.

Love the service staff at this dealership! Joshua Mitchell usually takes care of me and is wonderfully attentive, responsive, and thorough. Mike Scott is also an incredibly knowledgeable and thorough individual who has always been part of my elevated experience at Jeep. This time, Brandon Nandalall was my service agent...He was phenomenal, did a great job making sure I knew what was happening with my vehicle, had great advice, and went above and beyond with recommendations on how to manage with my insurance company. Very knowledgeable and impressive!

Alex and Moe were extremely helpful. Alex called multiple insurance companies to help me get the best price for my insurance in order to close the deal. It was an all day thing to reach a mutual agreement, but I think everyone ended the 7 hour day satisfied. They were polite, gracious, and respectful. The greeter at the door sat with my daughter for a long time, gave her snacks, water, drew pictures with her. The man sitting in the captain’s chair on the platform in the back also went out of his way to make the sale. I went there to finance a used rubicon and ended up leasing a ‘26 Willy’s lmao. If you guys are reading this, I still want the Amazon gift card for the test drive, I won’t forget! ?

Have a lot of nice vehicles but terrible place to Buy from. I let this place run my credit. After seeing my credit score (Which is very good) offered me a V6 2022 Durango for $650 a month with my 2015 eco boost mustang as a trade in. Which they didn’t tell me the trade in value or the original price of the Durango. I continued to negotiate and they went down $550 a month only with a $3,500 deposit on top of my mustang that was supposedly $7,000 after asking them how much was offered. So I’m looking at $10,500 down payment for a used 2022 V6 Durango and $550 month payment. I continued to negotiate and they went down to 500. I attempted to negotiate again for my desired price which was 400-450 a month. Another salesmen walked in as we were discussing the deal and began to rush the process as well as take the keys to “show someone else who was interested”. I then decided I was going to leave and I was told I’m “Bugging” for not taking the offered. Do not buy a vehicle from this place. They will try to rob you and make you feel crazy for not letting them. My salesmen name was Ben who also offered me a job at this crooked place to help pay off my vehicle ?.

Walked into a busy dealership on black friday and before I could even blink Gio asked me if he could help me. From the beginning to the end the entire process was painless. And just when I was about to walk out because I felt I wasn't getting enough for my trade in here comes Mahmoud the Manager to the rescue.
