Avoid! Shoddy work, rush job. Your car will look good at first, but you'll soon realized parts are not as promised, NOT OEM original manufacturer , despite approval by GEICO and paid for by GEICO. I will be filing a complaint with insurance about Shane and Chase of deceptive practices. Pain job was terrible with over spray and color doesn't match when sun directly hits it.

I was given a few body shop places by my insurance company and I choose Chase Automotive because of the online reviews and how close it was to my home. I was greeted with a friendly big smile. Mike explained the entire process of how my car was going to be repaired and was very honest on how long it could take. I appreciated the top notch customer service from beginning to end. The icing on the cake was when when we went to pick up our jeep it had been washed and detailed. My jeep looked brand new. I will be a forever customer.

After an accident Geico sent me to this repair shop, and I was so lucky they did. They've been in business 50 years (2 generations), and their experience shows. Chase Automotive is wonderful! They took the time to thoroughly examine my car, and fixed every problem I had. The workers were great, every problem was repaired, and they even guarantee their work. I visited this auto shop per recommendation of my insurance geico when I needed my car fix for a small accident. They not only took over one month to fix my car but the wheel they “fixed” completely came off!!! I was driving with my grandson and daughter almost causing a wreck. Steer clear!

A top quality shop with excellent customer service! What a gem! Shane and Mike turned what was a stressful situation (being without a car), to a reasonable, fluid, and ease-going experience. From the outset of the repair process, I was always guaranteed that they would be doing their best to repair to as high of quality as possible. But nothing could have prepared me for the actual finished work and how impeccably done and precise they were. I knew I was in good hands when Mike kept me inform on how things were progressing from the start. He made me feel at ease about the whole thing. Having to bring your vehicle in for collision work can be a stressful experience. Let me tell you that my experience was actually very pleasant. I dealt with two gentlemen, Mike and the owner Shane. I knew I was in great hands when I met them. Absolute gems. My suv was repaired quickly and exceeded my expectations. It looks perfect and was also washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. They also allowed me to leave the Enterprise rental car when I picked up my vehicle. A very seamless and satisfying experience. I’m very glad Geico has them as one of their collision agents in Brooklyn or I might not have ever heard of them. Believe me, if you don’t know where to bring your vehicle for collision work, bring it here and relax.

We had to replace some bits of trim on our car, and got the brush from both dealer and local repair shop as the job wasn't very big. The team at Chase got the parts we needed and installed them quickly and at a great price. They are also friends to the local animals (well, a squirrel anyhow) which is a nice plus. When i smash up our car I am coming right back here to get it back on the road.

They replaced my front driver side door and painted... car looks brand new. They washed my car too. Inside and out... great people and great timely service.

Great experience! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and my car was fixed in a short period of time, but of course that's depending on the damage to your vehicle.

I had an excellent experience, Shane was the best! Someone pulled out from parking and hit the passenger side of my car, and both doors of that side were severely damaged. It only took them a little more than a week and I was so amazed at the car at pick up, it was almost like brand new, all cleaned and polished. I'm so glad I found this place through Geico, I highly recommend!

Chase Automatic is second none. I’ve been to many body shops in my life time and I can honestly say Chase is the best. The workmanship is impeccable. The professionalism, the curtesy and customer services left me speechless. When you see my wife who is a very hard person to please was extremely happy with the overall experience, that’s when I knew I made the choice.
