I scheduled a service appointment at Audi Brooklyn on January 2 for body work on my 2021 Audi Q3 with Service Consultant Pritney Lemorin and specifically requested a loaner vehicle. The loaner was confirmed at the time of scheduling. On the morning of my February 27 appointment, I received another confirmation email clearly listing “LOANER” as my transportation. I also received a confirmation call that same morning and was not told there would be any issue. Upon arrival, I was informed that I would not receive a loaner because the vehicle was coming in for collision repair related to an insurance claim. I was told that “New York law” prohibits dealerships from providing a loaner in that situation. I have since attempted to identify such a law and have been unable to find any statute or regulation that supports that statement. If there is an internal policy regarding collision repairs, that should have been disclosed at the time the appointment was scheduled — not at drop-off. The dealership knew from the outset that the vehicle was coming in for body work, reserved the loaner, reconfirmed it twice, and only denied transportation upon arrival. Confirmed appointments should be honored. Unfortunately, this is not my first concerning experience with Audi Brooklyn. During the purchase of this vehicle, I was told that my interest rate would be higher if I declined an extended warranty that I did not want or need. Conditioning financing terms on the purchase of add-on products raises serious concerns for me and is not consistent with consumer protection standards. There was also an error with my vehicle registration that took months of follow-up to resolve. Although I eventually received a refund for the extended warranty, I was not reimbursed for the sales tax charged on it, and the time and stress involved in correcting these issues were significant. At this point, this most recent service experience feels less like an isolated mistake and more like a pattern of poor standards and lack of accountability. I escalated this matter directly to the General Manager and received no response. My confidence in this dealership has been completely eroded and I would not recommend them. I will not be doing business with Audi Brooklyn again and will be finding another Audi dealership to work with going forward.

I recently worked with Jeanette at this Audi Service facility and she was amazing in communicating with me on updates about my car and making sure I had a loaner vehicle while my 2022 Audi RS5 was been repaired. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Awesome facility. Amrit, the new service manager is kind and courteous. He understands Audi policies and procedures and is quick to come back with an answer if he doesn't know. The service advisors, technicians and parts staff are all knowledgeable and go above and beyond when client concerns arise.

Overall, Audi Brooklyn is far superior to the Manhattan service center, with less congestion and nicer staff. Four stars because the service staff is nice and they do what they can. My biggest issue with this particular location is that, as with all dealers, they are quite overpriced compared to any number of service shops in Brooklyn, especially given a lack of attention to detail. The first time I went to them, I went for a convertible repair (can only go to the dealer for that), as well as doing just a general check of my car. Convertible was repaired well, and oil change and new tires completed successfully (albeit these two possibly a bit more than a non-dealer shop would have charged). However, when I picked up my car, a side panel was missing - the cover on the inside of the driver side door that houses various electrical switches. Thankfully they found it somewhere in the shop, but that was a very silly lapse. My car was also completely muddy on the inside of the driver's side - when did dealerships stop ensuring cars were presented in a better condition than when they came in? This isn't the only Audi location I take issue with this, this was just the most egregious. They did clean it quickly when asked, but honestly, I shouldn't have had to ask in the first place. The second time I took my car it was to get a front plate bracket installed. I'd purchased my car in CA where no front plate is required, and I've been holding off on drilling into the existing bumper in favor of getting an OEM part installed. Well, I drove all the way there, waited about 45 minutes before they told me they actually couldn't order the part because my car is so old (it's a 2009). I had called the week prior to request this service - that would have been a GREAT time to inform me ordering the part on their end was impossible, and I could have saved 2 hours on a weekday morning avoiding an unnecessary trip to the shop.

I dropped the car off with a few concerns, and the service team listened, explained each fix, and got everything back in top shape quickly. The turnaround was fast, the Daniel was great. I was satisfied with the service I received on 11/21/25 from the staff upon entering and leaving. I appreciate the professionalism. 12/23/25 I visited Audi service department regarding a concern I had with my Q3. Upon arriving the staff attended to me with enthusiasm and I always feel confident i will receive excellent service. I went to the service department and waited for three consecutive days. On the third day alone, I waited five hours. In the end, the vehicle inspection was completed, but the check engine light was still on. My car is a 2024 model, and their explanation was that the required parts need to be ordered and that it is the season time . I hope the issue can be fully resolved next time.

From the moment I contacted Audi Service to make an appointment I was treated with care and professionalism. I received an appointment sooner than expected. I was greeted warmly from the time of arrival. Ceasar was my service advisor. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!! He stayed in frequently communication and provided outstanding service from beginning to end. He also was very informed and even provided helpful advice. I am extremely pleased with the work performed and the entire staff.

