Unlicensed tow company in NYC!!! Illegally towed my car and demand $450 cash!!! Can’t report them cause they not registered in DCWP to tow!!! Stay away. If they towed your car. Call 911 and report stolen. And tell the cops it’s not civil matter. Report the car stolen if they towed!!!!

A car was illegally parked in front of my driveway, and iTowU walked me through the process clearly to make sure we were not going to be charged for the tow. The NYPD had to come and ticket the car first and then iTowU explained and took care of the rest. Quick and easy service. The best!

My car was at the Mercedes dealership (evil crooks) and I had to have my car towed off their lot within 2 hours, or they were going to charge me an extra $900. This is on top of the $1500 they charged me for services that WERE NOT RENDERED!! I called iTowU inc. And they got a truck there within an hour!! This was AFTER BUSINESS HOURS and they went above and beyond to help me. Also, my tow required tow dollies. All that and they didn't even charge me the EMERGENCY SERVICE FEE that applied. Sean was a great driver and this is the ONLY tow service I will use. Awesome job, guys. Thank you

The ticket was missing from the vehicle, but the gentleman from the company took the initiative to call the police and have it reissued. He patiently waited with us to ensure the towing went smoothly. He was especially understanding and kind to my non-English-speaking parents, allowing me to translate everything over the phone without any rush. this review is a few moths late ,however frrl the need to post it. got myself into a jam thr\e front of my 30' tailer is very front heavy we know this its not an issue for us, however on thr last day of cleanup we were going to take it back to the storage facility and out pickup and van both had mechanical issues no biggie went to uhaul got a small over, connecting something looked off but we didn't think anything of it, problem was ball height on the uhaul is about 11-13" from the ground howeverour van is almost 24" my pickup is flexible 10"=32" so we never had any clearance issues until uhaul day so we get it hooked uo halfway out the gate blocking right lane of travel on 2x2 main street and the hitch catches the curb and we cant get her to move either way , after a few failed self rescues we reahed out to ITOW found via maps on google, spoke to someone on the phone for about 2 minutes called me back asking for a photo of the "stuck" they finally show up which seemed pretty fast given time of day [about 3pm] but they show up with a 1 ton wrecker i thought we were doomed by time and money, boy was i wrong this guy had some tricks up his sleeves, the uhaul had no winch points and the trailer fully loaded still connected he with 1 line pulled me out and on the road within 5 minutes, and charged a very very reasonable recovery fee. i am delightfully imoressed from the starting conversation to the post recovery handshake with these guys & gals id highly recommend
