I was looking for a place that I could trust for good advice and reliable service and was so happy with the excellent and quick service at Chelsea Auto Diagnostic. They are concerned about honesty and their customers' needs. They got my car in quickly, told me what the issues were and got them taken care of when they said they would. Brought the car in squealing and now it's purring!

I was recommended to Chelsea by my parking garage the whole side panel of my mostly new Genesis got destroyed in an accident im a detailed oriented perfectionist I told Mike anything less than a perfect repair was not gonna be acceptable. Dealing with Chelsea was a breeze communication was clear pricing was upfront, phone calls and texts returned promptly And this is how an excellent business should be run and they do a great job at it They returned my car to my parking garage and with my microscope and eyes I have to say there is no way I could ever tell my car was repaired it looked amazing If you need a great autobody shop and mechanic, I highly recommend Mike and his team you won’t be disappointed. Excellent shop, honest and professional! I needed to have my transmission, clutch, and front axle replaced in a VW Jetta with 175k miles on it and Chelsea Auto did a great job. They started with a very fair quote for the work and were communicative throughout the process. The car required a unique transmission and despite issues with the initial transmission we had identified they worked hard to identify and effective, low mileage alternative. Throughout the process they remained available, communicative, and stuck by the pricing we originally discussed despite the job becoming more complicated than anticipated. I worked with Erik and Mike and I appreciated their honest approach. Most importantly the car now runs great. I strongly recommend!

Highly recommend Chelsea Auto Diagnostic, they do beautiful work and both Mike and Erik were great to work with. The paint repair they did on my Rav4 was perfect.

Used this antibody shop for repairs of dents and dings on my new Toyota Rav4 I accumulated over the 5 years. I paid out of pocket and okayed Mike to make my car look brand new again. They did an awesome job and I am very happy with the results. As a female, I always think they're going to take advantage and see Sucker on my forehead but Mike was very helpful respectful and knowledgeable. Glad I used them and gave me lifetime warranty only on work and paint they did. Because of impending tariffs I decided to invest in my car rather than replacing. Before and after pics are depicted.

Quality work, reasonable prices, terrible communication. Make sure you're clear with them before picking up your car that it is 100% ready to go. First time I showed up, AFTER they called to let me know that my car was ready, I was told that in fact they'd forgotten a service and, "Didn't think I'd get here that quickly." :/ Had to leave my car there and received no offer to compensate me for their mistake, nor did I get a response from Mike when I emailed him to let him know. I then had to follow-up to confirm my car was ready the next business day, which they confirmed, and when I arrived I had to wait an additional 20 mins for them to power wash my car from the bird crap and residue it collected in their lot that weekend. Didn't dry my car so got to drive it back soaking wet. Once again, no apology for the wait or miscommunication.

I was very impressed with this shop. They were fast, responsive and very professional. Mike, one of the owners, was very easy to deal with and totally straightforward. They fixed the front suspension of my Smart car (struts, coil, etc) and did a great job. Not every shop wants to work on a Smart car since they are so compact and tricky to reach some parts. These guys were amazing. I broke down in Brooklyn and they had me back on the road within a few hours. I even got to enjoy the deli just across the way. They turned me on to some great Jamaican food. I'd recommend them to anybody. Plus the prices were reasonable.

This auto shop is the all in one stop! I needed a general car diagnostic check because things were sounding kinda rocky and I couldn't determine it's something i should be concerned about or not. Better safe than sorry, and this place went above and beyond to help educate me a more about my car, as well as being very honest and upfront about what it NEEDS and what i COULD do. They're very honest, communicative, and I really appreciate their patience and positivity throughout my experience. It helps me understand the value of service and its necessary maintenances. They were able to quickly diagnose and service the car, i feel very confident knowing my car is there, offering well rounded services and knowledge on any issues.

