Got a flat not even 10 minutes away from this place. called to have them tow us to a close-by shop. The guy who answered the phone says “if you don’t hear back from me in five minutes find your own guy yeah?” At this point I’m confused because we’re calling a towing company and they’re telling us to find our own guy??? THATS WHY WE CALLED TOUR COMPANY SIR. Also never called us back and when we called back (two more times) there was no answer.
Definitely would recommend calling ANY OTHER place besides “Louie towing Brooklyn”

Louie got my motorcycle out of 26 Navy (Brooklyn Navy Yard)! He is usually posted up outside and helped me take my bike where i needed! He also let me borrow the cash i needed to get my bike out since I didn’t have a card to pay! God bless him!

Louie knows what he’s doing. I had to tow a 1965 Volvo that hadn’t been moved in a few years and was in rough shape. He was incredibly knowledgeable and maintained a positive and respectful attitude during the entire process. He is a good human doing good things! Louie saved me tonight! I tried getting towed thru my insurance, and after 30 minutes, I decided to look up a company before it got too late. He was very pleasant and very nice the entire ride. He was very helpful when deciding where to drop off the car since it was 9pm and every repair shop was closed. He even gave me a treat to give to my kids. I'm grateful I found his company and caught him before he finished for the day. It's nice meeting someone who can cheer you up when you're going thru a bad situation.
