I went to ask for price on tires and the way they treat there customer is insane to me . DONT EVER COME HERE TO GET ANY TIRES NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Service was very bed! Seller Lue was very aggressive, and so rude. Don't help me with my problem. I am not recommended coming to this place!

Came here on a recommendation hoping to get a wheel alignment but was treated with disrespect instead. Before even lifting my car, one of the mechanics told me there was a separate issue that an alignment wouldn’t fix—an issue visible when driving. When I wished to see it again so I can have it on video, the owner snapped at me saying “I don’t have time right now. I don’t want to get involved.” Real shady and lazy behavior over something that would have taken 5 minutes. Stay away!

Order tires and they arrived at their shop quickly. I was called to schedule an appointment. Arrive early and was in and out with two new tires in about 35 minutes.

Very rude. I tried explaining the issue to the guy, he was quick to take my key. He then wouldn’t want to hear me out. When I started explaining my issue, he tells his coworker oh now he’s got a story to tell. Came here for a potential alignment issue but I wanted their opinion. Well, they have no opinion. In the end, grandpa was in a little better mood and talked to me properly. Showed and explained the alignment paper to me. Hopefully this solves the uneven tire wear issue I am having. I was recommended to them because quite a few people said their work is quality. Just wish they had some sort of customer service skills.

replacement of cylinders is too expensive at $60 cylinders are sold too expensive, better to order on the website I do not recommend buying here. The old man is too rude and ROTTEN

Bad service. He takes your car key and charges you $100 to check the car. When he can't fix it, he tells you nonsense. His workers drive your car carelessly.

Want an honest, trustworthy, fair priced, excellent diagnostician and mechanic..Hilna! I've gone there for years and am always happy when I leave. The work is perfection, the prices can't be beat and the level of expertise is beyond others. We are so lucky to have a tire expert plus mechanic in our area. Hilda is beyond the best ! Brian was one of the kindest people to ever help me out at any type of establishment. So many shady people in the car industry and this man was upfront, honest, and so so knowledgeable. He deserves a raise!

I would like to think this place for allow me to use the restroom. I was driving a van and I had to go to the bathroom so bad and I was trying to figure out where to go where to stop at and I said you know what let me stop here as soon as I got out the van there was somebody outside the door and I said I have to use the bathroom like in a half an emergency he said OK you can use the bathroom told me where to go and I did most people would’ve said no, which I would most likely understand but in this case, I didn’t know what to do and this place came to my rescue on top of that their bathroom is very cleanso thank you very much

Honestly, I’ve had a really bad experience here. The guy who does the wheel alignment is young and extremely rude—no respect at all. I tried giving him another chance after he messed up my car before, but he did it again. It’s clear he doesn’t know what he’s doing. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you care about your car or how you’re treated.

These are good people, I had an issue with my car and the staff and Louie the owner were nothing but helpful. They really did right by me and they have great pricing I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Best prices as of this review and the 3 times i been there compared to shops in Brooklyn and Queens while providing reputable services and good new tires. No hidden fees (yes I got scammed by low prices at other places). No annoying marketing. However, the older guys at the front desk can be loud and yell at staff (who takes it as a normal thing) and customers, except for the younger guy at the front desk who seems patient and nice. I have been here 3 times (due to my work I replace tires often) and that's how they talk and not being purposely rude. Still I drop 1 star because the experience can be better. They do like tips a lot and post a lot of signs about it. As for tip, I suggest tipping before the job to motivate them and a bigger tip for good quality after. Still way cheaper than dealerships and other scam-free places. My guess is their pay is really low for such low prices. I advise you to pay cash for a lower price at front desk but they do accept credit. As as note, they don't add air to your tires after replacement. You have to add it yourself to manufacturer specifications.

Went there today 10/29 with a thumbing noise coming out of my r/s front, we drove around the block, and said it was a large screw in my tire. They fixed it 1,2 3 and I wanted a wheel alignment which they did. The price was excellent as well as the owner and mechanics.

Well, like everyone said guys very busy so can’t expect him to sit down with you and have a conversation. His work is great and they get the job done and if you ever have a problem you can go back and will take care of it Had four brand new tires put on and a wheel alignment great job .??

Lou is as brooklyn as it gets! This place is a great tire shop. I've been going here for years and I personally know over 100 people that have been here for tires....great shop great prices.

I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!The worst place everrrrr!!!. Did the alignment on my car. Car wasn’t fixed. Came back to them saw 3 other ppl coming back to them with the same issue complaining. The owner is rude and employees are so slow. They look like they don’t know why are they here. Very messy place and very unprofessional. Don’t waste ur time and money.

Good place. Be prepared for a little brashness but thats because its very busy for good reason. Bought 2 tires here. Came back almost 2 yrs later due to vibration thinking tires are defective. They found bent rim. Fixed it and balanced in 30 min. Guy I dealt with was nice and explained everything and answered all my questions giving me advice too. Lou is always very busy but helpful. So overall reccomend. Had to wait about 40 min to get serviced but again that's because it was busy and a Saturday. So be prepared.

Did a good job. I have first-time experience here. I changed my both rear brakes with rotors. They charged me $ 250. This guy is really helpful and suggests best about your car.

Legitimately have no idea what other reviewers are talking about when they refer to customer service. I went to Hilna’s 3x over the years to get my tires changed and they were nothing but customer oriented, friendly and helpful. The found rebates for my tires and explained the process completely. All 4 tires were done within 30 min and I drove away happy. Will continue going here for life. The best tire shop in Brooklyn with very very reasonable prices.

Reliable, fair prices, and more choices available that were affordable yet reliable in terms of finding a good all season touring tire for my car. They get super busy but they move quick. The garage grounds are tight and hectic when pulling in to get serviced but you’ll be in and out with fresh tires as quick as they can.

even I called and confirmed $65 alignment for my 2016 Chevy Impala, they insisted changing $94 when done. the worse is it running left on steering wheel straight but I don't want to deal with them anymore I'll have someone to do it again. thanks for your reply, now I know why the running left problem, look at the pictures how you guys aligned the rear wheels. pictures were taken from same angle you can see both wheels heading to the right of a big angle like 5° I reckon. Besides, I do have a compact size spare rim in the trunk.

Excellent service! The owner, Luise, works with everyone on the floor. Excellent experience. I needed 4 new tires, balancing and alignment. All got within hour and a half. Most importantly huge selection of tires all on house!! Otherwise i would have to wait a day or 2 from tire rack for this to come in. Overall super pleasant experience. You get a discount on alignment if you buy tires from them and balancing is also worked in rather than just buying tires online.

Today I went there to change my brake pads .I left my car there for one hour when I came back to pick up my car ,I noticed that my driver side door handle doesn't work properly looks like it is broken then I started looking and I noticed a little dent right below it .Very Unprofessional. I’ll never go back there again .
