Brought my car here for GEICO inspection/repairs. Took 3 days, which felt reasonable. Car looked great at the end; they also washed it and vacuumed it out, which was very appreciated. Didn’t realize I could just bring my Enterprise rental car directly to the body shop (I returned it myself), but it wasn’t the end of the world.

They repaired the damage to the rear of my car, but when they told me it was ready for pickup, the new paint had obvious bubbles and flaws, not to mention the roof was speckled with pea-sized paint droplet overspray from a differently-colored car. To their credit, they took my car back a few weeks later and fixed both issues completely, however, the next time it rained, I found one of the weather seals for my tail lights floating in a trunk full of several gallons of rainwater. If they had just put the car back together correctly in the first place, I wouldn't have had to dry my car out for weeks afterwards. Avoid this place. They lack attention to detail and their threshold for what passes as acceptable work is lacking.

I brought my car here and Sam's auto body shop help me replaced my stolen radar sensor it with no problem. They were expeditious and replaced it. Their staff are friendly and courtesy. I'll recommend this body shop to anyone!

Today was the 3rd time the team at Sam's Autobody shop went above and beyond for me. Ken and Mike are amazing. Their care, thoroughness, professionalism, accuracy and kindness are kinda incredible. They've done a complicated dent repair and paint job on our Audi (via a Geico claim), they once walked gas over to me (yes, they carried it by hand) when I called in distress, and today Mike spent 20 minutes with me helping with my tires and didn't charge me. I am 100% recommending them.

I was sideswiped by a taxi and Sam’s Auto body shop did a great job fixing up my Honda. Looks like it was never in an accident. They are very professional, prices are reasonable, efficient, and transparent about what is being worked on. Shout out to Ken, who made a stressful situation into a smooth, easy process. Will come back again.

Sam’s Auto Body shop was a great place for a repair. It was my first time using Sam’s and they didn’t disappoint. No issues with repair and everything was done as scheduled. Dropped my car off to get it repaired. Passenger side was hit by another car. Sam’s auto shop took care of everything for me. They talked to my auto insurance and got everything fixed. Got my car back within a week. Look brand new again!

Excellent work and customer service! I took my 2020 Land Rover in for some dent repairs around the body and I’m extremely satisfied. I live nearby but found them on google by the positive reviews so thought I would give them a shot. From scheduling an appointment, to coming in for a estimate, all the way to drop-off and pick-up, the whole process was easy and seamless. I appreciate their honest quote, which was fair, as I got a few other quotes as well and this was the best. Also, the way they worked directly with my insurance company and followed up for payment was so easy (this was a major concern of mine). When I received my Land Rover back everything was fixed and they even fixed a few parts that they didn’t even have to (did not charge me extra). Car was detailed and ready for me to pick up. I am extremely pleased and will be coming back and referring other folks to get their vehicles serviced here. Side note- I took my car in yesterday to get a steering issue looked at. Both Ray and Ken were very nice and took my car in to take a look. They fixed the problem and refused to take payment from me. This here is just professionals being decent human beings. Thanks a lot guys!

Brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation/alignment. I think I had the first or second appointment of the day. The service was super quick, I think it was completed in no more than 45 minutes from car drop-off to ready to be drive-off. Recommended !

I have never left an auto body shop feeling more secure and confident. This is what auto repair should feel like but never does. They were there to help and were generous with their expertise and time. This will be my go to shop from here on out, and it should be yours!

Went there for Geico inspection. So easy. This week, mid move- car full of boxes, our battery died. Honda wouldn't answer the phone, eventually wouldn't commit to seeing us for over a week, total run around, I was so nervous. Called Sam's. He told us to come down right away, ordered the part, next day less than 24 hours later, had it back to us with a new battery. Charged us next to nothing for labor. I will come here for any of my car needs, forever!

I had taken my car into their shop through Geico insurance. The work was estimated to take 12 days in the shop but was completed in half that time and they were very communicative and honest from start to end throughout the process. I've no complaints about them.

Was recommended to Sams by geico and was beyond satisfied with their service. They fixed our car quickly and even dropped me off at the subway after I left my car with them. When I picked up my car, it was so clean inside and out. I will definitely be coming back if I need work done on my car in the future.

I have been going to Sam and Jimmy for years. The work is excellent and they are honest and willing to tell you if they do not think it is worth it to repair certain things. It is a busy garage so if you drive in it may seem disorganized but be patient. Sam will always personally communicate with customers and they finish the work on time and get parts quickly. Highly recommend for any car.

They do amazing body work and paint job only complaint are their limited hours for appointments so you might have to take a day off work and also double check that they put the car back together correctly. They move so fast that they some times forget to reattach a side view mirror motor or a door lock but otherwise they are great.

Customer for life! I took my BMW in for a quarter panel fix. Not only did they handle the business with the insurance company for me, but Sam fixed a huge scratch (unrelated to the accident) for a quarter of the cost. I now take my car there for all my needs, including mechanical. Great people!

Went here a while ago to have my front bumper replaced (it had a huge crack in it and was falling off). Their price was more reasonable than a dealership I took the car to, and you can just tell they're being honest with you. Didn't have to wait very long when I dropped off and picked up my car either.

Sam is very honest and very good at what he does, he is very humble and will let you feel that everything will be ok about your car, and that you don't have to worry about anything. I asked him for a quote to fix a huge dent on my quarter panel and a tail light that needs to be replaced. I previously asked a BMW dealer who quoted me 100%-300% more of what Sam had given me. I didn't even had a second thought and for that, I was willing to pay out of pocket. So I brought my car the following day (a Saturday). I arrived past their shop hours, but he was there waiting for me and was still very kind to accommodate me. Over the weekend, I had some change of heart, and I decided that I would just go through the insurance and setup an appointment with the insurance inspector. But alas, because of how fast they work, I was informed that the car was almost finish and the inspector couldn't check the extent of the damage, so technically, a claim cannot be filed. But Sam has been able to manage it, and we were able to file the claim. Even with these complications, Sam and his team has been nice and patient with me. Sam is very professional and has a kind heart. He knows your frustrations and will pat you in the back and will reassure you. Be ready to fall in love with your car after you see his work! I am from Texas, so I might not see his work again. If you are from New York; you are lucky to have this guy's shop in your city.

my 98 grand cherokee had problem with starting engine and electoric problems. I read all this review and went to Sam, I am so glad I went to him. I don't know much about cars, but he explained everything very clear what needs to be done and whats price range. He also told me if its anything else, he would call me before he dose anything. In couple days when I went to pick up my car, Sam explained what he did and showed me all pieces were replaced. The problem could have been anything, but the price was very affordable, and labor fee and everything was very clear. I felt right way that the car runs much better now. He is very professional and takes care of your car very well without charging extra fees. Overall, Sam is very honest and professional, I am so happy I found them. Their staff are very nice and friendly also, I totally recommend this place. Thank you Sam!!
