Excellent workshop! I have been servicing my car for over 5 years. I am glad that I have the opportunity to do an inspection. I like the opportunity to leave the car for repair and receive photos from the owner about the work done. I recommend this workshop.
They are scammers. A couple of months ago, I had an oil change for my car. They charged me for a 6-cylinder car, but I drive a 4-cylinder car. I’ve heard many bad stories about this shop. Do NOT go there. The owner is rude.

Scammers. Tried to get a picture of those receipts and he declined. he was trying to basically rob me.
Since I can’t reply to your answer, I’ll just edit this review. It was a report with labor and auto parts prices, somehow very expensive, I tried to take a picture, and you declined because you knew you were lying and trying to scam me.

very bad service, DISCRIMINATES AGAINST PEOPLE BASED ON THEIR NATIONALITY. instead of doing a quality job, they insult you. drove around the corner to another shop, did the job quickly and without offense. will never come back here.
Owner is such a gentleman, just good hearted overall person. Took care of my ac issue ( compressor leak). These guys are professional and a pleasure to deal with and prices are fair. No games no gimmicks. Very happy that I found this place.

Shady, "slippery" when confronted about obvious problems with work they did.
They did break flush and i ended up with old, dark break fluid, in my car, worse than pristine fluid i had.
How they managed to do that is puzzling to me but i guess they resused some old fluid for the flush
When confronted owner could not answer what color new break fluid should be, he was avoiding everything.
All breaks were changed and no anti-sieze was put on any of the pad contacts. Did not even clean the contact points on the calipers.
Again the owner ignored this issue when confronted and said - we put anti-sieze even as i showed him photos with dirty, bone dry contacts.
I ended up having to flush the breaks myself to take dirty fluid out and take breaks apart to apply the anti-size to all the pads.
Their invoicing is unprofessional - no parts and labor separation. They billed break jobs per wheel, without disclosing parts costs. Issued no invoice at the end of the job.
I paid over $800 and left $50 tip for the mechanic and ended up redoing the work myself.
Unless you have no choice - do not go in here.
This is the one place I can always rely on to accurately diagnose and repair any issues with my vehicles. They are a kind, hardworking, professional and trustworthy family business and they take great care of their customers.
The owner and his wife are very reasonable people and the mechanics always get the job done. I’ve been coming here since I got my car and they’ve always done a very good job. Will keep coming here.
Best auto part store ever, been going here for years and became very good friends with the owner and his wife. They are very polite, honest and helpful. He always gave me good advice and his prices are extremely fair. Most businesses like this will try to get you to buy things that you don't need and rip you off just to make money off you, but the owner Senya is a very honest man that will only sell you a part that you really need and goes above and beyond for the customer. He is not in it only for the money unlike every other shop, you are guaranteed to leave fully satisfied and happy when you deal with him, he is all about making the customer happy and getting you the right part for your vehicle. I have an uncle that owns a auto shop and I still stop by Neptune Auto for my parts before going to the shop.
I went to that place already couple time and every time I had a pleasure dealing with the store. Very professional very organized and great prices. If you don't know anything about the cars you should go there and feel very safe that no one will rip you off or give you wrong advise. Definitely very good store.
I called few other places to find parts for my old VW, its the only place in my area which had all parts in stock.Manager gave me a great deal and some good advice .Highly recommend!
