My experience was extremely frustrating. This company claims to be open 24 hours, but they actually close at 4 PM, which is misleading. Because no one was available to answer calls or release vehicles after that time, I was stuck paying additional daily storage fees. Communication was almost nonexistent and the process felt very unprofessional and unorganized from start to finish. I hope they update their listed hours and improve their customer service so others don’t go through this.

Highway robbery. Their prices is double priced compared to everyone else. They charged me $250 to tow a car 2 miles away. I called another company and got it done for only $125. Use another tow truck company. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

This was a hard tow, both the owner and employee went above and beyond to assist me. I would recommend this company to anyone.

If you can avoid this service. Quoted one price and when the vehicle was hooked up charged another. They do not accept credit card payment. The driver wanted cash ONLY. Persons in the office are disrespectful, intolerant, and rude. DO NOT Use this service. If you do you too will be exposed to their corrupt business practices. Do not trust Forrester Towing Service.
