My daughter had a horrible experience here. They made her get parts she didn't need and probably overcharged her for the price. Who knows if they even put those parts they "ordered" in the car. Scammers.
I came with a damaged rim and needed it replaced quickly without a long diagnostic or haggling. They took me in right away, replaced it and checked my other tires and air for good measure. I left within 45 mins with an installed rim and air in tires and all sensors good to go. Definitely my new favorite shop!
It was a good experience with them good worker good management and good price but the thing is you have to give them time to find a fault. Don’t be a rush when you reach because they have a lot of job to do if you have patient your car will be done in perfect way !
The guy who works there is the sweetest!! I had an ugly scrap from someone trying to move out the parking spot and I literally wanted to cry and he touched it up spotlessly!! TRUST THEM- they are honest kind and A1 service THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY DAY ❤️
Went their back in July to get my alternator replaced. Everyone was friendly and service was fast. The alternator died in February. I called and it just so happens that the warranty is 6 months on a part that died in 7 months.
RepairPal customers beware! Had my car towed to this shop becasue they confrimed that they would repair my car under the repair pal network, once the car arrived, they called me asking for $1500 to repair the car and declined going through repair pal becasue it would be too inconvient.
Took it to TK Modern and got the car repaired under repair pal without any issue, picked the car up the next day.

I really liked everything. One of the major advantages was that I brought my own parts, and they accepted them without any issues, which is rare as not all service centers are willing to work with customer-supplied parts.
I had the oil and oil filter changed, replaced the front shock absorbers, sway bar links and did the wheel alignment. The work took about 4 hours, which was fine for me as I had no time constraints.
After completing the wheel alignment, they conducted a test drive and pointed out other parts that might need replacement in the future. The approach was professional, with a focus on quality work and clear recommendations. Overall, I’m very satisfied!
This is only mechanic shop in Brooklyn that I know of that will rescue you when your car breaks down. Amazing service. Also , Irfan is the best in mechanical diagnosis. The man is brilliant. His rates are reasonable. I am using A-1 Auto for several years and I have never been disappointed with their service. They stand by their warranty. Irfan will not let you down. You can put your auto in their hands and sleep well at night.

My trip to A1 Auto Body Shop was exactly what it's called I A1 service for sure! My rear bumper was hit by a mack truck and Irfan and staff were a great help from pricing to letting me know the process of the repair and all. If you have any repairs you need done don't hesitate to come to A1. Irfan and staff are great!
These guys are really great. I’ve been there a few times for repairs or inspections and they are always helpful, professional, and very transparent. Ifran was very helpful with handling insurance claims as well, it was a big load off my mind.
I busted the side mirror on my GX460 and needed a replacement immediately. And in a matter of days, these guys got me back out on the road with a new mirror!
Service was awesome, and best of all, they are very reasonable with their pricing and transparency as well! Not a lot of mechanics/body shops are like that!

One of the best repair shop in Brooklyn and best mechanic . I been coming here since 2008 13 years. Irfan is so accommodating he always knows what’s wrong with the car the first time. So far in these years I have fixed 2007 Honda Pilot and 2014 Honda Accord, 2003 impala, 2014 Chevy Suburban.
