Today, I tried to contact my state Farm Agent using the phone number listed under his name in the Renewal Policy. It turned out to be a non-working number.
My business is software so I consider myself computer literate. Today, I wanted to pay my home insurance premium on line. My valid Password was rejected. So, I re-enter a new password which met State Farm password security standard and each login attempt using the new password was rejected. After several failed attempts, to resolve the issue via the pigheaded robotics help, I contact State Farm requesting to speak with an agent and was notified that I am #37 in line for assistance. Based upon my experience today and a prior incident I rate State Farm customer support zero on a scale from one to ten.
I cannot say enough about Jessica Urzia… what an amazing person to work with. She helped me fix a huge $$ glitch where I was being over charged . She went above and beyond and sounded like she had a smile on her face too. Statefarm has been great and she’s the best part. Thanks Jess! You’re even better than Jake! (Cheesy , I know)

Sammy Martinez refuses to talk to his clients. 5 years I've had a policy. I got a new car they have changed my rate 2 times a month. I've had nothing but aggravation since getting this new car. Do not insure with this office. They tell you ten different things then act like they have no clue what your talking about. Currently quoting new insurance companies.
