READ THIS, I'm a real person writing this. So when you look at their website, the car is one price but when you get there, there is a $1900 fee, for what? Who knows. This is a huge RED FLAG, don't buy from places that tell you this. So the SUV I wanted was $8,999 but when i got there it was $11,500 and he said "we just discounted it $500.00". I looked at the car for about a month and a half, it was not "discounted". The guy's seem nice there, no attitude and they seem helpful, but this place smells really really off. I wouldn't buy a car from here but you do you but remember what you read here. Good luck
Edit: In response to the owner's comment= So just tell me this, do you, yes or no. Change the price to add on about $1900 on top of what you post online? which you should not do because now your vehicles are slightly overpriced. Oh this is from your website "A $1,995 down payment is required, which is not included in the total price of the vehicle. A $175 documentation fee will be added at the time of purchase" SO OVER $2,000 on top of your website price.

I have no idea why the rating is 4.6 out of 5 for this business. If it was 4.6 out of 25 then could be understandable. They sell lemons. Most of their cars are over 100,000 miles and have many issues that were not fixed.

This place is a complete scam. The positive reviews are all fake, in fact while I was there I saw sales people actively writing reviews.
If you bought a car from here you got scammed. If you’re thinking about buying a car from here, don’t. You will be scammed.
Came in with cash and all of a sudden the car was 6k more because “that price is with their financing”. I have an 820 credit score and their rate was nearly 30% through some bank I’ve never heard of. Also wouldn’t let me test drive the car without paying them. (Absolutely only something a shady dealership would do)
That’s not even the worst of it. I NEVER authorized them to run my credit! I came in for a cash deal.

I did a ton of research in the last few months on the used car market, so I’m prepared before walking on a lot. Also used to work in sales, so I know how this usually goes. Went there looking for a van, which they have dozens. First spoke to one salesman who was busy, so he directed me to the guys in the office. Salesman in his 30’s, tall, didn’t introduce himself, kinda too cool for school type. I explained I was willing to pay upfront for the entire vehicle, as long as the price could be negotiated down. Didn’t seem interested to say the least. They only want to finance to make more money off of the interest. The salesman tried to gaslight me about what the value of what his vehicles were worth (thousands higher than the market value). Straight up said I was lying if I saw similar vehicles cheaper. The guy was rude and condescending, don’t know how they expect to do business that way. I wouldn’t trust these guys with your money.
The car they sold me was a lemon 3 months after use apparently the ABS system they installed was faulty there were leakes in the power steering the balls joint were loose. And naturally I understand these do deteriorate but 3 months? They do a good job of getting your paperwork and plates on time but wouldn't trust some of the cars in their lot. The damages came out to almost 4000 dollars.
I needed a commercial van for work asap and they gave me a great deal. I got fast and good service. Many vans to choose from but the one I picked had no shelves for my tools so they went the extra mile to remove the shelves from another van and installed them on mine for no extra charge just to tip well the two guys who worked on it. That saved me at least 3-4K to install the shelves. One more thing a small squeaking noise that I wouldn’t even notice was pointed to me and they gave me new breaks and oil change for free. Thank you NY Auto Auction !!!
I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH TO NY AUTO AUCTION!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I drive off the lot so happy & satisfied in my very first car!!! After having a horrible experience with other dealers I’m glad I found my way to them!!! They are truly honest & work hard to have to DRIVE AWAY HAPPY!!!
