Did a full demo job in Bushwick and also provided dumpsters for debris. Ben made sure everything was removed on time. One company handled everything which made it easy.

I highly recommend B&M cleanup service. I called to ask for their service and they arrived within an hour. I asked for two trash bins to be emptied and for broken furnitures and many trash bags to be removed. They came with a smile and worked fast and efficient. Very professional fast and kind.
It was an excellent experience with these people who came to my house. They both were very friendly and professional. They took out my junk with care and respect. And believe me, I had a lot of junk. Thank you, guy, 's so much for helping me clean up today.

I was pleasantly surprised of the professionalism put forth delivering the container and it’s subsequent removal. The drivers, especially Big Mo (Maurice) and the office assistant, Andrea, were very friendly and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions to my satisfaction and even made suggestions for the street challenges I had. well organized staff, had a gentlemen come over to my house, take a look at the work i needed done. got a quote about an hour after the gentlemen left my home, got it all though to work out and the very next day had a truck and about 3 men at my home, cleaned up the place and actually swept the dust away. Great service ! Great team ! 5 Stars for sure ! cant wait to use you guys again !
So way to go B&M for having your family and friends write reviews for you cause you guys are terrible B&M = Bad & Mean. The girl that answers the phone is nasty, condescending and dismissive. The office seems rather disorganized and the background was very loud during my calls , it actually sounded like fighting going on . I asked to speak with the owner and he got on the phone and was very very rude and dismissive. One of the workers made a comment in the background that that " white people Complain too Much" .But wait , how do you know I am white? Oh, so your racism has blindsided your ability to give good customer service? and why would you have me on speaker phone? I am a project manager for many building and refuse refuse refuse to offer any more bids to this company.!!! STAY AWAY !!!!
