No one was there even though he advertised different. It's a run down trailer with a bunch different car batteries but no scooter or bike batteries like he claimed he has. The business phone is his personal cell. He never picked up my 5 calls. He returned my call the next day, what a waste of time.

Andrew is super nice, very good pricing, just call or text him for pricing, very reasonable, he even gives you a discount if you leave the old battery by him. I bought a new battery for my Honda oddesy.

Today, I could not start up my car, called "Brooklyn Batteries" for battery replacement, and Andrew showed up promptly and got replacement done. Service is great, and price is excellent! 100% recommended.

The operator of the business is a solid guy and extremely reliable. Battery prices are the best I've seen in NYC and you're getting a quality product for your money and a one year warranty on your battery. I've gotten several batteries from Brooklyn Batteries for different vehicles that I own as well as family and friends. I won't go anywhere else for batteries and I highly recommend giving them a shot for your next battery replacement.

I got my 88 Monte Carlo with a worked engine. I’m always having trouble in the cold weather starting the car, so I wanted try a stronger battery. I called this place and they actually hooked up a truck battery to fit. Unbelievable how good my car starts now even in the cold weather. Solid hook up and great service.

Not having much mechanical knowledge, the service center at my dealership said I needed to replace the battery in my Honda CR-V and it would be $200+ for the battery and installation. Luckily I found these guys who sold me a brand new battery and installed it for 1/3 of the price and I got a 1 year warranty! Great service!

Excellent prompt service...I was stranded late at night and I don’t have triple A....My battery had been giving me trouble for some time and all of the big auto stores were closed...These saviors came out in the rain at almost midnight and delivered, installed and swapped my battery for an exact brand new match that worked perfect!! I paid less for a brand new battery delievered and installed than I would have paid to simply buy the battery alone at autozone....I highly recommend these gentlemen! Thanks again!!!