My 2021 Tesla Y was giving me trouble with the suspension. It has all oem parts but the owner of the shop, Mike, and his team did an outstanding job of repairing it in only two days. I never thought I would look forward to going to my mechanic. I purchased my car from Mikes brother Eugene, and a year later it needed a repair. I decided to bring it back and since then it has been nothing but a pleasure getting to know Mike and his team. Their prices are always fair and reasonable but they never do any work with out checking that it's ok with me first. Everyone on the team goes the extra mile when working on my car and makes sure I understand the scope of work being done. I have 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T and recently hit a deer, the damage was bad but the owner of the shop Mike and his guys did an amazing job. Mike stressed the importance of quality control and returning a clean finished product. If anyone needs a good shop to take care of their car this is the place. Mike and his team at Chelsea Auto are wizards! The magically transformed my vintage car that had heavy front end damage into a showroom gem. It was incredible to watch the craftsmanship, the attention to detail, including researching the original factory code color. Shout out to Ami from Alfa Motors that helped source original parts, including a whole new nose. Chelsea Auto did a spectacular job, the car is better than before, and I’m so grateful to them.

Been coming here for three years now, for tuneups and major repairs. Always honest service, quick turnaround, and a fair price. Never going anywhere else for my Nissan Juke. Mike is a old school good dude, but is super responsive on his phone. Hard to find combination. Could not recommend more.

Don’t go here big unprofessional people working there. They have just big mouth and don’t know how to talk with customers. When you talk with Mike he can not talk normally and he calls his father for help. They only know how to charge from insurance money and just screw up the bumpers

I searched for months for a auto body shop to get my car fixed after being side swiped. I was referred to Mike at Chelsea auto diagnostics and let me just say! I will be a forever customer!. Mike and his dad Vinny are so honest, genuine and humble people. Mikes affordable pricing and outstanding work will always have me come back. Mike and his team held themselves with the upmost respect and professionalism. Now I don’t drive any fancy car but after telling Mike exactly what I wanted to get done. He was honest to tell me that most of the work was unnecessary which I appreciate and goes to show his not in it for the money but instead his customers happiness with their vehicle also because it saved me money lol (Thanks Mike). However, I am head over heels about my car again. The paint job was done perfectly and the dents were removed. You can’t even tell I was side swiped. Mike and his crew are awesome! Trustworthy, reliable, reasonable, fairly priced and fantastic results. I had been hit in the front fender and gotten 4 bids for repair. 3 out of 4 were within the same range (including Mike’s), so I went with Chelsea Auto Diagnostic & body since I already had 2 reliable recommendations for him. The other driver’s insurance covered the repair, and Mike was prompt and responsive with what was required from his end regarding the claim. Not only did he do a perfect job with the restoration, he went above and beyond – polishing the headlamps, deep cleaning my rims, even vacuuming the inside. A pleasure to deal with, easy to communicate with, and a business I will return to should I ever have the need!

These guys always try to find the best solution for the customer. I just bought a car and right after that I had a small accident. I checked another places out, and everywhere I was told that my bumper needed to be changed which could easily cost me $2000. And only for Michael and his team it wasn't a problem to fix my bumper and now it looks like brand new. Awesome quality, people and attitude. They are doing their business, but they think about people and their interests as well. It was the best experience.

I live on Long Island and work in Brooklyn whenever I need something done Mike and his father Vinny are the guys to get it done. They do it quickly and will give you the best price! On the outside it looks like a cab service garage but they also work on personal cars. Good quality work and fast service. These guys work hard and are honest dudes. I've been extremely lucky to stumble upon Chelsea Auto Diagnostic! By mere chance I choose them, out of the many other Auto Repair Shops that I was considering at the time. Mike delivered an exemplary service! My car was in need of dent removal and scratch removal and it was done in less than 24 hours at a price lower than I expected! If I ever need any other work done on my current car or any car that I may own in the future I will certainly pay Mike a visit. His honesty and dedication to customer service is one of a kind!
