This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Brooklyn, NY, reviews of Sammy Martinez - State Farm Insurance Agent are strongly positive, averaging 92/100. Clients consistently praise the team’s professionalism, clear guidance, quick quotes, competitive rates, useful bundling, and smooth claims. Standout staff—Stephanie, Mokhigul, Jamie, Raul, Elizabeth and others—earn thanks for follow-through and responsive service. No relevant data on inventory, yard setup, or parts-finding.
Aaron was straightforward and provided me with a no hassle quote. While I was only looking for auto coverage, his knowledge of insurance products was actually really impressive. I'm looking forward to bundling with him in the future.

Lost hope on telemarketer's and not reaching a live person on the phone till I ran into a Instagram post shared by a friend. Reached out to Raul and it’s been the best decision I’ve made in a very long time. Raul is detailed, prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, and dedicated at his craft.
Thank you Raul for your hard work and going above and beyond our needs and expectations!
I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Elizabeth for going above and beyond in helping me with my insurance policies. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to all of my questions and concerns. She took the time to thoroughly explain each policy option, made sure I fully understood my coverage, and helped me make informed decisions that were right for my needs and budget.
It’s rare to come across someone who is not only highly professional but also genuinely cares about their clients. Elizabeth made what could have been a stressful and confusing process feel smooth and manageable. Her dedication, responsiveness, and positive attitude made a lasting impression on me.

Today, I tried to contact my state Farm Agent using the phone number listed under his name in the Renewal Policy. It turned out to be a non-working number.
My business is software so I consider myself computer literate. Today, I wanted to pay my home insurance premium on line. My valid Password was rejected. So, I re-enter a new password which met State Farm password security standard and each login attempt using the new password was rejected. After several failed attempts, to resolve the issue via the pigheaded robotics help, I contact State Farm requesting to speak with an agent and was notified that I am #37 in line for assistance. Based upon my experience today and a prior incident I rate State Farm customer support zero on a scale from one to ten.
I cannot say enough about Jessica Urzia… what an amazing person to work with. She helped me fix a huge $$ glitch where I was being over charged . She went above and beyond and sounded like she had a smile on her face too. Statefarm has been great and she’s the best part. Thanks Jess! You’re even better than Jake! (Cheesy , I know)
Jamie and Lucia have been amazing! We recently got our car and renter’s insurance through them and Jamie went above and beyond trying to get the best deal for us. He was responsive, friendly and knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way.
Lucia also reached out to answer our questions and give us some helpful information, great customer service!
I’ve had a good experience with Sammy Martinez- State Farm insurance Agent. Their customer service is responsive, and the claims process was quick and easy. Rates are competitive, especially with bundle discounts. Some policy details were unclear at first, but overall, they’re a reliable choice for insurance.
Samandar was really helpful
Vincent, Mike and Lucia are all pleasant to work with. Number one State Farm agent in the south brooklyn area. Would recommend them to all! Great service, always following up to make sure that everything is in check for my insurance policies.
Sammy Martinez refuses to talk to his clients. 5 years I've had a policy. I got a new car they have changed my rate 2 times a month. I've had nothing but aggravation since getting this new car. Do not insure with this office. They tell you ten different things then act like they have no clue what your talking about. Currently quoting new insurance companies.
I recently switched to State Farm from a previous competitor. Jamie Johnson was the representative for this transaction via phone and email. We were so pleased to have had his service during this transition. He was professional, attentive and so patient answering all our questions. An
A+ plus representative. We hope to keep him for many years to come! Thank you Jamie!!!!
I highly recommend Mikhail Rakhamimov! He made the insurance process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to understand my needs and clearly explain my options. Mikhail is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients. He goes above and beyond to ensure you're well-informed and satisfied. If you're looking for a reliable and knowledgeable agent, Mikhail is the one to trust!
I was in need of auto insurance and Andy was amazingly helpful in every way! Very professional, knowledgeable, funny, kind & patient. I’ve gotten the best offer in less than 20 minutes which made the process so smooth & quick! So excited to be a new member of State Farm! I Highly recommend Mr. Martinez’s office! I’m sure everyone from the front to the back would take great care of you as they did for me!
Jashua was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was aggressive in getting me a great insurance rate for my business as well as making the transformation from another company to his. He talked me through the whole process, letting me know exactly what was happening each step of the way. Any time I called him with a question, I would get an immediate response. His knowledge of the business and his work ethic was outstanding. I would HIGHLY recommend using this agent for any of your insurance needs ??
Amazing and speedy. Love the process and attitude of Jase, consummate professional who actually recommended me a few other insurance firms to also check in with, but they came in with the best offer in short order. Can't recommend them enough, impressed by the professionalism.
Will make sure to recommend them to all my friends & family!
I cannot say enough good things about agent Salome(Georgian) From the first phone call, she was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand my specific needs. She helped me find the best policy for both my budget and coverage requirements, explaining everything in simple terms. Whenever I had questions, Salome was quick to respond and always patient. She also went above and beyond during a recent claim, guiding me through the process and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. I feel confident knowing I’m in good hands with an agent who truly cares about their clients. Highly recommend!
