I’m a taxi driver 20 plus years driving in NEW YORK JUNGLE CITY and I can say this is one of the best car wash not only in the city but in the whole STATE ???? They just renew the whole machinery system Super crazy hard working VATOS over there They not playing around to let your smile and car shiny ? guarantee 10 plus ⭐️for them ???????

I’m writing this review with a heavy heart because I take accusations seriously, and this is not something I do lightly. My concern is not about the monetary value involved, but about the principle and the experience I had. I brought in a new car with only a few miles on it for a wash. Before arriving, I checked the tire pressure and personally removed and retightened the original OEM aluminum valve‑stem caps. Immediately after the wash, I stopped to recheck the pressure and noticed that the aluminum caps had been replaced with plastic ones. I returned to the car wash to address the issue, but the staff denied any responsibility. There was no upper manager on site, and they did not provide any contact information for escalation. They showed me security footage, but it was difficult to clearly see what happened, and I was told I was raising false suspicions. Regardless of the value of the items, the situation was handled poorly. I left feeling dismissed and without any path to resolve the concern. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both oversight and customer support. Based on how the situation was handled and the lack of accountability or support, I left feeling that this is not a trustworthy place for car care. I cannot recommend this car wash or their services. If something as simple as valve‑stem caps can go missing, it raises concerns about what else might happen.

Went to get a car wash and an oil change unfortunately, they left my car so dirty, I’m so disappointed. Paying 200 and tip. I should' have not tips them !

The guys always do a good job on the car wash. The service is always quick and easy. The car always comes out great

I got an oil change here and waited in the lobby. It went very well and there was no wait, unlike pep boys. I couldn’t get a car wash along with my oil change because it was waiting. Yet the mechanic did let me know I could come back to get a free one within a month I believe.

Wonderful experience got the exterior package and had a wonderful result! My 16 year old car looked the same as the day I bought it. Thanks to Ernesto my customer service experience was fantastic and he made sure I got the best package for my cars needs! Great spot for exterior deep cleaning would recommend so well worth it!

I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself, but I have been to this place many times. Every time I am there they do always an awful job with the interior. Out of the five times I have been there. They have never touched the steering wheel or the door panels, even though they have been clearly dirty and everything could be wiped down easily. They always manage to make the interior panel much worse, the screen and the buttons and they charge Almost $40 for it gold package that does not make your car any cleaner on the inside. I will not come here again.

First time here. Got the platinum wash and they did a fantastic job. I will def be going back. They cleaned the interior, pulled out the plastic mat in my trunk and washed it down. They got all the dust out of the vents (where you can’t reach). They just did such a great job.

I brought my street weary Honda Odyssey in for a clean. I do this maybe once a year. She’s old but she deserved a spa day. I apologized in advance for the state of the interior which looked like the bottom of a birdcage. “I have kids” I said. I got the gold level service. They said it would be 1/2 hour but the guys spent over 45 minutes cleaning her. I watched as all the Porsches, BMWs , and Mercedes sailed past gleaming like diamonds. The employees treated my old minivan like she was one of them. My car looks amazing! They didn’t miss one inch of the inside, moving all the seats, cleaning every cup holder. Even the dents look proud of themselves.

This was honestly one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve ever had. I brought my car in expecting a thorough cleaning, but what I received was extremely poor and careless service. The outside was rinsed with minimal effort, and the interior was barely touched. Dust and dirt were still clearly visible under the seats, around the door frames, and near the dashboard. They vacuumed so poorly that it felt like they just did it for show, not with any real intention to clean. Despite doing less than 40% of what they were supposed to, they still charged the full price — no apology, no discount, nothing. For the money I paid, I expected a professional job, not this half-hearted, rushed service. I’m extremely disappointed and will never return. I strongly recommend others to avoid this place unless you want to waste your time and money.

Outside wash was ok. It's definitely not worth $65. The automatic wash scratched my car, which I knew was going to happen going into it, but it left a long scratch on the drivers side, which I am very unhappy about. Also got a "detailed" clean, which was not detailed at all. They left nasty streaks on the inside of the front windshield. General wipe down of the dashboard, and vacuum of the floor was ok. But there was still noticeable grime in crevices. Overall the car looks and feels cleaner, but for that price, I'd rather get a hand car wash from people who are actually going to do the job. Not for nothing, but my phone mount is missing. It was a cheap thing, I'll get another one, but things might go missing.

I went to Golden Touch Car Wash today and was extremely disappointed. They charged me $35 for a regular wash plus the floor mats, which seemed overpriced to begin with. When I got home, I realized that one whole side of my car was still dirty! They clearly didn’t bother to check their work, and it shows that they don’t really care about their customers. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back.

$40 for a full wash and only the exterior was cleaned from going through the wash. Interior was not cleaned properly at all. Car washes are not the same anymore. Just like a lot of things today, they’re overpriced for less work !!!

Just leaving this place right now as I type this. Terrible. This is my second time here and they just don’t do a good job at all. They give bare minimum work. I use my car insurance bundle to redeem free washes etc and the way I got my car back after it being washed and cleaned inside is crazy to me. It’s still very much dirty ! I even asked for someone to come back and fix it for me and they just walked away. So I’m giving y’all 1 star if I could give zero I would.

