One of the worst service. Inspection is only sticker here. Overcharging. Unprofessional staff. Staff is recommending to go somewhere else if we can’t find problem or fix it. Charged already for nothing than.

My daughter and myself use this location and found them to be honest friendly, reasonable and very helpful. I go at night say are open late.

I had a really good experience at Bobby’s Auto Repair Center. The shop is clean, organized, and the staff is professional and friendly. They diagnosed my issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and got the work done faster than I expected. The prices were fair and there were no surprise charges.

i did my inspection here saturday morning. in and out in ten minutes. all smiles and good vibes from everyone. can’t complain

Great experience! Day tour personnel the absolute best. Great customer service, went out of the way to assist when I came in with parts that didnt fit my car...assisted in getting the correct parts, (looking up proper fitment for my vehicle and where to get it from with one of their employees carrying the old part to take to the store) installing and charging me fairly (not extra for assisting to get correct part from another store) service received was replacement of rear brakes and rotors (bringing in my own parts) charged 125.00 for service for infiniti g37! Shout out to Ahmad and front desk for charging my dying phone while waiting! Truly appreciate all you have done for me! I would have been stuck had i not went in during day times hours and encountered the day time staff! Even received a call bck tl check how the car was running after repair! 10 out 10 if you need service that is fair (bringing in your own parts)

They always get me right in same day and do great work. Can be hard to find a shop to trust but theyve always been amazing for big jobs and small - highly recommend.

Night time staff really helped out when I was in trouble. Fahad and his crew are a well oiled machine was in and out in 17 mins for my oil change left a 30$ tip for it??will treat them to rooh afzha next time I stop by to get my lug nuts put in

Wish I could leave zero stars stay away these people like many other nyc mechanics they are crooks towed my car to them after having a miss fire issue at 12am they told me to leave it and it will be checked the next day so I went home got a called 2 days later saying the issue is the spark plugs because my aftermarket maf sensors were bad so I said okay no problem and that he had replaced the spark plugs without giving me any quotes prior and told me the job was 700 DOLLARS!! So I asked him to breakdown the price which he apparently charged me 400 dollars for diagnostic alone and my paycheck was the next 2 days so I had to wait and he called me and told me if I didn’t come pick up the car it was gonna be an additional 25 dollars a day for parking ended up disputing the charge which we settled on 600 which is still a SCAM to make matters worse after picking up the car I noticed they scratched my front Rims badly which honestly if I had noticed I would not have paid them anything close to 600 honestly the worst mechanic shop experience I’ve ever had I WONT BE BACK.?

Farkan is the guy to go to especially after 6PM. He always looks out for the customer and always recommends suggestions before you spend anything. Everything comes with a guarantee and warranty! Amazing people here!!

WARNING!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THE MECHANICS ARE CROOKS!!!! I went to have my AC compressor changed because of a bad pulley. However, the mechanic told me that the new AC compressor wasn’t “kicking on” after the repair. Later, I discovered that he used a shorter serpentine belt that wasn’t wrapped around the compressor pulley at all. As soon as I got the right belt put on the AC started working. I’m currently in the process of checking the serial numbers to make sure that he actually changed the compressor.

It is 17 years old and was in need of repair especially the the right front wheel bearings. I was amazed the personal care you took to get my truck back on the road. I recommend your shop to anyone needing repair on their vehicle. I left satisfied and you & Sue made me feel like family . I have had my truck serviced over the years and was never satisfied with the service or cost to repair.
I intend to bring back my truck for a few other items that need to be addressed in the near future .

I been Going to this place past 2 years and suffer lot of negative words from the workers .

Last night i had flat tires and decided to go to them , one of the worker was putting plag into the tire , my brother was with me
and told the worker to put patch instead .
rudely the worker was telling my brother
if this car is not your , go outside !!.
another worker came in middle of this and
said “ if you don’t go outside or like our service don’t come here anymore “

This is not how you treat your customers with bad attitude , telling customers to go other place and telling customers not to talk if his not the owner of the car (even thought he is my brother )

there’s three person inside that shop
work at night time are very nasty , .

i suggest this people
should be remove from this job immediately
with their bad attitude and behavior…

Luckily there isn’t 0 stars. I came to the shop for a quick fix to take a nail out of my tire. The customer service was horrible from the beginning one of the guys had an attitude and was not welcoming at all. I came to get a nail out of my tire in which they agreed to do it. Told me I had to wait 20-30 mins most of the tire shops were closed at the time so I stayed. When they told me to pull my car in the one of the mechanics agreed to do it then went into the office and came back out and said he can’t do it he doesn’t have time to do it. So they wasted 30 mins of my life made me pull my car into the shop to then tell me they don’t want to it and that I should go to a tire shop. Waste of time waste of a business will not recommend.

Not to mention one of the leads was arguing with another customer telling them go somewhere else being very rude. 0 stars.

Needed a complete brake job and they did it promptly in the middle of the night! The team is knowledgeable and very reliable. Highly Recommended.

They changed all four of my tires and balanced it very quick and great. Also this was my second wheel alignment here and they took their time and got it accurate! The best part is they work late and I never have time to come, which is amazing! Thank you Bobby auto!!

I had a mystery with my 2021 Kia Forte, when new rear tires go to the bold condition just within a couple of thousand miles. Being a returning customer I went straight to Bobby's and was told that the whole rear axle beam needs to be replaced due to being slightly bent, that was unnoticeable for me. As an investigative individual with some knowledge of cars I decided to get an alternative opinion. As I expected, every place I visited told me something new, but not making sense based on my knowledge. So I decided to proceed with the full replacement of the rear axle beam. To my great surprise, the car took alignment perfectly and drives like new again. Thank you guys for your experience and up-to-date equipment!

Quick service by friendly, respectful and professional employees both me and my husband come here for our car's inspection. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. ??????????????. I have been going to this auto shop since they opened the shop. I did tune up and inspection recently, and they were professional and courteous. Shop remains open 24 hours.

Horrible shop, the workers here, I don't know what they smoke or take. I came there for oil change with a commercial van. It has an aluminum rack that costs 4k. They managed to bent it. The manager told me all what he can do, not to charge me for the oil change. Do not reccomend this place.