Hey Audi world I swear to you this is the best Audi dealership in the world. Hands down they are such a relief. I have been coming to them since a very long time. I had multiple Audi cars and they always treated me like family. From the service team to the service advisor to the service technicians and managers. Shout out to Ceasar, pritney, gene ,Daniel from parts Jason from the Techician team one of my best technicians overall, they all are the best , and the round of applause to the service manger Amrit he took care of me without even me scheduling an appointment and within an hour my problem was fixed I love you guys. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this service center. They informed me that my vehicle required $2,500 worth of repairs, which I paid for, but none of the work was actually completed. When I picked up my vehicle, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off, with the same warning lights illuminated and other issues arising. My insurance company had to send an agent to my driveway just to start the vehicle. The following day, I had to arrange for my vehicle to be towed to an independent service center, as I wanted a second opinion on the condition of my car. The mechanic there expressed disbelief at the work Audi Brooklyn service claimed to have performed. It’s astonishing that I paid $250 for a multi-point inspection, yet they failed to identify a significant issue that was immediately recognized by the independent service, which specializes in Audi vehicles. I left my car at Audi Brooklyn for six days, and upon its return, I discovered that it had somehow accumulated water near the battery. My experience over the past three years with Audi has been incredibly draining, marked by dishonesty and negligence that could have endangered my family and me. Please refer to the attached pictures for further evidence of these issues. They also tried to write up services that wasn’t needed it was stated firmly I didn’t need spark plugs in the inspection however it was written up in my estimate. Also the only way they would approve a loaner is by doing all services Beware of this place!!!!!! Update!!!! **Finally got the right job done by manhattan audi which was a defect and it was covered by Audi USA !!!!!

I came in for a simple routine oil change on my Audi and was told it was also time for the recommended 20K-mile service, which I approved. While waiting, I was then informed that my rear wiper blade needed replacement and that there was supposedly a nail in one of my tires. I agreed to the wiper blade but declined the tire service to check it out myself — and sure enough, there was no nail in the tire at all. That immediately raised a red flag. It’s disappointing to feel like unnecessary services were being pushed just to add extra charges. The oil change itself was fine, but the trust factor took a hit. Be cautious and double-check any “recommended” repairs before agreeing to them.

This location is very reliable and makes upkeeping for your car a breeze. As soon as you come in for an oil change, you get an initial assessment of the maintenance needs. Then the customer rep provides you with a link so you can see the status of the car's appointment and any recommended services. My rep was Ceasar and I can't highlight enough how wonderful he was. He was very communicative throughout the process and kept me informed about all services. He made valuable recommendations that I know will help my car run better. I would definitely come back for that quality of care.

I have 2012 A7 took them to program used rack and pinion but they recommend to change it.I decided to not do it because of $6222. Service advisor was very nice person.When I texted to her it took 5-10 min to respond.When I got there to pick up the vehicle she was very kind and nice. I forgot her name but she might be seen this. Just experienced the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Starting out with a Thursday afternoon phone call and constant email communication through the weekend. I came in first thing this morning and everything we spoke about was honored. Amrit himself was a joy to deal with as was Dan at the service desk. Superb service from both. I’ve dealt with Audi Brooklyn in the past but was completely blown away by the level of service this time around. What a refresh. I’ll be coming back without hesitation and with full confidence in the Audi Brooklyn team!

I’m truly delighted to write this review! From the moment I brought my car in until I picked it up, I was blown away by the level of service I received. The staff took their time explaining everything in detail and made sure I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Even the process of getting a loaner was smooth and easy, thank you for my cute car! This location truly goes above and beyond. They are clearly customer-focused, which I sincerely appreciate since I’m also in the business of serving customers. They even followed up with me multiple times, which meant a lot. I recently went in for a routine oil change and was really impressed with the service. Cesar was professional, friendly, and efficient. He got my car in and out in under 30 minutes, and they even gave my car a quick wash. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the short wait even better. Not usual to ever describe an experience with auto service amazing...but Audi Brooklyn service was amazing! Quick, easy, straightforward, and most importantly never felt like they were trying go get over on me and squeeze me for an extra buck. Everyone there super nice from inbound to outbound and Ceasar handled my experience from beginning to end with friendliness and care. New location also much better and less hectic than when they were on site at the dealer. Smooth experience all around....which rarely can be said with servicing one's car!

Was changing a tire. Check in process easy. Jeanette was my service consultant. Professional and clear. Unfortunately my tire was not covered by warranty but was replaced and 1, 5 hour i was ready to go. One recommendation is to advise on the amount of fees for the tire replacement. That would help in the future. I’ll come back for my scheduled Maintenence. Update. I ran into a hall and had to replace a new tire :(. Very easy call with Jeannette and tire replaced. Effective and quick. Payed only Instalation free.
