This dealership and its owner were a complete disappointment. We were told the vehicle we wanted was available, so we drove all the way from New Jersey. When we arrived, we were informed it had already been sold. Instead, they tried to show us two similar Escalades with high mileage . One had an obvious lifter tick, and the other was one I was considering, but the owner was rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to work with us on our trade-in.<br><br>Overall, it was a waste of time and a frustrating experience. I would recommend staying away from this dealership and being cautious if you’re considering doing business with them.<br><br>After getting back to Jersey he removed or blocked me from Facebook so we do not leave any reviews

This guy sold me a 2006 volkswagon beetle for 3500 took it to the mechanic needs $3600 of work do not buy from these people they patch cars up to sell I will be writing to the attorney General and better business bureau about this company robbing nyc hardworking residents they make you believe if car is from out of state it is better robbers
Buyers beware!!!!<br>Do not buy anything from this place. They lie to you and don't care about anything but taking your money. Bought a car from them that they knew was not safe to drive, there own mechanic told me when they sent me there to try to fix the a problem that they already knew about. They didn't care that i had to drive 1100 miles with it. The rear of the car went out while i was on I80 and I almost crashed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE, WARNING WARNING
I bought a 2017 Cadillac XTS from them and they delivered the car to me without a spare tire, jack and all the accessories that come with it. they intentionally took those things off the car, and when I complained, the sale guy was yelling at me on the phone. The sales guy is very rude and disrespectful. I personally asked the sales guy whether the car had a spare tire and all the accessories that comes with it, and he said yes, after going back and from with them on the phone, They sent me $120 as compensation, I however paid over $460 to get the spare tire, realm and other accessories they took from the car.
Went to this place on a recommendation from a fellow limo driver who bought his truck them. Just got a Suburban from them. Sales person Israel was was very helpful and seemed honest about the truck. Price was very good compared to similar trucks. They buy cars and trucks from larger limo companies and offer them for sale below market prices. They are easy to deal with and seem honest about the cars they sell. This place only sells black cars for limo drivers. I ended up getting my own financing but they had some financing options available.
Someone must've paid these people for these reviews. This place is terrible. Customer service was the absolute worse I've ever experienced. Do not go here...no...go here, see how rude they are than tell others not to go here.
