I’ve used this shop twice now and both times were great. The first time was for a full repaint after a construction site next door sprayed cement on my car. They took care of everything and the results were excellent. Paul is awesome and easy to work with.

While stopped at a stop sign a large truck smashed me from behind. As you can imagine, being in a car accident is a high stress situation. Bringing my car to Auto Dent Collision removed a great deal of the stress involved. They advised me about everything I should expect when it comes to having my car repaired. They advised me on how to speak to the insurance company of the truck driver who was at fault. They helped me with my own insurance company. They assisted me in getting a good car rental. Finally, they repaired my car to 100% satisfaction. This family owned company treated me like a friend and not just a customer. I highly recommend Auto Dent Collision if you ever need collision repair. These guys are the best!
I want to leave a review for this shop. I took my car there after a rear-end collision, with a broken taillight, bumper, and blind spot sensor. Paul did an excellent job, using only original parts. The car looks brand new. I was very pleased with their work and highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you, Paul, for the level of detail and professionalism.
DO NOT BRING UR CAR HERE THEY DENTED MY SIDE DOOR AND WASTED MY TIME. EVIDENCE FOR EVERYTHING IS ATTACHED BELOW. I tried summing this up as best as I could, I left a lot of crucial details out .
My car was in an accident and my car I brought my car to Mazda who then brought my car to this shop for “body work”. Originally they told me it would take a month MAX to fix the car. I tell them I’m going to check on my car and they tell me there’s extra damage to the right front door. Which I responded by saying that was never there, I know how I towed my car to Mazda and had all the evidence to back it up. I go to the shop to look at my car, it has already been two weeks since my car arrived to their shop. The entire back portion of my car was taken off and that was two into my car being dropped off. There was no other damage than body work that needed to be done. They originally quoted the insurance 6k but after a month and a half of my car being in the shop it was 10 thousand dollars. The only reason my car was in the shop for over a month is because they dented the door. Now as for my loaner, Mazda tried extending the rental company for me that would be paid thru the guys insurance who hit my car? Come again? Only reason my car was in the shop for over a month is because Mazda and the body shop dented my door, and they wanted the insurance company of the guy who hit my car to pay for that. No professionalism, and when I pointed that out they panicked and gave me a Mazda loaner right away. My entire right door was dented and the guy tried telling me it happened during the accident. His exact words were “the car probably got pushed during the accident causing this side of the door to dent.” Mind you the damage was on the rear right side of the vehicle. I texted Mazda to check the cameras or else I’d be contacting my lawyers. After waisting my time they finally admitted to it. Mazda won’t say if the shop damaged my door or if it happened at Mazda.
They told me they replaced the entire door they dented, but they didn’t. And I have evidence to prove it. They decided to remove my entire bumper for scratches… that could have been buffed out. But the door they dented? They just fixed it up. The car is not properly done. There are many errors and I will add all the video and photo documentation below. They also had the insurance adjusters go out three separate times and each time the insurance gave them more money. After a month and a half this is what I was left with. Do not bring ur car here, they are scammers and liars and so is Mazda. First 5 pictures is the damage my car went in with, the rest is the amazing work they did…
The audio on the video is removed for some reason but I’m basically walking around the car showing all the things that they damaged.
If when they originally texted me about the damage they admitted to it and didn’t try to act dumb this wouldn’t have happened. Their goal was to try to write off the side door damage as if it happened during the accident. But once I said I will get lawyers involved that’s when they admitted. After stating that the damage wasn’t under my watch I had to go to the body shop and watch the guy try to lie to my face for over an hour. Might work on other females but I ain’t the one. Then on top of that it took an extra month to fix the car. And when I went to pick up my car these are all the damages I was met with. The damage by the front happened while they were fixing my door which they dented. Don’t bring ur car here, you will save ur self from a lot of stress and time.

