If you decide to order something here for pick-up, make sure to call or confirm ahead before you waste your time. I decided to order a car cover for pick-up today for the upcoming snowstorm. I ordered 3 hours in advance and paid full price also in advance. I revieced my confirmation email and headed my way there after work. I head inside and there were only 2 workers on the register. One word for them, "slow." Very slow. The worker who eventually helped me was nice enough but he eventually told me me that the car cover I ordered was sold today and that they were out of stock.. I did not receive any notice, I did not receive any warning, nor any apology for my wasted time. I asked for a refund right there and made sure to get my receipt for it at the spot. He took 10 minutes to even issue said refund. I don't know if they just had an off or just a bad day, but I will safely say, I will never be back here and I would recommend to any potential customers to just be a little aware of potential disasters like this. Terrible experience.

I want to give a huge thank you to the young man at AutoZone who took time out of his day to help me when my key fob stopped working. He didn’t rush me, didn’t brush me off, and didn’t act like it “wasn’t his problem.” Instead, he came outside, checked the key with me, helped replace the battery, and even pulled up YouTube to try to troubleshoot when it still wasn’t working properly. What stood out most was his patience and kindness. I know this wasn’t technically his job, but he went above and beyond anyway. That kind of customer service is rare and deserves to be recognized. I truly appreciate the time and effort he gave to help me. Thank you for treating me with respect and care it meant more than you know.

I go to this auto zone today 1/11/26. To buy windshield washing fluid. I see the price of the rain x is $6.79 buy 1 get 1 50% off. I bring 2 of them to the register. The last rings me up tells me its $12 something. I say 1 should be 50% off she says yes it is. No thats to close to the regular price. I ask how much are they she says $7.49. I tell her I'll be right back go grab the price tag thing. Says $6.79. Manager comes over and says oh they must not have changed the price yet. You mean to tell me you put something buy 1 get 1 50% then raises the price by a dollar so people aren't really getting 50% off. Scamming at its finest.

I do not recommend it to anyone. I came from a far away place to measure the battery and they told me that the device is not working.

I didn’t get his name but I went in tonight, September 19th, around 7:30pm and the young gentleman with the tattoos on his sleeve was so friendly, kind and professional. I had a rough day and his customer service really helped. Give that man a raise

I put 1 star because I can't put 0 so I went to buy the front light of the car I took the one my car had so that they can give me the same one well the didn't I wwnt the same day so that they could change it for the right one but of course they didn't want to change it they did not change the light for the right one those workers are so useless

Went there few days ago and saw new employees just goofing around and using foul language. Very unprofessional men behaving like teens.

This place usually has most things that I'm looking for, and if they don't have it, they can order the item/items that you need. The workers there are very helpful and will do the kinds of jobs like check and/replace your car battery, check alternator, and replace your windshield wipers if need be.

Edwin and Jonathan were two of the nicest service people I’ve ever met! They went above and beyond to help me diagnose my car‘s problem and come up with a workable and inexpensive solution. Not what you are used to getting when dealing with car people! Ask for Edwin, he was the best!

Basic customer service is completely lacking at this AutoZone. I went in to have my battery tested, and was told it was fine but the starter had failed. Based on that, an associate sold me a new starter. Though the staff were already rude and dismissive to my fiancé and me, I let it go. Later, my mechanic confirmed the starter wasn’t the issue. I didn’t need to use or install it, so we didn’t. When I returned it, the same associate (young, long hair on top, spider tattoo) accused me of installing it because it “looked dirty” — even though he had sold it to me in that condition. When I pushed back, he laughed and told me to “chill.” He issued the refund after involving a supervisor, all while swearing with another associate casually using the n-word in front of me and other customers — behavior that was completely unprofessional for both of them. He then walked back what he said by saying the guy who packed it probably had dirty hands. I was seriously concerned I’d be stuck paying $285 for a part I didn’t use and may have been sold in used condition. Go anywhere else if you want respectful and honest service.

I went there today due to an emergency with my battery and the customer services was super efficient and quickly to respond. Edwin was great and helped me swapping the battery and testing it super fast. I can’t recommend enough this location.

The lady working there today in the middle of the day with buzzed haircut had some nasty smart remarks. I gave her my number to search up my online order for pick up, she finds it on the computer and then proceed to say what did you order. Her following question was you dont know what you ordered. She also never asked for my I.D. Asking all the wrong questions ridiculous.

