I recently used b&m for a full basement cleanout, and I’m beyond satisfied with their service. They took care of everything from hauling out years of accumulated junk to making sure the space was left clean and spotless.

I contacted B&M Cleanup Services, Inc. after my first contact was a no-show. B&M was great - they committed to a time, called first before arriving, were very polite & friendly. They worked quickly & efficiently. I would definitely use them again & strongly recommend everyone contact them first!
I was pleasantly surprised of the professionalism put forth delivering the container and it’s subsequent removal. The drivers, especially Big Mo (Maurice) and the office assistant, Andrea, were very friendly and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions to my satisfaction and even made suggestions for the street challenges I had. I most definitely will recommend this company and use it again if I have to.
Professional! They are very quick with responses and get the job done in a timely fashion. They cleaned up our entire junk from a construction site that was about 10 tons in less than 8 hours.

So way to go B&M for having your family and friends write reviews for you cause you guys are terrible B&M = Bad & Mean. The girl that answers the phone is nasty, condescending and dismissive. The office seems rather disorganized and the background was very loud during my calls , it actually sounded like fighting going on . I asked to speak with the owner and he got on the phone and was very very rude and dismissive. One of the workers made a comment in the background that that " white people Complain too Much" .But wait , how do you know I am white? Oh, so your racism has blindsided your ability to give good customer service? and why would you have me on speaker phone? I am a project manager for many building and refuse refuse refuse to offer any more bids to this company.!!! STAY AWAY !!!!
