I installed a tire here only about 10 days ago and it already developed a crack. When I came back to ask them to check it, they told me to come back the next day because the manager wasn’t there. I even asked if I could leave the tire for inspection, but they refused and told me to bring it back again.
On top of that, Night shift guy still charged me $5 just to dispose of the tire. Very disappointing customer service. I understand things happen, but the attitude and unwillingness to help were frustrating.
Don’t ever buy tires from this shop.

Excellent service at this shop. They gave me a very good price for a set of tires and installation and have changed all 4 tires very quickly. I highly recommend Jonathan and his crew.
Guys are the truth.... Exact tires for the exact price I was looking for ... Even put a wheel nut on I thought was was threaded lol will be back again for the rear tires

They always want to push you a used tire even though your tire is fixable. They sold me a tire way worse shape than mine. I should have just patched it.
I changed all four of their tires. Remove old tires from old rims, put new ones on new rims. Do the balancing. Leave old tires in the trash. What is unclear? I asked him several times. They named one price. The price increased by $20 when they started working. In the end, remove the old tires from the discs and throw away + 50 dollars. In total, he named the price of $ 170. I was given offers from Yelp of $ 100 from almost everyone. It was closer to them to go and the price was first called $ 100. If you agree with them, add 70% and you can go.

Look listen I pulled up to come see about two tires. I spoke to my man Frankie. He showed me the best price in America. He showed me nothing but LOVE I love his guy. I appreciate him. Come see him.
Maybe cause I don’t speak Spanish although I am Hispanic this shouldnt even matter or maybe cause I’m a girl that came alone I felt discriminated when I showed up to get a slow leak patched up .. they tried to charge me 40$ for a patch on my tire they lost their minds I made him lower to 30 .. then they even took out my tire pressure sensor tried to tell me it’s damaged ..
I went to another tire shop right after that .. they put my same tire pressure sensor in .. (it was fine ) and they had a big menu and their patch only costs 20$ theese people scam!! times is hard but it’s not that serious to try and play with people who is obviously educated to the prices as well lmao ! They left debris inside the tire after the repair, and the car started vibrating badly. I had to go to another shop to fix their mistake. Very unprofessional. I would never come back here.

Tire blew while driving on prospect parkway. Thankfully these guys are 24/7. They were able to swap out all 4 tires for a good price. Excellent service plus I received warranty a the new tires. Will be returning. Louis and Arthur assisted me and did a splendid service.
The reviews are TRUE Louis and Arturo for the WIN! Started my day rushing to work on the PM tour and to my surprise when I hit the highway I realized something was off. Instantly checked my tire PSI on the dashboard and low and behold my left rear tire was low on air. While at work I was googling 24hr tire repair spots and came across Viva Mèxico, I called while on my lunch break and said I would stop by after my shift. I am so glad I did these guys knew what to do right away to my Grand Highlander hybrid. The spot I went to earlier literally put a tiny crack in the bottom of my running board trying to lift it smh. Louis and Arturo both showed me how to properly lift my vehicle without ever touching the running boards. If you are in need of a great and phenomenal tire repair spot in BK this is it. They were extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable on how to work on electrical vehicles. This place reminds me of the good old days, something that is truly hard to find now. I was there at approximately 11:44pm and gone by 12am, my ZenaWhiteXL was all patched up and ready to hit the road. Gracias por todo mis hermanos! Viva ??????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Luis and Aurturo were the best. They work so fast together to get me in and out with no problem. They also informed me that my other tire had a crack which was very dangerous. I will only go to this place from now on!
The men at this shop were eager to help us out with the flat tire we had while out here in Brooklyn. They provided different tire options and gave us the best price. We had fast service and exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in this area.
