I came in and looked for a product I drove 15 minutes to 1 AutoZone another 25 minutes to another AutoZone and both of them did not have a stock despite saying that the store has it in stock on their app
Today i stopped by autozone to swap my optima battery had warranty which was definitely worth having saved me 365$ today and thank to Pavlov for installing my battery and Kyle for helping me out would highly recommend stoping here Great Team Thank you ??
My serpentine belt snapped, and my battery drained entirely as a result. The battery was less than two years old at the time. I managed to get to this AutoZone location and went in to purchase a new belt, and I took the battery in for their advertised free trickle charge. They took the battery and told me to give it two hours. I changed the belt and waited the two hours in the parking lot. I came back in to retrieve the battery, and the man at the counter told me, “Oh… the battery tested bad, so it didn’t charge. You need to buy a new one.” I asked if they had a portable jump starter I could use, and they said no, but that I could buy one. I managed to find a guy in the parking lot with a portable jump starter to help me. I started the car back up and have been driving on that same battery since last summer with no issues whatsoever. Even during this cold winter, the battery has been strong, and I only use the car for short trips around town. They basically lied to me to try to sell me a new battery.
Reliable spot for auto needs! This AutoZone has a solid stock of parts, batteries, oil changes supplies, and tools — found what I needed fast for a quick DIY fix. Staff is helpful with advice (even tested my battery for free), prices are fair, and it's easy to get in/out. Clean store, quick checkout. Gets busy on weekends, but that's expected — great for Midwood/Brooklyn locals who wrench on their own cars. 4.5 stars!

I wanted my car battery replaced and got exceptional service. Mr. Saem Syed really helped out in giving the best possible advice for what will work best for my car and even provided installation for the battery. I will definitely come back if I ever want something for my car again. 10/10
I visited this autozone after visiting three other autozones because i need battery and battery installation. Apparently i have a complicated installation because i was denied at all three of other locations. Here i ran into the manager of this place his name was Saem he went with me to car and said the same thing but when he looked at my face he said he will be able to help me. Thirty minutes later the man had done it and i was on my way. I tried tipping him but all he asked for was a review. Exceptional customer service, i will be returning to this same autozone for my future needs as well
Manager Saem demonstrated clear incompetence and unprofessional behavior. Instead of following AutoZone’s standard return policy, he chose to deny the return without proper explanation.
AutoZone allows returns at any store regardless of where the item was purchased. When I requested a written refusal, the manager ended the conversation and walked away. This level of service is unacceptable for a nationwide company and reflects poor management and training.
Had to buy new wipers. They has a decent selection of brands and prices. Friendly stuff, helped me to replace old to new. There is a free parking which is very helpful.
On Monday, I visited this locksmith, and to my surprise, the process went exceptionally well. We had a car key issue and were torn between going to Toyota or a locksmith. I must say, I have no regrets about choosing iLocksmith.
The entire process was smooth and effortless. It took about 25 to 30 minutes. They even offered me a cash-only discount. At the end of the service, my wife called to inform me that she needed another extra key. To our delight, they were able to make a second key in just 20 minutes, even though it was last minute.
They had no trouble making the second key. To program the new keys, they plugged up their programming machine to the car and completed the process in no time.

Always has the accessories and supplies I need, and the inventory is consistently well stocked. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help you find what you are looking for. I also appreciate that there is a large parking lot, which makes stopping in really convenient. It is an easy place to shop for car essentials, whether you are doing a quick fix or picking up something for regular maintenance.
Dealt with a rude employee and reported it to management. The supervisor of the store reached out to me to find out who it was, never saw him again (: they have parking which a plus in this neighborhood

Great spot for everything car related. Worker named Bob is the best guy ever. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything there. Ask for him if you need help. Plus outside in parking lot guy named Pigon great guy to help instal parts and help with car.

Amazing customer service I experienced today. Especially from Saem the store manager. Saem and his team are professional, quick and proficient in their work. The team at 1750 Coney Island Ave went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues purchasing and replacing some windshield wipers. Thank you Autozone. Thank you Saem and team.

They never open on Sundays at 8am. When you call they answer and say the guy is running late. There’s a couple of customers at the front door. Even when it says opens at 8am. They actually open up at 8:45am or 9am. So unprofessional. ?? My last time being here.
The staff could be a little better at the job they chose to work at . People seem miserable here if you ask for help they just point you in the direction . Whole experience in the store was horrible from

Clean place, great staff (not awkward people) and cool stuff. Great paint selection. My Jetta Mk4 was done with paint from AutoZone, "color shift" body and pearl white details.
