One of the most important things is how a business treats you AFTER they have gotten your business. I am compelled to express how exceptional the service provided by Millie is, who is the service manager at the 111 58th street service center is. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied. This is an unsolicited review, and those are the most authentic, as it means one is really satisfied, and I absolutely am. I won't take my Jeep Summit anywhere else, or buy another one from anyplace Millie isn't at. If you're looking for a place to have your Jeep serviced, trust, this is the spot!

Two times in a row we have brought our Chrysler in to this dealership. The first time we brought it in for a recall, they ordered parts and told us to bring it back. We brought it back only to be told those parts had been put on another vehicle. And we had to bring it back a third time.

A year later we scheduled service and confirmed this time, over the phone over a week before our appointment that the parts were in stock and that we could pick our car up the same day. Again we arrive for our appointment and were told that they would need to order parts and we would have to come back. They refused to keep the car there until the parts came in: when we expressed how unsatisfied we were the manager, who was Incredibly unprofessional outright told us that if we didn’t like how they did business they would refuse to work on our car at all.

This approach is not only terrible customer service but a violation of New York and federal Law. Dealers are REQUIRED BY LAW to complete repairs of recalls in a timely fashion. It is outright illegal to refuse to complete a repair of a safety recall.

We will be filing a complaint with Chrysler, and New York State about the way this service center does business.
