Winter in Brooklyn always seems to have a few 'surprises' waiting for you, and this year mine was a patch of black ice that sent my front bumper straight into a frozen snowbank. As you can see from the before photos, the lower valance was completely cracked and hanging. What really had me stressed was the paint. My BMW has a very specific, complicated pearl tone that looks different in every light. I was fully prepared for the repair to look 'off' or for the color not to catch the light the same way the rest of the car does. I shouldn't have worried. These guys are absolute artists. The final result is flawless—the paint match is 100% factory perfect, and you literally cannot tell where the damage was. The other party had Geico insurance, and since King Brothers Auto was listed with Geico, I decided to choose them. I’m so glad I did. We worked with Omer and the team, and they were excellent from the beginning. Omer explained everything clearly and professionally. He carefully inspected all the damage and made sure we understood the repair process. He told us it would take about 10 days, but the car was ready in just 7 days!
