Winter in Brooklyn always seems to have a few 'surprises' waiting for you, and this year mine was a patch of black ice that sent my front bumper straight into a frozen snowbank. As you can see from the before photos, the lower valance was completely cracked and hanging.
What really had me stressed was the paint. My BMW has a very specific, complicated pearl tone that looks different in every light. I was fully prepared for the repair to look 'off' or for the color not to catch the light the same way the rest of the car does.

I had a very stressful situation when my car was badly damaged on the driver’s side and the back doors. The other party had Geico insurance, and since King Brothers Auto was listed with Geico, I decided to choose them. I’m so glad I did.
We worked with Omer and the team, and they were excellent from the beginning. Omer explained everything clearly and professionally. He carefully inspected all the damage and made sure we understood the repair process. He told us it would take about 10 days, but the car was ready in just 7 days!
When we picked up the car, it looked brand new. The repairs were perfect, and they even cleaned the car inside and out. Everything was done with great attention to detail.
The team is very professional, respectful, and straight to the point. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.
