A friend recommended Action body shopto me took it there for several dents 1- a heave tree branch fell on top of my Escalade denting the rear top passenger side top by the glass also by a scaffolding building a large screw hit my rear passenger quarter panel denting it by the glass also an ambulance hit my front bumper on the right
When I picked up my Escalade I could not believe the job they did and the customer service it felt that I was driving my Escalade from the dealers parking lot

Was referred by Friend to this repair facility and oh boy thank you to Action Auto Body from Vanessa to the front desk all the way to Red and Javier They fought to make sure my insurance company paid for all the damages to my car and the car came out better than before. Stay away!!! this place is a scam. They have scanner radios and respond to accidents. They lied and said my car was total to get paid out from my insurance. They was unresponsive throughout the whole process. I had a brand new vehicle it was parked and hit by a U-HAUL. Everyone was involved in this scam. It’s disgusting! what people would do for money.
After having an accident unfortunately, my son took his car here and he was again it was an accident. They couldn’t find the tire lock key. They didn’t call him to find out where to locate it, but mechanic or body man, took it upon himself to cut the lock to remove the tire. They did not notify him that they were doing that nor did they call to find out , Where is the lock ,very irresponsible . He had no idea that one tire was not locked, and the others had no lock to remove it in case he had a flat .You receive your car filthy, dusty dirty they don’t spot check the workers before the car is release. The worker sit in your car with dirty clothes. The door panels are filthy, dirty and nobody cares. No one takes responsibility, no consideration . And when you complain which is your right as a customer that responses oh, you should’ve spoken to me instead of speaking to somebody else big cover-up. They did approve the replacement of the tire lock .They do excellent bodywork excellent paint job superb I can give them that . They help you get a car to pick you up for the rental and take you back to deliver the car. I give them that but as far as everything else is customer service, workers run the shop, there’s a lot of chiefs, no Indians everybody has a story nobody tells you the truth big cover-up. If the owners will take charge and check on the work before they release a car, it will do excellent but a customer should not leave the premises after paying so much money, disappointed, frustrated, angry
