I have been a customer for the past 3 years and it is definitely one of the most commutative vendors that we deal with. In a day and age where we hardly pick up the phone to place orders they will always call to make sure we are aware of timelines which is very important. They also stick a lot of parts as some items we get same day. Danny is the manager over there and he makes sure he reaches out to us every so often to make sure we are happy with our deliveries and service. That’s all we can ask for from one of our partners.
Danny has been my go to point person through all my VW's parts needs. Always patient with my big orders and questions. 10/10 how business should be run.

I have been in this business for 40 years and one of theworst things to do is call for parts. The crew at Audi Brooklyn is a pleasure to deal with,especially Dan. He is calm,cool and gets it right. If we have trouble finding the correct part he will take the time to email or text a picture and won't just give up and send the wrong part.I always have to walk on egg shells when I call parts guys because they have historically been rude and rocky and try to make you feel stupid. Dan is a gentleman and is always helpful even if I call him 5 times about the same car. Hard to find guys like that in this industry. Thank you.

Had my Audi A6 serviced here and had nothing but a great experience from the minute I walked in. The staff was super helpful and attentive. I went to their Parts Department and was helped by Danny. Great attitude, very knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered some additional accessories while my car was in the shop. My car was not only serviced professionally but I got a courtesy car wash at the end (very much needed) and couldn’t have left happier. Thanks to the team at Audi Brooklyn for such a great experience.

Highly recommended! Danny Molloy is the best in the Tri State area ! Pretty much a subject matter expert in his field, super knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to get you what you need. Danny has always been very professional and straight to the point, he does not cut corners. If you are doing any Mod project or parts upgrades, Danny is the guy to see, infinite knowledge on German cars and will provide tremendous guidance and advice.

Any time I have an issue with one of my Audi’s , Audi Brooklyn has come through for me on my parts needs. Danny and Vinny from parts are great at getting me what I need in a timely manner, I recently cracked my transmission oil pan and they were able to get me the mounting bolts and the fill plug for my A4 as my local parts place did not even stock them. Once my parts arrived they were nice enough to call me to confirm my parts arrived . Thank you for your great service , will continue coming back .

Great service , made phone call and was looking for a part that I did not really know how to explain so they sent me image of a parts list and boom we got it taken care of also recommended me other parts I may need in the near future, so unlike other locations they said bring the car or must have part number smh … thanks again guys