The owners are very helpful when it comes to working with you to get repairs and each time I’ve had to come (a tree falling on my car, vandalism, minor accident) my car has been restored to perfect condition! I went to Paul on a recommendation for two side doors that needed to be replaced and he was wonderful and super easy to work with. He really went above and beyond in terms of service. I would 100% recommend to any friend that needed a repair and will go to him for any future repair needs. He did an amazing job.
If I were scoring Auto Dent Collision on quality of work alone, this would be a 5-star review. Body and parts collision repairs were excellent. The car looks great and rides better than before the collision. There were some parts delivery issues that delayed completion, so I’ve docked one star from the review. Owner was forthright and honest about the situation, however. I would go back.
You have to appreciate the master of one's craft, especially when that master is fixing 10k worth of damage to your car. Paul is the master of his craft and I couldn't be more thankful for the work he and his team put in. I needed a complete quarter panel repair, two new doors, a bumper and breaklights. The driver's side of my car was virtually demolished. 3 weeks after dropping my car off at Auto Dent, I can't take a magnifying glass and find a single flaw on my cars drivers side. Its immaculate. Look no further, go get a quote from Paul.
If I could give Auto Dent 10 stars I would! I took my car to another auto collision company after I had an accident and was hit in the back. I had a very unpleasant experience with the nasty and dishonest people in this company. I called Paul who was sympathetic and extremely accommodating. When I took my car to Auto Dent, Paul stored my car for several days while I made up my mind about whether or not I wanted to fix it (no charge). He sent one of his men to pick me up when the car was ready. Paul and his crew did a beautiful job. If you are unfortunate enough to have a car accident like I did, don't let the tow truck driver who shows up at the scene of the accident sweet talk you into going to their shop. Call Auto Dent, no matter how far away you are from 3511 Fort Hamilton Parkway. It will be well worth any extra cost to get there.
This is my 3rd time taking my car to this amazing shop. They do very good job. Car comes out like new. This is my main spot to go and I do recommend this place for who ever needs car repair
It's a long overdue review that i should have done. I came in to this place in 2017 after I had an accident and came because they had good reviews. Well, the experiance was horrible for me. I had a small but deep scratch that went along the car's passenger back door. Insurance who were paying for the job told me that it will be taken care of in upto 3 weeks. I came in a week after, there were no progress. Was told parts didn't arrive yet, well, ok. 2 weeks passed by, parts arrived. 3 weeks, nothing... 4 weeks, nothing... in short it took them 8 weeks and I had to come back for another week because they massed up with paint job. So 9 WEEKS in total. What they did was finish all the cars that came in before and after mine, and when I was getting angry that it takes them forever they finished the car in a week, messing up paint. First of all the paint had running marks, overspray on a bamper' black plastic that should have been detached before painting. Leather on a door was ripped, electronics on the same door wasn't working and they were so in rush that forgot to put insulation on the replaced door. After I showed them that their paint was horrible, instead of fixing it they were trying to convince me that it's ok and no one will notice. And pretended that they didn't see what was wrong with it. So I had to bring a dry erase and circle around all messed up spots. Which they still didn't fix. And after 6 month paint on a door started chipping... so, bring your car here in your own risk. I do not trust them and will never come here again.
Mind you that insurance paid for this job close to 7 grand... ?
Used Auto Dent about 20 + years ago on a recommendation. Dont know if its same family ownership now. Was rather simple job to repaint hood. When job was finished noticed that hood color did not match rest of the car.When I complained the response was that they would repaint if I paid again. Too bad Foyco on Foster closed. Those guys did the rite job at the rite price. Need about $500.00 worth of work on my car and dont know who to use. Heard that Sarik on Stillwell and Eden on McDonald do good work and are trustworthy.
After experiencing a lot of awful customer service in Brooklyn area, it was so refreshing to come here. The customer service was great, and everyone was really friendly.
Amazing place! Friendly and responsive, easy to communicate with. After my car was hit while parked, they helped us deal with the whole process. Customer service like this is so hard to find. If you find yourself needing any work, save yourself time / stress and call them!
Place is great. My car got keyed came here Paul help me thru all the process from calling my insurance and set everything up. The car look like it had never been keyed when pick up after it is taken care of. My experience here from start to finish customers service is excellent. Will be coming back when my car need any body work. Thanks for taken care of my car.
My brother recommended Auto Dent because he had a great experience there and now we've used them twice and recommended them to others. Paul is great to work with - they're very responsive and did a great job repairing my car (scratches and a small dent) and my grandfather's brand new car after someone backed into him in a parking lot. They are also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
Paul is great guy and will try to help u out obviously with respect to making money. Don't get me wrong I'm a customer of his for a while and he will always take care of me even when he may not be making $$ on me. The type of guy to go out of the way to make sure you are happy... something most body shops would never do!! He is highly recommended and does work which is really top notch!!

This is a family run business that has been around for over 60 years and they really know the system and ins and outs of dealing with insurance companies. They pretty much did all the work for me, dealing with two separate insurance companies in two different states, and got everything handled and done the RIGHT way. Most importantly, they did a FANTASTIC job on the car- I felt like I was driving in a brand new car! (I have a 2006 Subaru that has been through it's fair share). Impeccable workmanship, professional and efficient business, and wonderful family people to deal with. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family!
