Unfortunately, getting my car serviced at this location has been far from seamless. I have had issues with the service on my last two visits. 1. I was called to pick up my car because it was repaired. I arrived, paid the cashier, and was given keys to my car that had the exact same issue as when I dropped it off. The issue was the brake pedal was going to the floor of the car when pressed. (Not hard to notice that it wasn't fixed.) 2. During the most recent service, I was not called and provided an update when the associate promised they would. When I was contacted, I was not told the entire status of the car, just the portion that would prompt me to agree to have work done, only to realize that the car never passed the state inspection. My confidence in the Brooklyn location on Glenwood Ave fades with each interaction. It seems they are focused on upselling and not providing outstanding customer service. I doubt this is what Lincoln had in mind for their customers when they commissioned this location.

Overall, experience was good. Harry, the service rep, was very nice and helpful however, I felt there was, for lack of a better phrasing, a little bait and switch with my battery replacement. I was told they had the one I requested only to be told after they changed it out, that I was being charged $50.00 more for a different one. Proper thing to have done would have been to advise me first and let me decide or at least feel like I was in charge. It’s just a bad way to do business, destroys trust in dealership and cements my belief that trusting dealership mechanics isn’t a good ideal

service/air bag replacement that took almost two weeks with very little details given. such as timing of finish, resetting the electronics on the car. phone call for updates after a week went by also took almost an hour.

I recently visited the Premier Lincoln Service Center in Brooklyn for routine maintenance, and overall, I had a great experience. The staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Specifically Dupont Reginal Service Advisor he was great guy . Highly recommended in this location .

The turnaround for a new strut was in Monday and pickup Wednesday. I'd call that excellent. Everybody was nice. My only issues was that it's hard to get someone on the phone.

I wait 3 weeks to fix my vehicle and they didn’t fix my vehicle + they broke my seat and replaced with a different color seat frame. They claim they fix the sunroof and driver seat side but it’s actually still broken.

I was able to get an appointment same day and that has never happened at any of the other Ford/Lincoln Dealership Service Departments I have been too. The oil change and tire rotation service & NYS Inspection was way quicker than I expected so that was definitely a plus. I was wondering while I was not asked to use my Lincoln Rewards points to pay for Service, I never paid as much for NYS Inspection before and Staff could maybe smile a bit more but all and all pleasantly surprised and pleased with Service.

Very personable and prompt. Follow up was great too. Highly recommend. Dan took care of my car and lkept in touch with me the whole day.

I have been using premier Ford for many years. I now own a Ford transit. A fourth explorbro and a Lincoln Continental black label. I am always treated with the utmost respects and courtesy at the dealership. Frankie, the manager always has things under control. I've never had. Any issues with their services?

I gave my car in for an oil change and for something hanging down under the car . Everything's as done and I was happy I left and now a few days later I went to Pennsylvania and the part hanging down completely started to hang down again and clickers clack under my driving in which I'm scared to drive and now I'm far away driving it he highway I don't know why it wasn't taken care of properly ! The workers at premier were nice and caring but the job wasn't done correctly and now I'm stuck I will call somewhere nearby where I am and see if u can get it fixed . It is Sunday so I will be in touch tomorrow Thank you orlit chaaya

Brought my 2018 Continental in for 2 different repair items. They did fix the door lock, but the transmission issue has not been resolved, it still thuds into gear at low speeds aprox 11-18 mph. I spoke with the Lincoln Concierge, she advised to wait for 2 weeks to see if it gets better......So far it has not..I this has not been the first time this car has gone for this issue..... please contact me.... I need it fixed once and for all.

had a terrible experience at this place. They don’t answer phone calls and when they do, they leave you on hold for ages. I brought my car in for an oil change, but before it was due for the next service, my car started acting up. I took it to another service center and they questioned when I last changed the oil, saying it looked like it hadn't been changed in a while. I explained it was done at this place. They suggested that either the oil was never changed or very cheap oil was used (photo provided). Additionally, during a free car wash they provided, they scratched my car and then claimed the scratches were already there. Very disappointing service overall.

They kept my car for 10 days and returned without fixing sync3 issue on my Lincoln corsair. I called Service manager multiple times but never made to contact with him.

Jonas is the best service manager I have ever encountered in all my years of owning a vehicle. Honest, thorough, and explained everything clearly. Truly restored my belief that high quality customer service still exists!

Jonathan was great and very informative. I dropped my 21’ corsair off in the morning due to my car shutting off randomly multiple times. Got it back later on the same day, with the issue fixed and a free car wash. 10/10/23- I visited Lincoln Services again yesterday for an emissions issue on my corsair, I dropped my car off with Jordan who was extremely helpful and patient. I was able to pick up my car the following day. Quick turnover overall and my emissions issue was fixed. Would recommend this place overall.

Being that I have hesitation with dealers in general, I was pleasantly surprised. My service rep (Haobin Li) was very nice and they even gave me a car wash. I'm under the bumper to bumper warranty (car wash?) but still think they did a nice job.

I wasn't very impressed with the customer experience at this dealership. It wasn't bad, just not the quality of what I've experienced from Lincoln. I moved back to NY after living in Texas for a few years. The service that I experienced from Planet Ford in Spring. Texas was far more superior than Premier Ford. Planet Ford was phenomenal. The service advisors at Premier Ford are not as personable and didn't "wow" me. I guess I'm use to the personal connection that I've received in the past from other Lincoln dealerships. Again, they're not bad, just not Lincoln quality.

I’m very satisfied with Premier Lincoln and the many services that they performed on my 2015 Lincoln MKS. They are professional and courteous. Jonas, from the service department showed genuine support and concern for my car and for my safety. Being a Dealer their prices were a little more expensive, but I’m still very satisfied knowing that my car was serviced by a team that knows what they’re doing . My vehicle now rides and feels like new. So they did an excellent job!
