Very reliable and friendly service. Quick replies and quick turn arounds. We use Mr. Crapola at my job and they’ve never let us down. They’ve taken our metals, plastic, wires, cardboard, wooden pallets, etc. It’s always a joy and relief to call them. Will continue to use!

A big shout out and thank you to Al and his crew at Mr Crapola ! I did my due diligence and check other rubbish removal services and he was $900 cheaper than competitors. Plus while the other company had concerns about time to dismantle a couch, not supposed to take paint,any electronics at an additional cost and still couldn’t give me a concrete final price, Al took about 10 minutes to close the deal ! He kept in contact came on time and was out and done a hour and a half. In my opinion if you’re using anyone else you’re wasting time and money.

I hired Al of mr. Crapola to do a big clean of my basement last weekend .he brought 1 worker and they cleared our 25 years of collected stuff in less than two hours some of it heavy and dirty .they were careful and polite punctual and very well informed about how to dispose of things Deep cleaning is emotional and Al and Viktor made it a smooth and efficient process . This place is THE BEST! I used them for a production last minute, and also for a personal trash removal during a move. They take all sorts of stuff, which was especially helpful for large electronics like air conditioners. They are so kind and professional, I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience from the initial contact. Needed to empty a storage unit that I hadn’t seen in 18 years across the country. I had a short window of time to travel to Brooklyn, get eyes on the contents, take video for a price estimate to get the 7x10 unit emptied in less than 48 hours. At every step of the way Al was amazing, communicative, transparent and responsive. He and his team arrived when they said they would, made quick work of many, many, many boxes and furniture. Happy I reached out to these guys! Al is great and professional. He showed up early and went straight to work after I agreed to the quote. There were no hidden fees, just the quote on the sheet given. Just with two guys they took down a whole marble table, bike, china cabinet and dresser down a full flight of stairs without damaging anything (or hurting themselves). I’m very pleased with this company. After doing a search and coming across all these other junk removal companies and feeling overwhelmed with all the choices I decided to do a search of Mr Crapola Junk Removal on Yelp and came across some great reviews and even found out that Mr. Crapola is a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating and I was sold. I needed an old cabinet removed and expected some brutish men banging the furniture about but they were very careful and even came with the proper equipment to complete their neat swift removal. They were courteous quick and professional. I am very happy with their service I highly recommend their services and if need be I would definitely use them again

Great company. Upon calling, they thoroughly explained the process they would use to remove my large bulky fish tank. They were at my door steps in Staten Island within hours. They left my home in the exact state it was in when they arrived minus the tank with no mess for me to clean up.

Great service, was stressing over finding a company to remove my old furniture before my delivery of the new furniture. I was very impressed with the service. As promised they made time for me on a Sunday, the day before my delivery. Was here on time & the price was reasonable & didn’t change once they got to the house & saw the 3 pieces to be removed.
