What clients say about Amazing Towing Inc. in Brooklyn (NY)
Brian is Mr Amazing. We are so happy to find him and for him to help us out. He solved the issue, helped us out soo much. He is competent Master repairman, and honestly I was sure my truck was about to have costly repair and at least a week at dealership. But no, he fixed it and it was such a pleasure to meet him. Positive attitude, and not even rusty stubborn bolts weren't gonna get him down. truly Mr Amazing.
Brian we are grateful and will sing praises to you and your skills for a long time.
Car battery died and needed a jump, these guys were so fast and helpful! Arrived in less than 30 mins and had me back on my way, along with info on what I needed to have done to correct the problem. Thanks so much!
He was great I will recommend him then any other tow truck he have a reasonable price he kind patient and makes you laugh he also comes quick and don’t have you waiting
Best Tow in town hit my guy up for all your towing needs!!! Please book an advance he is a transparent gentleman who knows how to conduct business effectively & fast
I needed a tow and Brian got there in half the time he originally said on the phone. And he recommended a mechanic that fixed my car by early the next afternoon. Great service.
Despite the bleak situation, the service provided was definitely top notch and he went above and beyond, delivering more than was expected.
I 100% recommend him as a reputable service.
Simply excellence!
Called Brian at 12:50, he told me he would b a hr. At 1:53 he was there . Used other tows before had me waiting hrs . This guy is the best and very careful with my car. Calling him in case I need a tow again.
Great service. Brian took my call at 6:30 am and my car was hooked up by 7:05 am. He even helped with solving my issue which helped me get back on the road even faster. Best towing decision I could have made.
Amazing towing was very reliable. A flat bed truck arrived in a reasonable amount of time to pick up my Lincoln Navigator which couldn’t be towed by a regular towtruck. Considering this occurred overnight I would recommend Amazing towing for any 24 hour towing needs.
Brian was so helpful, friendly, and fast. Went beyond just towing, he also helped with an electrical issue on the truck. Got us out of a jam that we will forever be grateful for. Highly recommend.
Brian may not be very creative when it comes to naming his own company but I have to tell you: the man is honest! It truly is amazing! Lol
He was super responsive in a late weeknight, fast to arrive, great to communicate with throughout the whole time. He's great: knowledgeable, fun, polite, detail-oriented, you name it. And his estimate was very reasonable and competitive.
I hope we won't need his service anymore but I wouldn't think twice to give him a call again if need be.
The name is absolutely right on - Amazing Towing was such a pleasure to deal with, incredibly professional, polite, helpful, punctual, flexible --- everything you don't even realize you want from a towing company... until you need one. Brian takes pride in his work and cares about doing a job well. I would trust him every single time. And while I hope not to need another tow anytime soon, Brian is now saved in my phone, just in case.
Hello, my name is Ryan and I had an AMAZING experience with amazing towing. In the past I had used AAA but due to new circumstances, I no longer have coverage for free towing. I had broken down on Bushwick Ave one night around 3am and I tried three different companies who denied me before I got to this one. He came fast and had great pricing. Truly, a life saver in the situation!
It's definitely tough to find a reliable towing company in New York. I have a lot of roadside needs in the company I work for but Amazing Towing is usually always a preferred choice by me for their reasonable prices and prompt and FRIENDLY service, all hours of the day.
Thanks guys, will be calling again soon I'm sure!
Bryan was kind, impromptu, and professional. He was able to bring me back to queens in Forty minutes from breaking down, as well did he have the best price in Brooklyn. 5 Stars
Amzing towing is the best name for this company, they're amazing indeed.
Got a flat tire at the Holland tunnel, ended up in NJ and need a tow to Brooklyn, called as many towing company's as possible, no one was willing to do it, the few that did asked ridiculous prices as it was almost midnight.
Not only did Bryan accept the job but also came in with the most reasonable price not expensive at all as it was 2 am showed up exactly on the ETA was very nice and professional the whole time, definitely recommend, in other words "amazon towing".
Great service, friendly and more than punctual. Bryan took great care of me when i really needed help. Texted me ahead of time to let me know he'd be arriving earlier than scheduled, got me where i needed to go in the friendliest way possible. Highly recommended.
Awesome service, needed a tow from Manhattan to Brooklyn late night and he came before the eta. Very professional and knowledgeable he even gave me suggestions on how to prevent from happening to me again. Definitely earned my loyalty.
Excellent customer service, very professional. Good rates for the time of night. Needed a tow in Brooklyn late night, he provided me an eta and showed up before it.
