This company came and picked up my vehicle through a 3rd party . We did have a day delay buttt I’m leaving a 5 star review as their professionalism and how quick they got everything together once they were here made me completely forget we were even delayed by a day. truth be told it took me longer to fill out the paperwork then for them to do their job hyper friendly, super professional couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. I’m more than sure I’ll be seeing and using them again.
Absolute trash, schedule a tow pick up already 4 times and they rescheduled without letting me know took 3 days off of work waiting for them and they never came. Go else where or drop it off I guess but there tow service is awful full of unambitious lazy people who don’t want to work.
Don't waste your time.I tried with this company two different times for over six months, and both times they did not come to look at the car and not even call me back. If I would have known that this was the company that I dealt with the first time. I would never have dealt with them a second time, but this company is referred through as a third party tower. Your best option is find somebody who owns their own company.
I sent them pictures of where the car was. And they said they couldn't do it. I called another company. They came within abot 30 minutes to look at it. They were also able to remove a second car. Brooklyn Resource said that they couldn't do it because of the location.Guess not everyone takes the proper steps to do a job ..I wouldn't recommend thia company or peddle?

I was offered by peddle 455 $ for an Audi 2005 convertible and 405$ for a Chrysler Sebring convertible total 860 $ the owner of Brooklyn recovery just give me 600$ for the 2 cars cash keeping the check given by Peddle that was supposed to be given to me
Shameful, would think in the year 2020 that a business owner would take the initiative and voluntarily upgrade outdated equipment. 5 days a week, this is what the neighborhood a block away from BRR has to deal with. They start at 5am, then start polluting at 9am when they run the machines. Every week it sounds like they drop vehicles because there is a tremendous bang that shakes all the private homes up and down the block. At times you can’t breathe because to smoke is so bad from the exhaust and the dust blowing off of the material that they chop up. The noise pollution is just as bad.... constant, until they go to lunch for an hour. I guess when you just do business in a community and just count your money it’s easy not to give a damn. Suggestion for the owner, enclose BRR and upgrade the equipment, you’ll probably save money using efficient equipment that burns cleaner if they burn at all.
Truck Drivers BEWARE. Drunk forklift driver completely destroyed trailer floor while loading . Stay away or you’ll have a total loss with your insurance . Someone send ice to this place !!!
They were very unprofessional the person on the phone Leo caught an attitude because I said no one is reaching out to me I have to keep calling there they gave me a run around I do not recommend this company for anything they rude especially Leo an very impatient I don’t want to give them no star at all thanks to leo
My beautiful people of this world I am a tow truck driver we go through hell out here from people we’re helping in from those that’s trying to get around us I have been called everything on god’s good green earth just by doing my job. We really don’t know how long you have been waiting for your car to be picked up. We have to see your paperwork before paying if that’s required.we don’t know how you look so if I ride pass say something or just put your hand in the air it’s a very hard job to do especially when the person your towing already have attitude with you for absolutely nothing you did. so please people take a moment to respect the BLACK tow truck driver I’m respectfully just doing my job
Horrible customer service, worst experience in my life and I’m not over exaggerating. The tow black tow truck driver was rude from the time he landed on my property. Will never do business with this company again. I am truly traumatized from my experience with this establishment
Waited all day by the phone to have my vehicle picked up and they never came, never called and No apology for making me give up an entire day just to sit by the phone.
This place uses a pathetic "Driver wasn't able to reach you" excuse.
They are the worst! I am forced to give them at least one star rating, otherwise it would've been zero stars. They give you an appointment and no one shows up. No one calls you either. Then you call them, and they tell you that someone will call. Hours pass and no one calls. Then boom! They stop answering your call. Before you know it, their office is closed. And this is the second time I am dealing with them. The first was just as bad. NEVER AGAIN! BYE!

The crew here operates efficiently and streamlined as a team. They are all ready and capable as individuals on an assembly line. Well trained and coordinated employees know what you need before you ask. They manage and direct customers through the quickest procedures to get paid. Get in fast, get paid, get back out to work.

This place is the BEST!! the guys there were very helpful. Especially the guy on the small scale. He showed me how to separate my scrap to get the most money. Now that they are buying all types of metal its a one stop shop, no need for me to go any where else.
Brooklyn Resource Recovery is an awesome place. Free Doughnuts, great people, helpful offloading my truck and best of all, highest prices. Love these guys.
This is the best place in Brooklyn to sell your steel scrap. They will treat you well even though they are the biggest and highest paying location. And now they got even better because they will give you the best prices for your copper and aluminum scrap. They give out free donuts too!
