ABC collision did an amazing job repairing my car. I brought my car in on a Monday and Randy made sure to have it ready for me before the end of the week.

Did a fabulous job, front bumper and side fender after a lady crashed into me. Matched the part with the factory color of the car. Just got the car, so far so good.

I had a terrible experience with ABC Collision after being involved in an accident where another driver backed into my car. The other driver’s insurance, Progressive, referred me to this shop, and I regret trusting their recommendation. From the start, the customer service was unprofessional. The two receptionists—a Spanish woman and a Black woman—were rude and dismissive, showing little concern for my situation. Instead of providing quality service, they had bad attitudes and lacked professionalism. The biggest issue, however, was the poor workmanship. I had to take my car back twice because they botched the paint job. Even worse, they scraped part of the frame of my window, which was in perfect condition before they worked on my car. I have before-and-after photos proving the damage they caused. They admitted their mistake and promised to replace the damaged part in October, yet months have passed, and I have received no follow-up. To make matters worse, when I went to pick up my car, I witnessed how recklessly the employees were driving it. Seeing that level of carelessness made me even more frustrated with their lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ vehicles. I strongly advise against taking your car to ABC Collision. Their service is sloppy, their customer service is horrible, and they do not take accountability for their mistakes. If Progressive or any insurance company refers you to them, ask for another option. Save yourself the stress and frustration—this place is a waste of time!

I really appreciate the service I've received at ABC Auto Body Shop. I have had on two occasions the need of their services. Each time, they have made those experience great. They have kept me informed at each stage of the service. They stand by their work. And I will continue to return for any auto body repair work in the future.

I wish I could rave about the communication as I do about their repair work. I was told my car was ready on Friday and it is now Tuesday and I am sitting here waiting for something to be fixed. Bad bad communication. I was also told it was all washed and ready and I can say, meh, kind of. Hi Sam!

They worked together with my insurance company (Geico) and seamlessly dealt with the claim. Work was completed within the time estimate they gave me and it looks great. They did some interior cleaning and washed the car as well. Highly recommend

Sam and ABC made the entire process easy and painless from beginning to end, all the way down to reconfirming with my insurance provider. ABC was recommended by my insurance company. They repaired the damaged front bumper and side panel, they made sure the paint matched perfectly, and they did an amazing job overall. It was done quickly and now my car looks even better than before it was bumped and scraped by another car. Great job across the board. I definitely recommend for anybody that needs bodywork on their car.

I have used ABC collision in the past and have been happy. However, I dropped my car off with them on October 14. They told me two weeks. It’s now approaching three weeks and I still don’t have my car.

Incredible. They handled my insurance claim seamlessly. They went above and beyond. My glove was partially detached and wasn’t on the work order but when I got it back my interior was cleaned and the glove was fixed.

They did a great job and made it really easy to go through Geico. I was out of town when the car was finished and the generously held it for a few extra days without issue. Highly recommend!

Hit a deer and did quite some damage to my car. My insurance sent me to ABC Collision for a full repair. I spoke to Anthony who explained everything they planned on repairing/replacing, and I had my car back looking brand new after a few weeks. So far so good. Highly recommend!

Great experience and amazing results! A shuttle bus scraped entire driver side of car, damaging rear door, front door, and front fender. Front fender and door panel was replaced, and with all the paint blending and labor, was $2146, and took them only 9 days to finish the job. This place operates based on the accident area, so if they deem a specific method for the job has to be done that way, that is the way it has to be done. This is the main downside to their operation, as I couldn't choose to heavily fill the deep scratches as opposed to replacing the panel. If operating based on insurance, payout should cover it the estimate though, which is why they work this way. All in all, the people were great. Joe went above and beyond to show me sanding and rubbing compound could clear up most of the faded hood, and I couldnt be more grateful. Definitely recommend!

I have had my car repaired twice at ABC Collision, and both repairs went smoothly, were performed on schedule, and the quality of the work was excellent. Joe who manages the shop is great and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I went here on quick notice with my Mercedes that had a problem with the rearview mirror. The man that greeted us on the phone and in person was extremely nice and very helpful! He fixed it immediately and we also had a nice chat about cars while the job was taking place! I will definitely be coming back here when I need to!

I came to ABC through my insurance company after a tree fell on my car. While I had to wait three weeks for an appointment, they were very responsive once my car was in. It took 1.5 weeks for my car to get fixed. I think it could have been faster if they did diagnostics first, ordered parts then had you bring your car back in. They don't let you take your car back once you drop it off unfortunately, even though they aren't working on it (confirmed with both the shop and family who passed by my car parked on the street for five days). Other than that, it was a good experience and my car looks perfect.

I had a great experience getting a minor bumper repair job done through insurance at ABC Collision. Staff are very friendly, communicate very well, and did an excellent job overall with reviewing damage, explaining the repairs needed, and the job itself. The repair work makes my car look like new and paint is blended perfectly. I highly recommend using ABC Collision, especially if you have Geico - everything was seamless from filing a claim to renting a car through Enterprise to getting my car back in a very reasonable time from ABC.

I rarely write reviews for any businesses on here but felt compelled to after picking up my car there this morning. The whole experience was about as painless as could be, and every employee I spoke with was super friendly and helpful, without exception. They kept me up to date on the progress of repairs via text msgs and managed to finish up two days early. They worked directly with my insurance and left zero hassle for me. Plus they cleaned out the interior so it looks as good as the day I bought it, and I had felt bad at how dirty and cluttered it was when I dropped it off. I'd recommend these guys to my grandmother without hesitation or qualification.