This place has gone way downhill. I usually get a great platinum clean. Today I’m driving away in a dirty car. Still dusty, smudgy, sandy and grungy. Just lazy. They kept telling me “it’s a clean machine” repeatedly when I clearly pointed out dirt and dust inside and out. After 5-10 minutes of pointing out all the dirt I gave up and left. Sadly will not be going back. These photos are AFTER I paid for the most expensive clean!

This is the first time I used Golden Touch. Needed my car washed after a few days at the track. She was rather dirty. Ovitio handled it and did a great job. I will be back.

I went randomly as I was getting gas next door, many nearby places were busy or by appointment, which I have never heard of before. They rushed my entire process barely took 10mins and what exactly did they clean because my car look damn near the same as when it went in, DIRTY! I asked for the Gold package which should have included full outside cleaning at least , and inside wipe down. NO . Did a horrendous job. I’m shocked I spent 40 dollars on that. I tipped due to it being 80 degrees and they were outside for some of the time but it was really undeserving with how my car was left ! What was cleaned ?

This is the worst place i saw for service they have very bad rude staff they don’t know how to treat a client they over charged the price for zero service i ask the person if you clean inside my car he say you crazy $14 you pay and ask for service inside i show him my receipt they charge me $30 atleast what you charged me kindly gave me atleast service he say go some where else don’t talk to me, this is the vaccum service

I really like this place. It’s quick, cheap and does a decent job on the wash. The reason why it’s 3 stars is because there were times where it wasn’t consistent with the wash. Some days it was just not good and some were great. There was also a time where it was a busy day and it was backed up to the point where the workers couldn’t keep up with the cars going through the wash so therefore a car lightly tapped the car in front of it. I’m glad the price didn’t change over all these years and I do appreciate the respectful workers. Although it could be better, I’ll still make my trips to come back here and there.

I'm feeling quite let down today. I usually make a long drive to this car wash with the confidence that their service is unparalleled. However, today's experience was far from satisfactory as my car was hastily cleaned and irresponsibly left running with the keys inside on a bustling sidewalk. They didn't even have the courtesy to inform me when they were done and moved on to the next car. My car still had numerous leaves inside and in the rear. It makes me wonder where the supervision is - shouldn't the manager inspect the work after it's completed? To add to the dissatisfaction, the cashier's demeanor was quite off-putting, lacking basic greetings or expressions of gratitude. I'm left questioning whether this is a result of cutting costs on labor, but whatever the case, they definitely need to improve their training.

I went today at 11:50am it was empty and they are just horrible at drying the car. You spend so much money for a car wash and it still comes out dirty. If the place is empty I expect to at-least take their time with drying the car. In the picture you can see also my dash board wasn’t wiped down had to do it myself. If I’m spending all this money $30 I want it perfect especially if the place is empty no cars behind.

I paid $27.21 with tax for gold service and 15% tips so total $31.29 and they didn’t even clean my carpets, seats and mat. When I left I found out they didn’t even clean the passenger side. I had to drive back and asked them to clean it. Definitely not recommend anyone to try. I went in the morning. It was not busy only my car there.

I have gone here many of times and have been loyal to them. After a 5 hour detail one of the guys pulled my wife over and said they damaged our side mirror. Cool they admitted it. He said to call the manager the following day as he was out to get back what they owe us for that. We called and the manager was rude and would not believe us. Said to send pictures cause he knew nothing about it and had to talk to the guy who was conveniently out. We also noticed , when we got home that the back seat was cracked and damage due to vacuuming. I know what vacuum damage looks like and this is it. Once again the manager refuses to acknowledge even though we have the name of the guy who works there that pointed out that he did it. It’s been a full day and not a word back. So now we'll have to take this up with insurance to get them to pay.

Wont go there again. Paid for Gold FULL service. It wasn’t busy. They barely vacuumed and didn’t wipe down anything except the glass. I even left a good tip when paying even though the lady at the register didn’t acknowledge my presence and held a personal conversation while checking me out; I had to interrupt and ask for my receipt. Wasted money. (And the little trees stock is old. Cant even smell the 2 I just bought from them.)

Great job with the Platinum wash today. Prices are fair, and it took a bit of time since they were busy (good sign), but they did an excellent job. I haven't washed my car in about a year, and the inside was really showing it. They made it look brand new!

They make my car squeaky clean, best crews ever! When they do car wash they make sure its super clean inside out. I got the regular carwash & vacume package. Car is vacumed, windows, doors and dashbards are also sprayed and wiped clean, very clean. Today i got a quick detail for the passenger seat for $65, somebody puked on it. Got the service right away, took 30 min to clean the mess and wash the car. Full car detailing needs appointment. Uber/Lyft/Taxi have special rates. lots of crews are working on different areas. Drivers have warm waiting areas for seating with restrooms. Theres coffee, food, drinks and car stuffs and accesories you can buy..

This used to be a favorite facility for getting my car washed when in the area. Unfortunately the last wash purchased was far from great. The inside windows were left smeared while the tires were not armoured as per my request. I think it's under new management but I'm not sure.