I went in with a specific need. Two employees recommended something. It was wrong. I went in the next day and was told they wouldn't refund this thing because it was in some category. I was frustrated. But the manager understood that his people had made a mistake and he risked getting himself in trouble to refund the money and make the situation right. That's how it should be. Great job by that manager. I wish I'd gotten his name.

My dad was worried about my car and called ahead, and talked to Freddy. He was super knowledgeable and agreed to help me out when I came in. He tested my battery and installed a new one super fast and gave me advice about other issues that I noticed with the car. Really appreciate it!

Negative-1 (⭐) ⚠️MANAGER "JOSEPH" AT THIS AUTOZONE LOCATION BLATANTLY DISCRIMINATES CUSTOMER FROM USING THE RESTROOM FACILITY STATING "WE'VE HAD TROUBLE IN THE PAST LETTING PEOPLE USE THE RESTROOM", ......................................................... -This occured even after I identifying my law enforcement background to the manager. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• I called ahead to have an auto part held at the counter... Upon arrival stood in a line longer than average...okay, whatever. ‐When it was my turn I asked for the part that I called ahead for. The employee had no clue where it was or what I was talking about. I actually then looked over the counter and found it faster pointing it out from the register. As I was getting ready to leave, I paid cash and then I asked kindly could I please use the restroom real fast, explaining that I've been holding it while stuck in traffic getting here. -The self identified new employee said he must ask his Mgr. -The Manager came over and said NO, we've had problems letting people use the restrooms in the past. -I asked if I showed my Law enforcement status and ID would he let me then use it... He once again said NO! ...He couldn't allow it. It quickly came to my attention at this point that AutoZone will not even let law enforcement use the bathroom in fear that I could cause some kind if destruction...¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I then left the store legs crossed... -Fortunately the very nice lady at the Dollar Tree next door was kind enough to allow me my human right of relief unlike AutoZone who REFUSED and DISCRIMINATED it. -Especially when I offered my professional status to him. Autozone must have a poore intention for law enforcement as well... Maybe we should take our businesses elsewhere... I hear Advanced Auto and PepBoys have a full stock of parts and accessories at a fraction of the cost anyways... Thanks for reading... I hope this helps people decide and know what kind of people operate this AutoZone and speak for the corporation. Find ones who care about human rights. AutoZone doesn't show that they care about you.

Understaffed. Went there on a Wednesday evening at 6:30pm and there were 2 employees and a line that was building up. I ordered ahead online but still had to wait in a long line to pick up my order. The line would have gone more quickly if 1 of the employees prioritized the customers in the store rather than taking phone calls that lasted 10 minutes each (not once bothering to say to the customer on the phone that there was a long line of customers in the store so he couldn’t field an additional 100 questions from the caller). The other employee kept disappearing from the register to search for things in the back of the store. Understaffed and staffed with a couple employees with poor customer service skills. Disappointing.

Great experience and excellent customer service ? My boss sent me to replace a bad battery for a Ford Transit 250. I went to the store under 30 mins , a sale associate help me pick a battery with my van info and a excellent store associate name Sara , who I think is a store manager or should be ( I hope the boss gives her a raise or bonus she deserves it ) was happy to help me test my old battery, alternator, car starter and even did the best she could to help me install my new battery . My experience of replacing the old battery went as smooth as possible. The company van was randomly shutting off or the battery will just die. Now the van runs amazing with the new battery. I was thinking of just ordering with Amazon but because of Sara and her fellow co-workers being so friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back for all my cars trouble . Thank you ? ?

Love coming to this autozone, stuff are nice, some may be serious but all professionals and knowledgeable, they do like to help the customers and always helping each other if something comes out. If u have a question about your car, they will defenaky have an answer for you. Thank you guys

Jeffery was amazing. Went there for battery replacement. Jeffery helped me take out battery from the car as the screws were rusted and jammed up. He even brought his lubricant and helped me. He also helped me put the new battery pack. Employees seems to help lots of customers. Taking interest in their concerns. Kevin was good too. Helping many people with the stuff they are not sure about. Most if them speak Spanish too. Will definitely go back to the same place if anything else is needed.
